This has been happening for some time now (since the last AE upgrade, from what I can tell): the icon for Google Photos no longer appears as an option when I try to upload images from my Android phone. It used to be there!  Using the Files option does not allow me to access my collections inside GP (huge inconvenience), but this cumbersome workaround will allow me to upload the most recent images I have saved. I was hoping this bug would have been fixed by now but it has not been. What happened? I believe my apps are all up to date.  Gratitude for any help.

I have been working on a video for a few weeks that I need to download, but I keep getting a nonspecific download error. I have tried in the App, in the Google Chrome browser, and in the Microsoft Edge browser. I have also tried to Share the video to both my Google Drive and OneDrive to download from there, but in both cases I get the error message "failed to render." I need this video ASAP as it's for a work project.  

I've been having an absolute nightmare trying to produce a video these past couple of days. Firstly, it is running so slowing! I click something and it takes forever for it to even focus on it. I press play and it takes about 30 seconds just to start playing. Just plain terrible.Secondly, I've been overlaying text on my video at various points, but unfortunately it seems that the shape behind my text is not generating properly:If I then click on it again to edit it, it does show it correctly:However when I download the video, it's not generating it correctly there either:It's weird because the earlier text in the video, with the exact same animations are working fine:But another one further ahead in the video, again with the same settings, it initially displays with no Shape, but then it appears randomly (video recording attached).I would also like to add - it takes hours to download. How do I impliment typography options like Tubular Lining etc?

Animate from audio is not working. It is showing blank white screen. I have tried in Chrome, Edge and Android mobile also but everywhere it showing blank screen

I have a custom font that I've used to make bullet points in InDesign. When the design is imported into Adobe Express they disappear. Screenshots attached.  

I just created 3 pages from a csv file - when i try to add more pages or edit the file every variable text is just spinning. i can dublicate the file or cancel multicreate- so the file is basically dead.what to do?

Hi, at first I thought it was a temporary scheduling glitch, but it is conatantly not working properly ... multiple issues ... and now on top of everything not working, I keep getting the same error massage on different files for a week now: "Sorry, something went wrong with your file upload. Please try again in a few minutes. " and I really do not have that kind of time ... first of all the error message does not go away and secondly it happens every second time I try to schedule a post. Also, for about a week now, when I schedule, the browser crashes and just needs to be refreshed with express. Also this past week every post I schedule is getting an error message "post could not be published" but then it is ???? who can understand that ..... I am so frustrated with this service, I cannot even explain ..... PS I am a video podcaster so I have super fast internet and do video editing online all day long... no proplem whatsover except with this crazy express tool I need for my short. Fi

Bonjour, l'option animer à partir de l'audio n'apparait plus sur mon pc, toutes les autres options d'adobe express est disponible, mais j'y ai accès par mon teléphone et par un autre pc portable. Mon PC est à jour. Cela ne fonctionne pas non plus, via navigation privée. Ne fonctione ni sur chrome (sur aucun profil), ni sur firefox, ni explorer. Je suis sur windows 11.

Myself and an associate get this error when trying to load videos we have created in Adobe Express..."Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in few minutes"Chatted with Adobe Support who said they had no reports of this, but looking at other Help Community posts this has been going on for a while. Saying they reported to developers, but essentially if there is no ETA on a fix and you can't attach creations you made in Express to scheduled posts this is useless.I know you can make creations, download them and re-upload them, but it's incredibly inefficient when other social media management tools just work. But I get AE Premium so I expect it should be working.Try again later with no ETA is no solution.To be helpful if we creata background image and text layers that CAN attach. If we do a simple background image with text already in it from Photoshop and animate that that CAN attach. But any background image with text layers in AE that animates FAILS to att

The freeze happened after I had input text in the image generator. I went back and edited my input and chose the minimalist theme and the app froze when I clicked generate. I then attempted to exit the generator, and it acted as if I had chosen one of the previously generated images (the second screen shot) I then exited the app

 Hello everyone, I'm new to Adobe Express. I was getting myself familiarize with the app before I send out licenses to my partners but while I'm doing some test runs in Arabic fonts it seems that the last letter of every word isn't included in the text generation, i have tried to work around it like maybe putting just one letter but still doesn't work. Anyone has a solution for? Sorry English is not my primary language. I'm new to Adobe Express and actually my first Adobe. So I'm testing everything before sending licenses to my partners but it seems like in the text editor or generator that the last letter in Arabic doesn't affect with the generation also tried putting only one letter still same problem anyone has a solution to work around with this? J'ai un compte Premium donc je ne suis pas limité par le nombre de caractères lorsque je publie un post sur X. Avec Express, ce n'est pas pris en compte et c'est toujours limité à 280 caractères. Je suis obligé de poster sur X au lieu de planifier depuis Express.

Gade bilten an oswa sit ntènèt la pou plis detay."  If there is a problem I'm missing, please tell me because this is a major issue every week trying to translate things. I can't find where in the TOS that translation issues like this would be mentioned. Please either tell me what the bad language is that is against TOS or fix the filter on the words.

I don't know if others are experiencing this, but the playback when creating social videos always lags if you even do somthing as simple as spliting a clip in Adobe Express, to the point that I can not even review my final product correctly without exporting it and hoping that I can remember where the mistake was. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

You should not have to click on your video clip (after already having a position within the active clip) to choose your section to 'split' a clip. The current function makes me lose my exact spot.

Hey guys! I tried downloading a video I had created with no Adobe Stock assets and got the attached error. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it the shapes I am using?

I activated an Adobe Font called "Manop" in the Adobe Fonts Library (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/manop-variable#fonts-section). It shows up in every Adobe Application I have installed on my Computer (InDesign, Illustrator etc.) but it's not showing up in Adobe Express.  So I tried uploading it as a costum font (although it is an adobe font!) but this isn't working either because then there is an error that this Upload isn't possible because Manop is an Adobe Font... Please Help 😞

Hi. Adobe Express outage experienced on the morning of December 19th for a few hours now. I have restarted my computer & Adobe Express and cannot schedule my post unfortunately. Not sure whether anyone else is going through this today as well. Thank you
