Adobe express is kicking me out of my webpage document with the message that "another collaborator is using it". The webpage does not respond when I try to force take over. The webpage has never been shared with anyone else, so I'm not sure who the other collaborator is. I've already deleted the cashe for my browser (microsoft Edge). Help!

Hi, I'm trying to use the Rubik font on Adobe Express but whenever I add it to my artwork, it is invisible, even when I change the font colour and opacity. The text box is showing but appears empty. I don't have this issue on other fonts. I tried uploading the font manually, but I can't since it's already on Adobe Express directory. Thanks in advance for the help! 

Il est impossible d'utiliser l'option "animer à partir d'un audio" Une fois l'audio importer un chargement se lance pour créer l'animation et le chargement s'arrête, en m'annonçant qu'une erreur s'est produite et me demande de recommencer mais après des dizaines d'essai avec des audios de moins de 2 min, cela ne marche toujours pas. After I finished updating a menu in Adobe express I do the following and most of the formatting is stays the same but I have one area where extra spaces or text gets push to the next line when I open the PDF.I go to "download"I select all pages select PDF Standardthen select download. I save file with a new namewhen I open the PDF with Adobe Acrobat I find the formatting gets changed but mostly happens in the same section.. Not sure why this happens, especially since I am going from one Adobe product to another. Does anyone have suggestions as to how/why the formatting gets altered but only in the same section.

I can't get any Adobe Fonts to import into Express. It doesn't even load as an option. I opened Creative Cloud and the font does show there. I tried to download the font to my computer, but it downloaded nothing so I can't attempt to force the font to import. I got the font to load into one of my libraries. When I go to the library, click the font, and then hit "place" I get the following error. Trying to use Podium Soft Variable.

Help!I've created templates for my team with elements that are locked.  But when they open it, some team members can unlock locked items by clicking on the padlock icon. I don't want them to be able to unlock—defeats the whole idea of unlocking. We have an Enterprise subscription.

I use the "Remove Background" quick action feature on a regular basis and haven't had problems until now. This feature is not working for me any longer. I've tried launching from different browsers and rebooted my computer, all to no avail. I need this app to complete my work. I have a premium subscription. Please advise as soon as possible. Thx

I can download my file as jpeg and png but when I do it as PDF nothing happens

There are plenty of templates for print projects like cards, posters, stickers, etc. But there are no download and export options to support those templates. I created a holiday card using a holiday card template, and when I exported it using the PDF Print option, it was too big to send to a printer through email. When I split up the pages into separate PDFs, the larger page still crashed the printer's program when he tried to open it. There needs to be compression options in Adobe Express, at least to convert text to outlines, flatten images, and choose a resolution for compressed images.

When you select the "Templates" section the country of origin is pre-selected as default. However, there is no other selection and the "Clear" object shows (2) instead of (1). In comparison, the desktop web version shows both the pre-selected country and a "Global" option.  The option under "Price > All" is not counted in either version. When "Clear" is pressed the count disappears. I think the "Global" option is counted but not shown in the iPad version. I've attached a screenshot highlighting the initial states. 

I'm using Express trying to create templates for my organization to use and I realized our font in the brand wasn't working. It says "preview unavailable" when I look at it in the menu and then when I try to apply it to text I just get a little error symbol and it doesn't work. I just get a blank text box. I went into my Brand and figured I'd delete them and then try putting it back in. Well I deleted them, and then when I attempted to add it back in I got a "We're unable to add font. Please try again later" message. I've logged out and logged back in and it's still not working. I wanted to try reuploading the font but when I do that I get told it's a duplicate so it won't take it, but I can't actuall even access the old one now at all. This is our main brand font, so I need to be able to access it.

Found a bug in Presentations - - Open a presentation.  Say the size was 37% - Re-size to 50% for better viewing - Re-size the browser window to be larger - The presentation snaps to a smaller size

Hi I'm having issues using Adobe Express mobile. I've waited months to see if the problem would get resolved by developers but unfortunately it's still around. It's completely unusable on my S22 Ultra. The text is bouncing all over the place when simply trying add text and type. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do to resolve this problem? Or do I have to revert back? But once I revert back, I'll eventually have no choice but to upgrade once adobe upgrades. I'm concerned I'll still be stuck with the same bug. Attached is a video of me trying to edit text and it bouncing around, adding and removing text randomly where I try to type. Thanks in advance. 

My Firefox browser shows all the UI elements but in the image window there's just blackness and nothing more. In Chrome all is good.

When I searched "paint well" in design assets, the search and asset area gliched out, going back and forth with kind of transparent images. It only happened with that search - "paint wells" worked but came up with different results. I can select the visible art but can't scroll to see more.

I am having problems transferring images from firefly to Express, the image is just moving over as a white screen

whenever i create a character with audio, i cannot download the created character, it always display a dialog box that says Access to this document has timed out, please upload the media again

I have been using the Adobe Express app for years and all of a sudden im unable to load any documents or templates. When I try opening a document, the screen with the loading image freezes. I am unable to load any new, existing files or Adobe templates. I have tried refreshing the app, deleting the app and re-downloading it, deleting the storage and data in the 'general' settings and turning my phone on and off again as well as signing out of my Adobe account and signing back in to try to fix the issue. I have checked and my software is all up to date for the app as well as iPhone.  I'm still facing the same problem of the files freezing when I try to load them and it has been going on for over 2 weeks now. Any assistance is greatly appreciated as I love this app and I'm really behind in my workload not being about to use it.

The only time I can download a video project from Express, is when I use ONLY the video footage media provided by Adobe Express. I have cleared my browser cache 10 times. I have cleared my cookies 10 times. I have restarted my computer 10 times. Browsers:Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)Mozilla Firefox 131.0.3 (64-bit PC Computer: Lenovo ThinkPad P5364-bit operating system, x64-based processor, Windows 11 Pro This issue started happening this week. Please advise. When converting Illustrator files to Express, the elements either lost their structure. Which means: no layers, no groups, no clipping masks. Text objects got separated into lines, but sometimes not. It is unclear what makes them get separated.   When I first made a symbol out of elements I wanted grouped, they weren't imported at all.   When I left the expanding of appearances to Express (and didn't do it ahead of importing, then colors were off for objects that had a classic 3D effect applied.   Hidden layers get imported as well, so that I need to delete everything that I do not want imported. Or move it outside the artboard.

Hello, I used QR codes from Adobe Express to generate mailto links for physical nameplates. If someone was to visit an office and the person was out, it was a quick and easy way to send an email without much effort. Now the Adobe Express QR code generator requires an https link which makes mailto links invalid and now I can no longer use it. Can this be included or should I move to a different QR code generator? Hopefully I just need to update my process to accomplish the same thing.

Hello I have my Adobe Express scheduler linked to a Premium Twitter/X account, however when attempting to schedule a post longer than 280 characters via Express I receive a character limit warning and can't schedule the post, even though I should be able to post something longer than 280 characters.  Is this a bug or just something which hasn't been built into Express yet?
