Creative Cloud Services

Older version of Media Encoder keeps reinstalling itself and then acts as a default choice for media encoding, although I have a newest version installed always. It happens after every reboot. What is going on with this? Can anyone help me to solve this problem. I am tired of starting each working day with uninstalling ME. (Windows 10 PRO. Everything's updated to last versions.All new and hardware is top notch)

Ich möchte in der creative cloud eine 14 GB große Datei hochladen. Von den 100 GB Speicherplatz dort sind noch nicht einmal 10 verbraucht. Will ich die Datei hochladen, bekomme ich den Hinweis "Maximale Uploadgröße 1 GB. Für größere Dateien den creative cloud client verwenden". Aber genau mit diesem versuche ich ja, die große Datei hochzuladen, so wie ich es erfolgreich zuvor auch mit kleineren Dateien geschafft habe. Wo liegt der Fehler?Danke für jede Hilfe!

Ich habe ein Problem mit allen Adobe Produkten mein System Windows 10 Pro auf dem neusten Stand so wie alle Adobe Applikationen aber die MSVCP110.dll wird nicht gefunden ich habe mir die MSVCP110.dll datei aus dem internet erneut geladen und sie ins SYSTEM32 gesetzt. Adobe Applikationen sowie ältere und neuere versionen und Creative Cloud habe ich auch schon Deinstalliert und Neu Installiert.

Hello. I can't get my fonts from TypeKit to show up in the Creative Cloud app and therefore can't use them in my Applications. I've tried closing Creative Cloud, restarting the computer, and nothing.  What can I do?

Al respecto daban las indicaciones a realizar, actualizar IE 11 y TLS 1.0/1.1, incluso he puesto como explorador predeterminado al explorer.....Hecho esto, me encuentro con que no puedo abrir la aplicacion.... me pide comprobar la configuracion del cortafuegos... y no encuentro nada que lo impida... alguna pista.Muchas gracias!Mónica

When Creative Cloud needs to resolve a problem and gives you the options Quit or Repair, it suggests to go to a bad link to download and install a new copy of CC (it says http://wwww.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp) and it should be updated to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop.I see this dialogue box way too often.

Hey Everyone.So lateliy I had some error with Adobe Creative Cloud and when it get fixed, I lost access to files in Cloud. I can see them but I can't open them in Illustrator. It says that file I'm trying to open is missing on my device. And if I want to get it back it takes me to website which doesn't exist. Is there any chance to get my files back? 

This evening I tried to use Photoshop for the first time in a couple of months.  It refused to run, saying that it could not contact the Adobe server to verify my subscription.  I tried three times with the same result every time.  I tried disabling my anti-malware program (MalwareBytes) temporarily.  It didn't help.  I then tried running Creative Cloud.  It told me it needed to repair itself and tried to download and run the installer -- but then it gave me "Error 207; The server is currently not responding.  Please try after some time."   What is wrong and how do I fix it?  -- Jon W.

I see its content mirrors the same stuff that's currently in my Creative Cloud Files folder on my Mac finder.

Hello,after an update of the Adobe CC Desktop-Manager, he´s saying: No Internet Connection ( only the AdobeCC Applikation, but the Computer Webbrowser have Internet ... ).Bevor this Problem, de Adobe CC Desktop Manager has make an Update, after this we have this Problem. Notice: the System is not an Admin-User in a Computer-Domain, but it was working the last time !             The User use a Adobe CC Package with Update-Privileges.  

I kept getting an error code logging into any program.I started a chat at 9 am EST, it is now 10:47 am est. Crickets.It was supposed to be 8 minutes. I also called support, where I have been on hold for an hour. I have been a long time Adobe customer, since Photoshop 1.0. I am losing faith that they are as customer-focused as they have been. Still on hold. Does anyone know where I can get this crappy hold music? 

The Creative cloud desktop app is opening on its own, and then trying uninstall Premiere Pro. I am on the latest WINDOWS update, latest version of Premire Pro and Creative cloud app. I can force close the app over and over but it keeps RE opening on its own and trying to uninstall Premiere. How do I stop this?

So months back i downloaded adobe to use premier pro to do some video editing. But there was this time where I had to install creative cloud to use it and the creative cloud running in my background was badly interfering with my gaming laptop whenever i tried to run graphic heavy games. I dont know if anyone else had this issue but is there a way to stop adobe from running in the background. I want to get premiere pro again and do some video editing CPU: Ryzen 5 4600 GPU: GTX 1650ti RAM: 16GB

Hi there, I have just installed the macOS Big Sur on my mac, and now I can't se the green checkmarks in my creative cloud files on my desktop.Does others experience this, and have a solution for bringing the checkmarks back? Best regards May Buhr

I've been looking for an answer to this for ages and looked at FAQ's by Adobe, but haven't found a clear answer.I have a Windows 10 64 bit laptop but has limited storage (eMMC) and cpu power.Ok for email and web and even plays back 4K video OK, but will not work as a full blown high end edit desktop.Currently using it to transfer 4K Files from SDXC cards onto portable HDD for backup when travelling.I also want to use it as an  'Adobe Apps mobile type device' but when I load Creative Cloud Desktop it tries to sync all the Work files to the machine locally. This is not required.Is there anyway to selectively stop specific folders syncing locally ? - and just leave me with Cloud based web apps - eg Premiere Rush and Lightroom. Then have all my work files (for this Laptop)  in the CC cloud?.Any help appreciated. 

Hello,I work on a computer that shares the Adobe Cloud with another user. I want to have access to the CC applications and updates, but I do not want the CC document files stored on or synced to my hard drive. They are now appearing as part of my hard drive storage and using up too much of it. How can I remove/delete the files from my hard drive without removing them from the web storage that is used by both of us? The other user does have the files stored on their hard drive (PC Windows 10) and would like to keep accessing them that way as well as in the Web App. I am using a Mac OS High Sierra. 

Can i purchase student or teacher plan by using my mother's id of school or my brother's id from my adobe account ?

How can I permanently disable Creative Cloud Files on macOS? It is uploading personal files that I do not need stored in the cloud.

Hi!I have an issue with creative cloud syncing: Last 3 Days file syncing and upload 70 GB data around.Still showing on XD "Saving..." I had to Discuss with support team supervisor they told me this is not our control.  maine daily data uploaded 10gb around.... Attached 2 Images
