Working at https://new.express.adobe.com/.... I compiled a photo collage, and pressed the Download button. I get the message "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon."I'm still getting that message 30 minutes later and there's no indication of when or how to get the download.Windows 10, Firefox latest.

I created a file today that I want to download as a PDF. It will get to 90% complete and then I get an error message. It seems to be with just this file. The file I created yesterday will download as a PDF. I have cleared my cache and cookies and I also made sure that my Chrome was on the most recent version. What else can I try to make it work? Adobe Express Premium is being used on Chrome on a Windows 10 operating system.

I'm trying to create a flyer in Adobe Express. I'm getting message that says, "Can't save" - "You no longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your admin for details." BUT I AM THE ADMIN. I tried to do another 30-day Trial, but I got a warning saying that the purchase isn't supported because I already own Adobe Express.I just need to create a flyer for an Open House happening TOMORROW! Can anyone help?Thanks in advance!
We cannot download documents as PDF. We also cannot upload them to ISSUU or Google Drive. It starts to download and gets to 90% then stops.

Hi there, Almost every day that I use Adobe Express, my Brands tab will not load. This is obviously a huge problem because I cannot work without having access to my assets. My internet connection is very fast and reliable. So it's not that. I also disabled my ad blocker with no success. Please help! I'd really appreciate if you offered an offline desktop app or at least create the functionality to store specific Brands or projects on my computer in case of a drop in connection or slow broadband. Or just allowing for remote working away from wifi.
Layers were on the right for this template. Now they are gone. There's no apparent whey to get those back, and so I can't even change out the photo now.

When I upload a photo image (any photo image) all I get is a white box. It was working fine up until this point. Now, it doesn't matter if I uploaded the image before, nothing uploads correctly. I have already tried: Clearing cache clearing cookies cognito mode Nothing is working.
Can't upgrade MacOS. 10.15.7 so can't upgrade Safari. Have to go back to Canva?

The top right options, download, share, etc have moved to inside the toolbar. Clicking any of the top display options, resize, layers, etc brings up changing the file name and clicking the top black border redirects to the homepage no matter where I click on it.
I created a beautiful business card for one of my clients (I can use InDesign) but decided to try Adobe Express it could be easier with the number of photos and design assets available. I didn't realize that my print-ready file did not show a bleed, as my commercial printer required to ensure there was no white border around it. How are we supposed to use this to design print items if this feature does not work? Also, they don't seem to convert within the platform to CMYK. I know we can do this afterward in Adobe Pro DC, but it would be nice if this was built in as most commercial printers require CMYK and bleed cropmarks. The "show bleed" feature is broken in the Adobe Express desktop platform. Please fix this bug soon. Here are some screenshots of what I mean.
Hello, Respected Team! I am a content creator and use Adobe Express free version to create my content like background removal, audio to character animation, text to image, etc. They are all amazing but nowadays I am facing a savior issue related to Adobe Express audio to character animation. it does not work as I expected. There is an unknown error occurs on the web page when I click to start for free. it says: something's missing... your system is not supported. even my PC meets all the criteria related to use but it does not work. why it happened to me, I don't know. I also attached the screenshot of this bug. could you please remove this bug? please help me! thanks
