Firefly is not working at all.

I put a pretty clear and detailed prompt in and several times the resulting video is doing exactly what I specifically told it not to, or is doing something unrelated to what I asked. I understand the limitations, but it isn’t fair that I could run out of credits trying to redo work that wasn’t what I asked for. 

Gemini 3.1 Nano Banana 2 has the same issues as most of the other reports. Same message ‘Something went wrong, please try later’ regardless of picture or instructions.

I am tired of Firefly continually consuming my credits while producing results that do not follow my prompts or preserve my original character design. This is now the third consecutive month I have experienced the same problem. I should not have to spend three months’ worth of credits trying to get one 10-second scene generated correctly. I am requesting a full reimbursement of the credits I have spent over these three months and immediate assistance from someone who can properly review and correct my prompt so the character remains consistent with my original design.

i am getting "The vectorization service is currently rate-limited" from the day before yesterday and unable to generate anything.

I tried generating several videos with Kling 3.0. Some of them had error message some of them produced nothing. I kept retrying. Then 30 minutes later I see all videos there with duplicates I didn’t want because I kept retrying. Also sometimes dialog works and sometimes it doesn’t. I don’t think Firefly is ready to compete with other interfaces based on this behavior. I would like 500 credits refunded.

They take away my credits for upgrading, and then the process is cut short; it doesn't upgrade, and they end up charging me for the credits. This has happened to me 6 times already.

I am getting speed racer issue, I am having my credits , I have tried to clear cache and tried after 1 hour but still same issue

Seems like I cant delete the images I upload in the edit section in the generate image, even though its deleted from generation history, might need to report this. 

If I generate to many images, firefly says something is wrong and then I can’t produce anymore

I go in to generate a video in firefly. I select use 400 credits. It says check my credit balance. It shows that I have 3410/4000 credits available. But it won’t let me use them.
