Bonjour, je souhaiterai trouver un lien pour télécharger Adobe creative suite cs5.5. J'ai le numéro de série, la facture mais j'ai perdu l'installateur. Dans mon compte Adobe  cette version ne figure pas  alors que j'avais noté la date de l'enregistrement. Pouvez-vous me donner des pistes pour trouver cet instlleur?

J'ai payé un abonnement étudiant le 20/09, j'ai installé, ouvert et utilisé indesign, et tout aller bien.Mais le lendemain soir cela me met "démarrer l'évaluation" au lieu de "ouvrir", je clique et je vois "7 jours restant" (aujourd'hui 6). Cela semble être comme si j'avais la version d'essai de 7 jours alors que j'ai payer un abonnement (j'ai d'ailleurs bien les sous en moins sur mon compte). J'ai bien vérifier, mon adresse mail (ID) est le même avec lequel j'ai payer l'abonnement et lequel je me sers donc je ne comprend pas pourquoi j'ai une version d'essai tout a coup alors que le matin même tout fonctionner. Est-ce à cause du faite qu'avant mon compte était payer par mon lycée et que maintenant la session à expirer ? C'est la seule chose que je vois sur mon compte qui est étrange, mais même si cela à expirer j'ai acheté un abonnement donc je ne comprends pas le problème.

I downloaded Adobe cc and a few other apps the other week onto my computer and had accidentally used an account with an old email address that I can no longer access or get into. I created a new account with my current email address and went to download Acrobat DC. EVERY time I go to try and access any of the installed apps or download new ones to the computer, the CC pops up and says that the email address for the old account has to be verified. There is no option to logout of that one and login to a new one, and I can not delete/uninstall the program because it's logged in and I can't give the permission through the account that I am locked out of to delete it. I NEED to access the apps I already paid for and get some work done and I have no way to do so, any ideas or suggestions on fixing this?? If Adobe has wanted to build and retain a solid customer base for their new software developments, it has done everything wrong. Exorbitant prices, incessant pressure to use subscription-based software. And now, I find that Adobe has failed to provide a functional way for users of older versions of, say, Photoshop (CS2, CS3 era) to activate their legitimate, bought-and-paid-for software. Adobe has repeatedly thumbed its corporate nose at millions of once-loyal Adobe fans.   I just purchased a legitimate copy of Photoshop CS3, which turned out to be an upgrade version. So I purchased a full version of Adobe Creative Suite 2 to provide the necessary serial number. I am having trouble understanding how I paid for the student plan and I am not getting all the programs I thought I paid for. I bought this plan twice and it's saying I don't have illustrator, photoshop, inshoot, etc. If anyone could help me figure out what I should do please let me know!

I have install issues with CS2 - Can DLW help?

I'm using Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6, currently on my second year of subscribing Photography Plan and Premiere Pro Plan. I use Photoshop CC 2018 and Premiere Pro CC 2019, both downloaded form prodesigntools.com ( error installing PS 2019 so settled for 2018). Things have been fine until today, I didn't open PS for over a month, and PR more so. When I tried to open PS, it required me to sign in, after I did it said No Subscription Found "we couldn't find a Photoshop CC 2018 subscription associated with this ID." And suggests me to start the 7-day trial. However, I succesfully opened PR, works just fine. My Adobe acc shows I'm still subscribing both the Photoraphy and PR plan, payments keep happening on my credit card and my next one is due later this month. I tried re-logging Adobe acc, uninstall and reinstall PS CC 2018, it still fails to recignize my subscription. What can I do? I attached screenshots of my subbed plans and the error message shown.

Good Morning Community, I am not able to install CS6, I am recieveing an Error 404 and nothing comes up. And when I try to download, I get download not compete files missing cannot install. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Hi, Just switching over to a new machine. Only PS, AI, InD, LR and DW are available to download from the CC App. When I go instead to the CC page online, it's all there but when I go to download anything from there I get a "XX is now installing" page but either nothing happens or I get an installer in my downloads folder that does nothing. I've signed out and uninstalled CC app and reinstalled. I did a clean up of all Adobe stuff and tried again with no luck. I'm sure I'm not alone on this but I haven't see exactly this in the community in a quick search. Any help would be welcome. Thanks!

Downloaded 2022 Adobe InDesign, but it does not open. I am on a Mac using Catalina OS.

I bought a student subscription for the Creative Cloud apps, but can't seem to download the apps that should come with it. I succesfully downloaded the Creative Cloud app to my Macbook. When I open it, it shows all the apps. But it says 'Try" of "Buy". Not 'Download' or 'Install'.The instruction video I found shows it should say 'Download'. I logged off and on again (as was advised in a help text somewhere here) but that didn't help.Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Tnx 

I have have circling around and waste for more than 30 minutes to find help or chat with customer service. when i ev\entually get rid of all obstacles to get into live chat, what I have got is to wait for a moment .... then 15 minutes gone, and my line is dropped. So have to restart again, my whole is gone for struggling around.I just would like to ask a very simple question on renewal of my subscription, as simple as changing my credit card for payment, and what should I do?

Please help me. I am an instructor at a major university, and when I went on sabatical for 2 yrs, the IT dept removed me from the active users for Adobe ( had installed and was using all of them on the cloud, CS6, while working. didn't warn me. Well, now every 5 min I get a LARGE WINDOW pop up telling me it's not to late to make my software legit! and I can't make it GO AWAY! I expecially don't like the insinuation that i my have "stole" it. I am entitled to it then, and will be again when I come back. How do i get rid of this, and as a side note, for having to put up with this 'in your face windows' every damn time I try to use my computer now, I'll never reinstall Adobe products, no matter how "FREE" the colleges say it is. I literally can't find a way to contact adobe directly for support on my account inquiry. I browsed the adobe website and my account, and the help center for days and still can't find a way to email or chat with adobe support directly. Is there no other way than to call them? 

okay, this may be a dumb question but I’m not that techy even though I am a designer. I may need to buy a new Mac. I auto pay monthly for photoshop and illustrator. I’m imaging that I will need to somehow connect my new Mac with my adobe account so I can access the programs. how do I do this? Thank you!!
