Full -screen mode kills my computer. It freezes and does not respond to the buttons, only the computer reset button helps. In this case, the project is not saved. All updates are installed, all versions of the program are the latest. There are no such problems in the games, Davinci also works stably. I do not use the plugin
I have a video clip which is 00:00:04:05 long (random lenght). Close to the end, let's pick the 00:00:03:00 TC, I need to hold the image and extend it so the full sequence is 00:00:06:00 long. So I go to that timecode with the playhead, click the clip, go to Clip > Video Options... > Add Frame Hold, and now with the hold create I can extend up to TC 00:00:06:00. Now I want to add a pan to the hold frame section. I select the clip, then on the Effect Controls panel I go to Motion, Position, click on the stopwatch to add a keyframe to the first frame of the hold, add a keyframe to the last frame of the hold and move the image to any place far from the original position. In theory, if we go to the start of the video and hit play, we would see the video playing, when it gets to 00:00:03:00 the image will stop and the full frame will start moving non-stop until the playhead gets to the end at 00:00:06:00... but it doesn't, the movement stops at 00:00:04:05 which is the lenght of
Hello everyone I've recently been having trouble exporting videos. I've been getting this error below frequently. Usually when this happened, I would restart my computer and be able to render normally, but it's not happening anymore. I noticed that the timecode where the error occurs is for sections that have an After Effects composition applied over the video (a very simple composition, just a graphic with a number) and in render if I select Software Encoding instead of Hardware Encoding, the problem doesn't appear (but consequently the export takes longer). I've tried exporting using Media Encoder, and I've also tried creating a new sequence, but the problem persists. The bad thing is that this problem appearing frequently slows down my workflow a lot. How can I solve this problem? Can someone help me, please? Windows 11RTX 4070 TiAMD Ryzen 5 760032GB RAM

Not sure why, but recently Premiere has been showing a glitchy bar (see screenshots) across my program window. Started about two updates ago. Not sure exactly what causes it, but it's appeared in multiple projects over the last few weeks. It sometimes goes away on it's own when I play back footage, sometimes I restart my pc and it goes away, sometimes not. I've updated all my drivers, tried updating premiere etc. Tried deleting my media cache, nothing seems to affect it. At a loss for what to do so from here. In Premiere Pro version 25.0 and later, the color picker fails to accurately retrieve colors from the CC Library swatches. When selecting a color from the Library inside the "Properties" or "Essential Graphics" panels, the selected color either doesn’t apply or returns the wrong value—sometimes even black (#000000). For example, picking a swatch of #FFF100 from the CC Library results in #FCF050, which is noticeably incorrect. This issue does not occur in Premiere Pro 24.x, and other Adobe apps (like Photoshop and Illustrator) work correctly with the same Library swatches. We have tested this across 5 identical iMacs in our workplace, and the issue occurs on all of them, consistently. All devices are using the default "iMac" display color profile. Here are the details of one of the systems: Device: iMac19,1 Processor: Intel Core i5, 6-core, 3.7GHz RAM: 32GB OS: macOS Display: Single screen (iMac built-in display) Color Profile: iMac (default) As a temporary workaround, we a
Just bought a brand new MacBook Pro M4 (14 CPU; 20 GPU), 24 RAM, 1 TB ssd. Used to edit with an old Windows PC that had a compilation of Intel i5 9400f, GTX 1660 Super, 16 RAM and 256 GB Samsung SSD evo 970. I work with the MP4 files of app. 2-3 hours lenght (1920x1080 60 FPS 5mbps). Have never had any kind of an issue with the old Windows PC. Never freezed with that kind of content. And nowadays using a brend new MacBook Pro it freezes during the working process. I just could not believe that. It has some kinda thoughts that there might be an issue with the optizmization or something like that. I am not even able to believe that there is an issue related to the perfomance of the MacBook Pro. Any thoughts or solutions? 25.2 is ny version.
premiere pro 2025 version is working very slow it seem like i use to working on window 98 OS.the app has freezing and have late response time that disappointing me.even i have AMD Ryzen7 5800H CPU, 16GB of RAM, 500GB of SSD and 4GB of Nvidia RTX3050 Dedicated graphic card. Adobe please first improve your service and performance of the app insted of inbuild the AI.
Playback, even at 1/8 resolution, is awful and takes the program forever to render any frames even. Im sitting there for 2-3 minutes before my video isn't even black anymore. Also not able to render or export anything due to a GPU Lumentri error?? I tried deleting all my lumentri effects and still had no luck. Awful update and super buggy.
Premiere Pro v25.1, Windows 11. Override of Media Color Space does not play after relaunching Premiere. The override setting is still retained, but in order for it to display properly, you need to toggle to an incorrect color space (eg Arri Log 3 instead of Arri Log 4) and back again for it to "wake up" and display correctly. In this case, I have a bunch of Log footage that is ARRI LOG C4. Premiere does not auto detect it, but I can use the Override Media Color Space to manually select ARRI LOG C4 for the color to display properly in a REC 709 sequence. Everything works correctly until I close the program and restart the next session. Everything appears as LOG in the sequence, despite the setting still being retained. Toggling to an incorrect setting and back again fixes it, but this would be cumbersome on a sequence with a lot of mixed footage.Anyone else seeing this behavior?
I have been using the Morph Cut effect in my edits in Premiere Pro for years, with no real problems. Since I installed Premiere Pro 2024 (24.1), every time I bring a morph cut to a sequence, the program crashes. I've tried multiple different ways, like creating a completely new sequence and pasting the shots there and then using morph cut, and nothing works. I've decided to roll back to Premiere 2023 for now. I even tried using the latest Beta version, and it still crashes. Does anyone have a solution?
The following has been happening to me for several files now.I have to edit some files downloaded from Zoom recordings to trim them and make them more cropped. These files are usually 1 hour long. And the last 4 that I edited I'm having the problem of ‘Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file’, about 3 or 5 minutes into the video.I've been doing this kind of editing for 4 years and it never happened to me. Now it happens with all the files. I have Premiere updated and a good hardware.Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
Issue - The Keyboard Shortcut selection drop down in the Manage Preset window is not resizable, and by default it is not wide enough to show the Keyboard Shortcut selection, despite the entries being defaults provided by Adobe. Steps to reproduce - Right+Click or Control+Click on the Source Assignment region of the Timelines Panel, select Manage Presets... Expected result - The dropdown field should be large enough, or resizable, to show the Keyboard Shortcut selection in full without selecting it.Actual result - The Keyboard Shortcut selections are truncated, so each preset that has a shortcut assigned to it appears as: Source Assignment... Attempts to resize the column have no effect on the size of the Keyboard Shortcut fields.Adobe Premiere Pro version - 25.2.1 (Build 2)Operating system - macOS 15.3.2 (24D2082)

