Hello, I have A problem, I have really short deadline, please really help me fastl..I have just bough monthlysubscription to download some asstets and I cannot, even that I have 30 download available I dont have available download button, please, HELP! 😞

Hi,I recently noticed when browsing assets on the store that the ability to right click on an asset and open it in a new tab has been removed. I have tried using multiple browsers and nothing works, making the site extremely time consuming to navigate.Yet if I go to the Community Assets store we can still right click and open in new tab.Can someone please the reason for this? The site was already lacking basic features such as being able to create favorites lists, or even mark an asset in any way so that we could easily view it later.

I already subscribe to Substance 3D Collection.I can run all the apps such as substance painter or substance stager.But when I go to the market in creative cloud and try to download 3d assetI got this Subscribe to a 3D plan _ To download assets, first subscribe to a 3D offer

I am trying to sign up for the Substance 3D student trial, but get the error APO Codes not available for this Product on step two where it asks for my email and country. I can't seem to get through to support without an active account.

i can download materials just fine, also on my account page i can see 275 credits on https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets i can se 90, in creative cloud desktop i can see download button, but nothing downloads

Until recently —last month—, you could right-click and open any individual asset in any given listing in the Substance 3D Assets website (search results, collections, filtered listings etc.) in a new tab on your browser. Now you are required to navigate to the asset's page on the same tab as the search results (Ctrl + click won't open the link on a new tab either, and the right-click menu only picks up the image and not the link), which makes browsing long search results VERY inconvenient. You can always go back using the controls in the browser, but all the way down very long listings it takes a while for browsers such as Chrome to actually "remember" and go back to the point of the dynamic search results you were in before accessing the individual asset page, and sometimes it will fail to do so completely! I'm not sure if this is a current glitch of a conscious design/code change, but, as I've noted above, it makes for a very inconvenient browsing experience.

I want to download a material from the store (or send to sampler) but I can't. It says I have no download credits. I'm currently in the free trial. I try to pay to subscribe so I can go ahead and download, but get an error indicating that I already own that subscription. 

I have subscribed to the 3d texturing plan yet I am not getting my 30 asset download credits.Please resolve this,Thanks

I have a subscription for Substance, and I can not download assets from the webwhat is problem?

Hello, I have a subscription for Substance, and I can not download assests from neither the web nor creative desktop client. Everytime I try to donwload one of them, I get this error message : to download assest, first subscribe to a 3D offer. I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error. Thank you

So I subscribed to get 30 assests and it says I have a plan and everything but when I go to download, it just says upgrade. Like obviously I aint gonna give more money then I already do so I need some help here. So you know, I can download my assests?

First, I have a Creative Cloud account with my company. Today, I started the free trial for the Substance 3d Texturing plan under that same account. It shows up under my plans within that email/login. However, when I go to the Adobe Substance 3D Assets web page, it says I have no available downloads. So, I tried to use Creative Cloud (Marketplace -> 3D -> Surfaces) and when I click download, it says "please subscribe to 3D plan"....which I am. Second, I attempted to contact support through the chat feature. When I asked to speak to an agent, it told me it couldn't find a plan associated with my account, which I have two. I need this fixed asap and I need someone to actually contact me so I can continue with my work.

Hi to whoever may respond, I'm currently trying to download a substance 3D texture for my project in school and our school has the full Adobe enterprise suite, however when I try to subscribe to get an asset with Substance it tells me to pick a plan. This does not occur when i try and use Adobe Stock or the fonts so I believe it's just a substance issue. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I'm from polandI have a literal optical fiber as my internet connection, I download Steam games with speeds exceeding 100mb/s so why as a year-by-year payer for adobe products I get 6kb/s download speeds for my materials what is that?  my connection to any server be it the USA or China is great, the best it can be.  

Like the user in the post Can not Upload my Material in Community Assets , I am not able to upload any material I create to the Community Assets. However even after looking at the Automatic asset analysis section and adjusting the graph I still getIn case it was something to do with how I defined my outputs I deleted them all and used the "Create > Output nodes" context menu item on the last "Base Material" in the graph. (And the output nodes include all the required elements AFAICS). I think the output is "dynamic" if by looking at Anyone have any other ideas what could be blocking the upload?  I have attached the archive below if that would help in diagnosing the problem.

I just purchased a year subscription for substance 3D through MAXON. The budle included all the adobe 3D programs and access to 3D assets. After redemming the code I am still unable to download any assets, Eveytime I try, it promps me to start a subscription. 

How come when it says  "FBX + GLB" below the file name when I download it is only a .fbx file? I went to the Adobe Substance Assets Files and filtered by GLB, then download the file but it is still a .fbx file. What do I do?

Hi, I created a carpet material in Substance Sampler from an actual image (Image Attached below)  and I tried to upload it into Substance 3D Community Asset.I exported the material into SBSAR format and tested and it is working in other applications. But I get this error (attached below) every time and I tried several times in the last couple of days.Can anyone help me understand why it is happening?

Hi, I have purchased the 3D Substance monthly subscription this morning (the money has been debited from my account) which should allow me to download 30 free assets. I am unable to download any materials and the downloads box says zero downloads are available with my subsription. Please help.

Hi, I so have a subscription to the substance-collection and I got a confirmation from adobe, but I am not able to download 3D-assets. It only shows "Subscribe" on each asset (suppose it should be download). Creative Cloud App shows under Assets "start"What could be wrong?Thanks, Albert

Hi, I have previously signed up for a subscription to Substance 3D texturing last year. I cancelled at the end of the first month and had used all 30 credits in the Substance 3D assets library. When I logged on today my account was showing I had "downloads available with my Adobe subscription". I had no active subscriptions. I checked the plans in my Adobe account and it showed no active plans. I have just re-subscribed to the Substance 3D texturing plan and the 30 credits have been added on top. It looks like credits were added to my account even though my subscription had been cancelled. Thank you.

It seems like the Substance Material library has completely disappeared, and all 500 material points have also vanished. I had an Indie subscription and an older version of the Steam permanent license. Everything has disappeared, and I kindly request a restoration.

I'm trying to download the modeling, but I'm seeing this message. Can you help me? 

I am trying to download assets in Library "free asset". However, it is not for free, need to buy.  is that any solution where i don't know to get the free asset in the library?
