Hey Adobe, My coworker has the ability to checkmark a box when he is animating in Adobe Express to have the object fade in from outside the frame. I don't have this box- what do I need to do to get it?
I rely heavily on "undo". Is this just me, or are others experiencing the same? No matter what edits I make, the undo (and redo) arrows remain grayed out.

When I attempt to do a quick action from Adobe Express (like resize photo) and download the results, the editor opens. The photo downloads but I now have to exit the editor each time to continue my work. I do not need the full editor, just a quick resize and save. This just started day 20 September 2024.
My app has had major bug over last week. When trying to update or move a textbox a phantom duplicate appears underneath it but can't be deleted. Exiting doesn't helpToday I now can't download a graphic & I have had several disappearI deleted & reinstalled app, cleared cache & restarted & all software up to dateAnyone with these issues or suggestion would be greatly appreciatedAmber
Hi, my app worked great all day then suddenly tonight I could no longer spin PNGs or Jpgs via my iOS express app. I'm in an Adobe insiders group on Facebook and several others are experiencing the same. Pls fix asap and thank you.
I've uploaded and edited an existing PDF from Acrobat to Express. It's looking good now after some customisation work, but when I export and upload it as a PDF to Google Docs the formatting is all over the place and it's a mess. What I need is an embed code for my website and a document that maintains its format/integrity in Google Docs. Any ideas?
For shapes, you can adjust the width and height of the shapes for some circlesand rectangles, but not other shapes, I can't adjust the trianglwe for width and height, please add the adjust the width and height for all shapes!

Bonsoir, depuis quelques jours, les liens de mes présentations en ligne fonctionnent quelques heures et se mettent ensuite en erreur 404, c'est vraiment pénible et très défavorable pour mon activité. REPRO STEPS:Download a video created just today:1) Create the video2) Click the Download button RESULT/BUG:The dlg opens up saying that the download is starting and each time runs fine through 20%. At 20% the text in the dlg changes to Gathering data. After a short pause, and never beyond 20%, the dlg changes to: "An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again."NOTE: I have tried from noon today until just now 6:54 pm Eastern. I've also been checking the server status for AE and noticed that an issue had been identified then fixed, but the scenario repeated. Even after clearing the cache and forcing a refresh from the server (F5), download failed. This is also repro'd after creating a brand new video file.NOTE: I am able to download images.

I’ve been creating videos without any major issues, but recently I’ve encountered a problem. When I upload video clips and try to adjust the speed, the settings show the video as being at a higher speed, but the video itself doesn’t reflect this change. I’ve already updated my computer, cleared the cache, and am using the downloaded version of Adobe Express, but the issue persists. I’m not sure what else to do at this point.
Repro steps: 1) Open Your Stuff catalog. See video created on 9/10/24, as an example.2) Attempt to filter by videos to see all videos created - by clicking Type.Videos. RESULT:'No matching results'
Adobe Express will not load in the browser. Initially, the home page loads but when I select anything that involves creating or editing a document the page wil not load. See image.I've erased the cookies and restarted the browswer etc. and the problem persists. How can I fix this?
Whenever I return to a project, my images get replaced by something random that I've used before or even one of the stock images. This is happening consistantly.
Is anyone struggling to adjust to the new mobile version of Adobe express? I can usually adapt pretty quickly but the mobile version I find to be terribly cumbersome. The placement of buttons puts buttons like delete and order, which I use frequently not at the fore front. Editing a graphic is challenging bc it's doesn't allow the full view of it, with icons on top. Adobe express mobile has been hands down the best software I've used for graphic design and apparel design on the go for the last 3 years, but the latest update is making it more frustrating and time consuming than ever. Curious if anyone else feels this way or if anyone has tips to adjust to the changes. Thank you!
Hello,I was trying to remove the background in a video by Adobe Express tools. It removes the background as seen in preview. Then I select transparent background in the background options. It look fine but when I download it, the background in the downloaded video appears black. And it is not transparent when I overlap with any other image or video. I suspect there is a bug in the export procedure. Can someone help to solve the issue please? Thanks in advance!Iky
Hi. Just to let u know. I'm on mobile and when I try to download a page as MP4 the default size is 'custom' - original size but it playsback a black screen. Only when I change the size of the video before downloading (I only tried 1080p) it works! Thank you very much!
I just uploaded a single file and 29 videos of 25 minute each of that same copy are getting uploaded which is heating up the machine.
So, I am working on my youtube video and I needed a lot of audios to add to this project but when I am adding a single audio it is uploading multiple copies of the same file. It made almost 12 copies of one audio.
[Windows 10 / Edge & Chrome]The image replacement button has vanished today when selecting an image, the sidebar is missing this critical function. Tried both Chrome and Edge. The replace image function shows on the popup bar when clicking an image that is NOT the background image. When trying to replace the background image, there is NO replace image button anywhere at all. UPDATE: After 24 hours (on 7/31) the button is back where it should be. Odd bug!
I have tried multiple devices, multiple machines, multiple browsers, but a Brand that has been shared with me is showing up as not found. I have received the Brand invite through email, click the link while logged in on the account that has been invited, and I only receive the following message. I am on a premium account.
Our whole team has lost access to a brand that was created to share our library logos and other assets. We are unsure who made the brand but we have had some employee turnover. Is it possible to find it and add it back if it's lost, reassign it to another staff member? I have tried:using an incognito browserusing a different browserclearing all possible cachesI only have one Adobe account/login Version of the app: Adobe Express onlinePlatform and OS version: Chrome browser, Windows 11Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Log in to my staff account, click on BrandsExpected result and actual result: Exprected result, our shared Brand called "SLCLibraries" shows up with all of our assets. Actual result: There is no shared Brand. I have started recreating the Brand in case Adobe Support cannot do anything.
The interface has changed recently like the location for "duplicate" and I cannot find Version History to save my life. Anyone find it yet? I'm trying to revert a file to a previous version for a client...