Sooo....it's been almost a year since Adobe said they would support the ARC line of cards. Is this happening? Ever? Even Filmora and Resolve support AV1 and hardware encoding/decoding for this card. Do I have to just call it quits with Premiere since I've sold my Nvidia cards for Intel? I almost feel like this is done on purpose to keep Nvidia happy....
Hi,Never received this pop up before. I deleted the warp stabilizer effect around that time code. Problem not solved as error came up again at another clip with warp stabilization. Why is this happening?
Hello, In the past 4 months, i have twice had the experience of entired folders being deleted while working with Premier Pro. In the first case, the folder contained all of the proxies of a project, which meant that I had to re-export all of the proxies (it took a week). The second case happened a few days ago and the folder containing a new version of an edit of a feature film which had been made over the past 3 weeks. In both cases I was using Premier Pro for other projects when the folders disappeared. There was nothing in the trash and I have searched my whole hard drive, there is no longer any .pproj file or auto-save vault corresponding to the lost work. The trash does contain many files deleted before the date of the folders disappearance so its impossible that I accidentally deleted it. The deletions happened on two separate computers, an imac and a MacBook Pro bought a month ago (OS Sequoia 15.3.1). There are 650 GB of free space on the computer.&

Hey guys, I've recently come up with this problem where Premiere Pro 2025 randomly crashes, but only when my source files are .mov's. Just dragging through the timeline will sometimes crash it. Rendering crashes EVERY time, and even when using Media Encoder, I get the same issues. I'm using Windows 11.13th gen i9-13900KF4090 GPU My workmate can render with no problem on a similar system and I'm at a loss as to why this is happening.I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've updated all drivers (Using studio versions for GPU). I've installed codecs. I've tried rendering with no audio. Nothing works.I don't get crash reports, it just shuts down after 5-10 seconds of locking up. Has anyone else had a similar issue? And if so, did you manage to solve it? Many thanks!
... does not work. When i change a clip's timecode to any time (1:30:00 for instance) it always shows up as Media Start 00:00:00:00 in the bin. Not even closing and reopening the program helps, i have to "replace clip" with itself or delete and re-import into the project anew.Same machine with PPro 2022: Everything (sorry: this ...) works.(Tested on three different machines)
Hey,I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 Version 25.2.0 (Build 147).I'm using Windows 10 Pro with those specs :- Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-7920X CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz- 128 Go - Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 Ti (with the last drivers) I'm currently working on a Premiere Pro file (around 900ko) and everytime i open the project, my CPU goes from 2% to 100%. I'm not even editing or rendering, just opening the file. So my computer starts overheating and crash/restart without any error message. 1 day before on the same project I wasn't having any of those issues, it started today. When i close the project, CPU immediatly comes back to around 2/10% capacity used.- I tried with another Premiere Pro project and there is no overheating problem, only on this project.- I updated every drivers- I restarted the computer- I cleaned the Premiere CacheI supposed it's related to some type of files I imported in the project or maybe some settings. Does somebody knows how to repair this pr
Ever since the new update (25.2.0 Build 147), the export tab has been quite unstable. Crashes seem to occur 9/10 times for me.Crashes have happened when:-Trying to name an export-Choosing export file location-Sometimes simply opening the export tab causes crashesI've resorted to clearing my media cache before re-opening projects which seems to get me a good 1/2 exports before encountering another crash. For additional context, I am experiencing this on PC and I can't attest as to if this is also an issue on Mac.Specs:Intel Core i7-14700K 3.40 GHz64.0 GB DDR5RTX 3060 12GB2tb Samsung 990 Pro (x 2)Windows 11 Pro
What is this box that keeps appearing on my subtitles?? it doesn't appear at all in Premiere but appears once I've exported my file. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it at all.
Problem: Ever since updating to PP 25.2 (it may have started with 25.1) I get this "Audio Can't Render" (see attached image). Also, the playback is terrible now, skipping frames, and latency issues even at 1/8 resolution. I do have knights of the editing table: excalibur, portal, anchor. Usually only anchor panel is opening, but it happens even when it is closed. I have aescripts: shortcakes, easify pro2, beateditor pro 2 (i think that's what it's called). They are always off.Important to note:I use both my licenses:1) for my main laptop where no issues are happening2) I remote into a parsec server onto a minimac 2024 16gb m4 pro chip. OS: sequioa 15.2The audio can't render issue didn't happen before and is new to pp 25.1.Steps Tried:1.
