Hello, hope this is in the right place but I really need some help. My Macbook Pro has now maxed out on memory (250gb). I've bought an external hardrive to move everything across but I have two questions I can't seem to find the answer for: When I move everything across, can iCloud still sync to it to update? I can't find anywhere to help me do this2. When all my files are moved off my Mac, will iCloud start deleting them on the cloud as they can no longer be seen on my computer? Hope that makes sense, please help! Thanks, Iain

If you delete the main domain portfolio web page, will the sub-domain page replace the previous main page? I want to replace my main web page with a new version that I created as a sub-domain.

If you drag and drop a music file, the music file is twisted, so the sound is e.g.) Intro -> Middle -> Intro, the music goes like this, and an error occurs

I have gone into the CC Library Archive to delete items permanently, but get this error every time.  I saw other posts with people having this problem but I couldn't find a resolution to the issue. Any steps on what to do? Thanks,Teresa

Hi, I'm trying to edit my portofolio site on Adobe Portfolio, but every time I try and log in I get a McAfee page stating "We’re sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."It even lets me log in, then a few seconds later it redirets to the McAfee page.https://www.mcafee.com/sae/blockpage.html?hash=08052022212256Only thing is, that that page is not blocked on my McAfee site at all.If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.Many thamks.

Hi.I have a problem with libraries.libraries from https://assets.adobe.com/libraries do not show up in Applications.In https://assets.adobe.com/libraries I have a message: "All your cloud storage is full. Extend now to add new works further."However, in https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I have 2 TB of free space.Help.  

Hi - I have a number of libraries created in CC. One of them will appear for just a minute and then all of a sudden it just disappears. Any idea on how to get this library back permanently? My other ones work, and of course it is my biggest library. 

Hi There, I've just been asked to re-sign in to the CC app for some reason but the username/password fields no longer accept pasted info - is that correct? Many of us use password managers with crazy passwords. This is great for security but impossible to remember and really painful to type in. If you don't allow pasted info, you encourage simpler passwords and the reusing of passwords. Also, it's an app on my machine, it's not like a public facing website - right? Please revert this policy and allow pasted username/password info in the CC app. Cheers, Ben P.S At least include 'Account' as a topic or allow us to create topics to make posts relevent. 

Exatamente ontem, 7 de maio de 2022, acabaria meu plano anual pago mensalmente e ele seria calcelado, o que eu queria! Porém foi atualizado automaticamente sem o meu consenso. Agora para cancelar terei que pagar uma taxa de mais de R$680,00 o que me recuso a fazer. Pesquisei nos meus e-mail e eu NÃO recebi nenhum e-mail falando que meu plano seria restaurado. Como faço para recorrer à essa causa? Apenas gostaria de cancelar meu plano sem essa multa! (Eu não usei as ferramentas no mês de maio, apenas até abril.)

Nearing 900GB in my 1T cloud storage plan with Adobe -- I bought into the idea because I use multiple computers, and love the idea of it being everywhere -- and auto uploads from the iPhone, what's not to love?  Well I found out what's not to love -- there's no way to go beyond 1T.  I'm happy to pay a reasonable price for more storage, but it's not possible.   Adobe, if you're going to offer cloud storage to professional photographers who think of throwing away 52MP RAW files just like burning negative -- you need to offer storage that meets the demands that professionals have.  I'm disappointed honestly.  I don't want to deal with some stuff here, and some stuff there. Absent a solution that works, I'm going to have to go with Lightroom Classic, and use Google for my cloud storage.  They offer multiple terabytes, and pretty cheaply too.

I got in contact with a client who shared about 1 librariy to my company account. This library does not appear in the libraries panel of any of my apps, not even the CC Desktop app. Does anyone know how to fix this? (I can see the files in the web browser version of Creative Cloud)

The files are not synced. The solution given in the table does not help. What can I do?

Hello everyone! I have a problem in Adobe Portfolio, and maybe you can give me a hand, please? It wents like this: In my "About Me" section, I've wrote the first lines of text (I've se the line height as i wanted, wrote the text, so all good till now). But when I want to go to the next Paragraph, and when I push enter,  I get a totally different height than the first ones. So in the end, I end up with two rounds of text with a hights, and then a third one with a totally different spacing. I'll attach some dummy text to show you what I mean.Maybe I miss something totally obvious, but I really dont get what that would be.  Anyone else had this problem? Or can point me out to a mistake I make? Thanks! 

Does anyone know if the creators of the adobe websites that are showcased in the example websites get compensated in some way because they are giving adobe more business? I believe that my website is pretty advanced using adobe and am interested in finding out. Thank you

I can no longer access my Adobe Portfolio account associated with my school. I logged in to move my portfolio to a new account since I graduated from this school. I was warned I would lose access soon and that my plan will end on May 16th but I was not able to access it to do this. I can still log in on the Adobe website and it does still say I have an Enterprise plan too. I tried contacting the school for assistance but they seemed confused and offered no additional assitance. Is there a way for me to transfer my portfolio to a new account?

Three things to note before I ask my question:On the CC Desktop App, there is a section for "Cloud Documents."On the web version, there is a tab for "Cloud Documents" (same as above,) but there's an additional tab for "Synced Files."On my local machine, there is a "Creative Cloud Files" folder. Confused already? You should be. I don't know why there are so many different places to save something, but onward with my question. So let's say I started an Illustrator file and saved it locally to my machine. Later on, I save a copy of it to my "Creative Cloud Files" folder on my machine (because I literally don't know how else to get it on the cloud at this juncture. Enlighten me if you can.) It WILL NOT show up through the Desktop App in "Cloud Documents," but it DOES show up via the web version under "Synced Files." What's the point of this (unnecessarily confusing) set-up?Any way I can get that "Creative Cloud Files" folder to show up in the Desktop App? Hello, I want to restart syncing my files with my Adobe Cloud Space freshly, but I have synced 43 GB of files and that recycle bin just won't let me delete all data at once. Why is that? Talking about:https://assets.adobe.com/deleted 

Is there any way to adjust the mobile settings for the Marta theme? The font sizes are inconsistent scaling to the desktop size and even irrregular withing the mobile size. Are any other themes more customizable?

In Portfolios there a way to keep PhotoGrid Captions visible at all times. On my portfolio you have to hover over each specific picture in the grid, or double click on the picture, to get the caption to show. Is there a way to keep the captions visible at all times?

Has anyone else experienced this? We are currently being told by adobe to just restore the files one by one - but how could this happen to every single file?
