Desktop app takes ages to open. Spinning wheel for at least 1 minute on Loading Home tab. W11

When I try to update Premiere it keeps failing over and over again, I’ve tried to sign in/out, restart computer several times but it doesn’t work. What can I do to make the update happen?Using Macbook pro M1 MaxSonoma 14.1.1 (23B81)

When I open a previously used InDesign document, make changes and then select to save it, I’m confronted with a dialogue box advising the file is damaged and cannot be saved. I’m given an option to repair and once that’s selected the document closes. I reopen and do a save as and it seems to work for a while in the new version and then the same thing occurs when I try to save my work and close. I have found that working from a local drive works however this is an inconvenient work around. I have also had error messages when I re-open files.I believe it’s only started occurring since the most recent update to v21.2.Below are screenshots of the error messages. I selected save anyway and got the below dialogue box these ones were from a simple save

Hello Adobe Community,Sorry for posted this thead twice, but with the Adobe website udpate, my 1st post dissapeared.Here is the issue : I updated to version 26 of many CC Software, and the language package was not installed properly even with the correct language selected into CreativeCloud parameter. I’m have trouble especially with Premiere, Photoshop and AfterEffect. An adobe technicien tried to help me, using their remote screensharing app but we did not solved the probleme. Here is what we did :Log out from creative Cloud / Log In / put the correct language / Reinstall : no change Uninstall everything / put the correct language / reinstall everything : no change Downgrade from 26 to 25 : correct language installed but… stuck on version 25.  Adobe technician gave up, saying he’ll report the bug.  I’m on macOS 26.2 (25C56)Is anyone here having this issue ? Fist time I have this kind of trouble… I’m Adobe since the begining so I’m not a newcomer. Thank you for your help !

Changing display text for hyperlink is removing / deleting the hyperlink.Manually typed in footnotes. I highlighted the text “10” > right clicked > New Hyperlink > Put in URL (for this example dribbble.com). Went back into the doc realized “10” needed to be “20” highlighted my hyperlink and typed in “20” > Hyperlink is suddenly gone. And it’s happening with every hyperlink I’ve changed the display text on. I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve also done full resets of everything and I am running the latest update. Screenshots in order of process. help.  

I am unable to resize adobe application windows - when moving the cursor to the corner of the window, no sizing handle appears (in the corner hitbox and beyond). All adobe applications are only opening in full-screen.All other desktop application windows (non-Adobe) are working.I have tried rebooting, uninstalling, changing screen settings, dock preferences, etc. - basically everything the internet had to offer for a resolution.Setup:Macbook Pro with M4 Max - 36GB RamOS: Tahoe 26.3All Adobe CC apps are most current version (26) and were updated mid last week.

Recently my sidebar SSDs Icons have been highjacked by the adobe cloud desktop Icon. It's kind of annoying. same happened with stempel, I can live without stempel, not without Ps or Lrdisabling file provider extensions for adobe resolves the icon problem but limits my integration for adobe's softwares. I really need help with this one it's gearing my obsessive brain to overdrive thanks guys. I append screenshots.

In the Mac OS Finder (Tahoe 26.2), the system icons for external drives are replaced by the Creative Cloud app icon. If I go to System Preferences > Login Items & Extensions and turn off the Core Sync and Creative Cloud extensions, the correct icons for external drives are shown again in Finder.Please see screenshot of Finder window showing incorrect icon for my external drives. 

Beim öffnen eines Dokuments in MS Office (keine MS 365 Version) auf Mac OS 15 erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung.Zugriffberechtigung auf Adobe Ordner und Library/Application Support/ wurde erteilt.Keine Änderung.Die angegebene Datei ist im Ordner Library/Application Support/Adobe nicht vorhanden, wurde jedoch auch nicht wissentlich in der Vergangenheit entfernt.Was ist zu tun?  

Adobe UI Helper is using up a third of a gigabite to run on my PC. which is as much as the cloud itself. I feel like this is not very optimal and UI should be taking up more space than entire programs and the like. I feel like this is something adobe should look into.  

