Help needed please:I want to use the Adobe Apps offline. In a lot of Help-articles written, it is able to be up to 30 days offline if you do not have an Internet connection. The Apps are registrated and updated. But when I disconnect from Intnernet and open e.g. Lightroom, it says that there is no Internet connection and I´ve to retry - or close. This is frustrating.Is there any software setting that allows to disconnect for some days? Thanks

I'm receiving a 301 error when trying to update my apps on my Mac (Mojave).  I've reinstalled AAM.  No luck.  Any ideas?--Robert

I installed Photoshop v.24 on macOS Monterey (M1 Pro). When I try to open it, the message "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application." pops up.I already tried to follow these steps (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/error-application-components-missing-starting.html), changing the location and removing the Locales folder, trying to reinstall it, but nothing works and I'm getting a bit frustrated.Can someone please help me out?

I recently got a new computer and went to re-install my Creative Cloud apps, but when it comes to Photoshop, the 2023 version does not seem to support the pressure sensitivity on my tablet (it's off-brand, so the Wacom drivers are useless). I've searched for and tried every solution the internet has to offer and nothing has worked. Since my old computer was running the 2021 version of the Creative Cloud, I tried to simply downgrade to that, but the Creative Cloud app only goes back to the 2022 version which also doesn't support my tablet's pressure sensitivity (I knew this already, which is why I was running 2021 on the old computer; it 2022 didn't support pen pressure on that device either). I've looked around, but the only downloads for the 2021 version seem to be "cracks" or pirated or other dubious sources. Is there any way to legally download Photoshop CC 2021?

Hi, just bought Photoshop&Premiere Elements 2023 from Amazon, but the redemption code I received only leads to one S/N for Photoshop Elements. Also only Photoshop was downloaded. The S/N worked just fine for activation.Downloaded the test version of Premiere Elements, but (as expected) the given S/N is not valid for Premiere (should start with different digits)Contacted Amazon support chat - they claim that the code is valid for both products! Does anybody know how to get the second S/N for Premiere Elements?Adobe support Chat is not active at the weekend... cheersMichael

I purchased the Adobe Acrobat 2020 with my new DELL computer. It came with a product key to redeem. When I do that the serial number flashed and there is no record of it. How do I find the serial number as without it I am unable to complete installation.

Hi Everyone! I had an idea for Adobe to use for the future of their product bundle plans! I thought why not a Build your Own Bundle Plan? Think about it! Many of us love Adobe products, but if we go for the Cloud, we get all these products, but may not even use some of them! So why not a build your own bundle plan where customers can choose which Adobe products they wish to have, and pay the monthly or yearly fee?

I am running os Catalina 10.15 on my imac I have Photoshop 2022 and Lightroom 2022 both of which have been running fine now Adobes latest softwaer update says it needs os Big Sur which my imac cant handle as Catalina is as far as it can go is there any way round this or have I wasted a years subscription to AdobeThanks 

Hi,My main pc with Ps died. I have a backup Macbook Air, Mid 2011, OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (cannot upgrade anymore) which is not compatible with the latest version of CC. I know the older versions are compatible but Adobe Customer Care does not want to assist me. All they tell me is that I need to upgrade my operating system. I was given these links:https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2017-direct-download-links.htmlBut when I do the install and I get the to the login all it does is spin. I deleted and un-installed the previous CC and got rid of the folder as well. All I need is a version of Ps that is compatible with my laptop. I am a screen printer/designer and I need Ps to create my films, designs, etc. I have 2 other Macs that my friends gifted me and the same ish. The operating systems do not support the latest CC 2023. Customer care really doesn't care because they repeat what I tell them. Can anyone help?Thanks!Kay

I've been through this three times. I have a new Surface Pro 8 with Windows 11. Installing Photoshop Elements requires a restart, and that restart fails. Windows then cannot recover, until I get my bitlocker recovery code and do a complete system re-install, which erases all apps and settings. Here are the steps:Download and install Photoshop Elements, using serial number to activateInstaller requires restart, displays "restart now" button. Click "restart now".System displays four white boxes (Windows logo) forever, does not start.Hold power button for 10 seconds to shut down. Press power button to start up.Same thing (windows logo forever). Power off again, then on."Preparing automatic repair" ... "Diagnosing your PC"...... "Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC" I'm a software dev and good Windows power-user... can you please tell me what startup items are being installed that might be failing? I cannot update Lightroom Classic, or open it, or open Creative Cloud app, and it's just so ridiclous that this company (adobe) continue to put out the worst, painfuly slow programs possible, that never work as they should. What is the deal with this garbage? Flipping work please and also, stop trying to update apps every other day, just make a program that works, done. 

Creative Cloud Apps panel won't load. Been like this since the latest AE update failed a few days ago. All apps are working and CC looks fine. Log out of CC and quit CC are greyed out and not available. Any ideas. Pete.

I had Photoshop 12 installed on my PC, my disk got wiped out and I need to re-download it.My account on adobe.com shows under My ProductsPhotoshop 12It also shows me a valid serial numberI read the existing instructions that ask me to go to My Orders and re-download. But the Order History is blank. It does not provide any download link to Photoshop.I do see I have a free Creative Cloud Membership. Likely this is unrelated, but FYI.So the question is: where do I find the Photoshop 12 download to reinstall on my computer, and then use with the existing serial numberThanks!

Hi, I have CC monthly Photography Plan. I purchased a new Mac with M1 chip. Apple Genius Bar guys migrated my LR Classic v 8.4.1 to the new computer. Now I would like to upgrade to the latest version, but when I click Help>Updates I get a message saying I'm all up to date. I'm signed into Adobe so I'm not sure how to upgrade.

 Hello,I just changed my Mac and I switched to version M1, everything is up to date with version 11.5.2.I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud but when I want to install the applications (photoshop, illustrator...) I get an installation failure message, code 403. So I looked for updates to do but they are all up to date. I uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing works...Could you please help me? 

hello i am a student and i got the student version of adobe cc and i was encouraged to do so by my professor because we needed the software for the class and would not have the time to finish the work in the class so i went ahead and got it thinking 19.99 + tax a month would not be bad to get a good grade in the class and i also thought i would use it more for other things out side of class but that is just not the case and so i decided to try and cancel my subscription but come to see there was a cancellation fee that is not worth the price and i was informed after talking to costumer service that the fee was in the contract but it was not clearly listed when i was buying this i am just very upset with the way your adobe system is setup you should make it more clear that there is a cancellation fee!!!!!!

I have an older Mac that I rebuilt (2010 iMac, now with new SSD drive) running High Sierra, which is the highest system I can go. I need to restore my Adobe software and can find, download and install everythig except Photohsp that I need ( I have an pay for it on antoher Mac). I have the photography plan and am unable to download the Creative Cloud apps to my new PC but receive the following message:  Your Adobe serial number has expired or is invalidYour serial number has expired or was illegally distributed.Try genuine Adobe apps with a 7-day free trial. I  am currently logged into my Adobe account which confirms that I have a valid photography plan, complete with payment details but despite this I am unable to download any apps.How do I download my apps onto my new PC?Thanks.
