I'm reaching out regarding a recurring issue I've been experiencing with video generation using the Kling engine on Firefly.In the past hour, two separate video generations got stuck during processing — one for over 30 minutes — and never completed. The videos do not appear in my history, yet the credits were deducted from my account in both cases.This has happened to me multiple times before, and it's becoming a serious problem that's affecting my workflow and wasting my credits.I would appreciate it if you could:1. Refund the credits lost for both failed generations2. Look into this bug so it doesn't keep happeningPlease let me know if you need any additional information.Thank you

Hi Adobe Support Team,I am facing an issue while using Adobe Firefly – Crop and Expand.Whenever I select an image and try to use the Crop and Expand feature, it shows the following error:“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”I have attached a screenshot of the issue for your reference.

Please fix your generative AI models. With the same prompt I am getting widely different outcomes. This is very frustrating for a paid account. I’m trying to make simple changes to four 2D simple images. I can do it manually but it will take me all day.   

I am trying upload a photo in to the object box to create a poster. It's reading I must have permission and that it's not the right format. Well, it's my photo I shot and it's a .jpg

I have 2 generated videos that waisted my credits. The text is not what I typed. I will not be generating anymore videos. I am requesting someone look at the two videos vs the text I used in the prompts. Also, I am requesting the credits be replenished in the account because the prompts were not an issue. 

i needed drone shot for a pic but it created a random couple’s video 2 times

It has said come back tomorrow for over a week.

I’ve tried generating an image and also upscaling an image and neither works.

Hello, I'm writing to report that I'm completely unable to generate videos using your image-to-video tool. No matter what I input, I get errors every single time — I've received at least three different error messages across multiple attempts. This is seriously affecting my work, as I have active deadlines depending on this tool, and there is currently no way for me to continue. I expect a prompt response addressing this issue, and given the impact this is having on my work, I also expect financial compensation. Please treat this as urgent.

since only 2 days, generated images are not clear and blurry, fix it please, only when using nano banana and nano banana pro  

I have made changes to artboard, but its not reflecting in shared links.

I can not able the access the subscription benefits as i opt for the free trial 

Account: yansharetto@gmail.com Summary: All Partner model image generators (Gemini 3.1 Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2 tested) fail with "Something went wrong. Please try again later." after roughly 3-4 successful generations in a session, both yesterday and again this morning. Native Firefly models (e.g. Firefly Image 5) keep working fine on the same account/browser throughout. Console error each time: "Catch Colligo error: 408 timeout_error system under load" Steps to reproduce:1. Generate image, prompt "gums", no reference image, default settings.2. Model: Gemini 3.1 (Nano Banana 2) - fails after a handful of generations.3. Switch to GPT Image 2 - same failure, same console error.4. Switch to Firefly Image 5 - succeeds immediately every time. Already ruled out:- Not a credits issue: 3935/4000 Premium credits remaining, resets Sept 22, 2026.- Not browser cache: full reload plus clearing local/session storage did not change the outcome.- Not model-specific: reproduced identically on 2 diff

This a shot of a high school yearbook from the 80s. I asked Firefly to flatten, extend, denoise, and enhance the image. It replaced the individual shots on the page. That’s not what I wanted asked it to do. 

Is there any support from Adobe for either recovering all the video lost or at least restoring the 5000 credits I used to generate the video? I was on the initial trial and spent 4000 credits and then upgraded and spend another 950.  When I logged out and logged back in, everything I did was gone.  And, yes, I only had one email, one account and have the emails to prove that.  Is there any support? Or does the company just take the money and run, without providing a service? This has been very frustrating as I have been waiting for going into week 2 without any response or support and not going to continue to use the solution if there is risk of losing everything at any point in time. 

I’m experiencing an issue with Firefly that doesn’t appear to be related to my credit balance. I’ve generated only around 25 images, and Firefly indicates that each generation costs 20 credits. My account still shows 3,712 out of 4,000 credits remaining, so I clearly have enough credits available.However, I’m repeatedly receiving the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later,” and I’m unable to generate any more images. Please review my account and clarify why this is happening despite having sufficient credits. I’d appreciate a prompt resolution, as this is preventing me from using a feature included in my Creative Cloud Pro plan.

i cant click on generate, it does not get clicked on genrate or anywhere else on that page, it freeze everything

The video generation with Kling 3.0 Omni while on the timeline is not working. Please fix as soon as possible

This was my prompt. “I want you to take this image and turn it into a family band in matching outfits, the guy in the middle blue shirt will play drums, the guy with the hat needs to play a keyboard, the guy in the black shirt will be lead vocals and have a guitar, the guy in the gray shirt will also have a guitar, the two women will be back up vocals, they will sing everybody wants to rule the world and stop halfway through the song to save the world from evil villians.”The video didn’t use any of the people from the image, there were 4 guys in the front when there should have just been 3 and only 1 woman there should have been 2 women, you couldn’t see the drummer at all and in the end they all changed into men.

tried to use veo 3 to generate text to video with first frame reference but generation failed and still charged me 200 credits

After giving me images that I do not want and did not describe, it is like Firefly eventually gives up and will just give me the same photo back unchanged no matter what I say, which means it chews through my credits as it gives me nothing. 

Quand j’écris mon prompt et appuie sur générer, rien en se passe. Je ne peux pas non plus modifier le type de génération (image, video etc..).  

When I load this into firefly, the top part and bottom part of the photo is cut off