I'd appreciate some help on an issue I keep experiencing for years. The problem is that after every major update to Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic, the settings (or should I say "preferences") in these apps get reset to their initial state. It means that after single update I have to manually restore all my settings to the desired state and I must say it takes quite some time to do it for all the apps I use. To take Lightroom Classic for example, it means that after every update I open the app and it looks like it was just freshly installed - all my develop presets, export presets, app settings, interface settings are gone, reset to initial state. It's extremely inconvenient and I'm wondering if I'm the only one experiencing such problems.I would greatly appreciate some feedback from those who may know something about it, because I didn't manage to find a solution for this and at this point I'm just a bit desparate.I have had the same problem for several years even though I

Hello,I am experiencing a persistent issue with Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 11. My subscription is active and valid, but Creative Cloud shows the error:“Couldn’t connect to Adobe’s servers. Retry the operation later (Error code: 510)”Because of this issue I also cannot access Adobe Fonts and other cloud-based services.Additionally, I am currently unable to download Creative Cloud directly from the Adobe website. The download button does not work properly, and the only way I am able to install Creative Cloud is via the Microsoft Store version.I already completed a full troubleshooting process with technical guidance and followed all recommended advanced steps, including: Fully uninstalled Creative Cloud and all Adobe applications Ran the official Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as Administrator Updated Windows to the latest version and installed all available system and driver updates After the Windows update, I again cleaned Adobe components and reinstalled Creative Cloud f

Hola, Alguien tiene el problema que adjunto en foto, hoy 21 Nov 2025? Estuve hace 2 dias trabajando sin problemas y hoy al volver abirlo me sale este cartel. El problema tambien es que tengo la version mas nueva del soft (25.6.2) por lo que el aviso es algo paradojico, No se si esperar a que Adobe solucione algo que no sé.  Pero no puedo entrar mi proyecto y tampoco con versiones anteriores.    

Using Illustrator 2026 (30.1)MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro chip) running Tahoe 26.2 After creating a new library on the Adobe Color website, the only way I can get it to sync with Creative Cloud desktop (and therefore any of my applications) is to sign out of Creative Cloud and then sign back in.

This is a bug and I don't want to hear any excuses or "blame the user" responses. No "unplug it and wait 30 seconds" nonesense. This is a productivity killer on a daily basis. Single user here with a single licence. Adobe "Cloud" is installed on three machines - my desktop at my office, my desktop at home when I work remote, and my laptop for travel. Adobe randomly decides that my licence is in use by more than one person and decides that my password needs to be reset, logging out my work WITHOUT SAVING, forcing me to reset my password and login all over again. What is wrong, Adobe? Can't figure out how to do licence control? I've been a high-end (Esko, PackZ) user for decades - software that costs $$$$$ a year, and they seem to have it figured out. "Device XXX last used the licence registered to this install - do you want to close that session on Device XXX and activate the licence here?" Heck, yeah, I do - thanks! Ao realizar a instalação do Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, o processo é interrompido devido a um erro nos arquivos baixados, apresentando o código de erro 214. Gostaria de orientações sobre como proceder para corrigir o problema e concluir a instalação com sucesso.

I got the Premiere Pro Free Trial (windows), so they first require me to install the Adobe Creative Cloud installer (set-up). I install that and it prompts a window which transforms my mouse pointer into a 'no' icon (see image). Please help (p.s. i faked the icon because it didnt appear in the screenshot)

Bought a new Win11 computer because Win 10 no longer supported with security updates. when I try to install  PS CS6 and LR CS6 on new computer I get a message that my Serial number is valid, but my version of PS or LR is not found(both are listed with the SN in the Adobe "products" section). I have my original install files from the last time I migrated to a new computer but when I try to install they can't  get past the notice that SN is valid but no CS6 products. The same notice says to pick a version from a list which only shows CS3-5.Is there a work around for this issue?? Ross

I constantly get messages from creative cloud desktop that it needs to be repaired. I have repaired it many times but the error messages continue.

I would like to restore 10Gb of my hard drive space by uninstalling photoshop. It is impossible since i don't have space available to install Creative Cloud update. Creative Cloud refuses to open un-updated.How do i bypass creative cloud update? Could I use adobe products without that launcher as it creates more issues, than it is worth?
