My Photoshop and Lightroom will not update. Also, my sync file will not update. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Hallo zusammen,leider hat ein Plattenfehler auf meinem Rechner dazu geführt, dass ich eine komplette Neuinstallation durchführen musste. Dies bedingt auch eine Neuinstallation von Photoshop CS 6.Beim Installieren bekomme ich die Nachricht: Der Dateiarchiv-Teil von Adobe Photoshop CS 6 fehlt.  Um Adobe Photoshop CS 6 extrahieren zukönnen, müssen alle Teile im selben Ordner vorhanden sein. Laden sie alle Teile herunter. Was ist das Problem und wie kann ichg es umgehen/beheben.Vielen Dank und GrußJürgen

How do I change over to a new desktiop machine?  Do I jusrt dwnload?  Or do I have to remove CC from the old computer first?

After several tests, and accroding to the Activity Monitor,  it seems that the Creative CLoud Helper app is preventing my screensaver from launching on the STudio Mac running Monterery. If I terminate the app in the activity montior, the screenaver activates after the approriate time.  I am not exactly sure what the helper app is and if I can delete–or if this is an known issue (can't find anything about it) I am assuming gthe app is what sits up in teh menu and allows me to open CC on the desktop tpo do updates etc. ANy suggestions for fixing this welcome... Thanks

I have 5 CS6 licences - 2 premium and 3 standard and only use one of them - I used to have a graphic design business - some of my old machines are in storage and were wiped clean (I think after deactivating Adobe Creative Suite) and some failed whilst acivated - so I am unsure which serial numbers are in use.I saw that Adobe recently switched off their activation servers for CS3 and prior and since some of my licences are upgrade versions I was concerned that I might lose the ability to install CS6 and also that in time Adobe will switch off activation servers for CS4/5/5.5/6.So I got one of my old macs (which had no apps on it and was running Sierra) and tried to install CS6 design standard.As soon as I put in a serial number and continued it said "please connct to the internet and retry" - I was connected to the internet but it wouldn't let me go any further - so I chose the connect later option which allowed me to install a trial version and I was then able to supply my serial numbe

I am in process moving the applications to a new PC. When I was ready to move the licenses, I found out that my granddoughter, which got the old PC, uninstalled both applications! What can I do now? I must say that Adobe's help is pretty well nonexistent. Does anybody know how I, as a private person, can get in touch with an actual Adobe tech support?PLEASE, HEEEEEEELP!!!

I purchased a 12.9-inch iPad in the hope that I could work on it with my Adobe license (Photoshop and Illustrator mainly). I entered the iPad with the Creative Cloud subscription and there are no downloadable features! . If I subscribe to the cloud, how can I use the iPad in my subscription? They are only installed on one computer now.

I recently updated to Monterey, and Photoshop has stopped working.  I understand I need to update Photoshop, but when I go to my Creative Cloud updates pane, it says Photoshop is up to date with no other updates available.  Does anyone know where I can go to update Photoshop?   [Moderator note: Renamed and branched from an unrelated topic in an unrelated forum.]

Illustrator and InDesign CS4 cause the computer to freeze randomly.    Why would that be?Maybe these older versions of Adobe are not set up for windows 11?  Is there anyway to fix this or am I resolved to buy new versions of  Adobe products.   Did Adobe do this on purpose to force us to buy new software and increase their income?

Im getting to transfer my photoshop elements 14 from my old laptop to my new laptop.   I got an error message that says PX engine unknown.  This app can't run because it causes security or performance issues on windows. A new version may be available  Is there a way to fix this? I can't afford a monthly fee to pay it again

Hi! On the 21 of september my annual subscription of Adobe CC (student) was renewed. Because my credit card had expired I was not able to see the button to cancel the plan, as I intended to. Three days later I understood that this was the problem, I updated my card details and discontinued the plan. I then was bound to pay for another month but also for an early termination fee of 1623.60 SEK. I did not intend to continue for another year and wonder if it is possible for me to get a full refund.Kindest regards, Erik Hulteen

My old computer's OS is Windows 7 Remaining, free, storage space: 41.2 GB, out of 231 GB When I click on the downloaded AI Illustrator Set up Icon on my desktop, a window with the following message appears:Illustrator is not yet available for your device (Error Code: 405)Questions:Does my computer have enough free storage space to install AI from the Creative Cloud?If not, can I cancel my two days old subscription (I am in the trial period), sign up again, and try to install AI from the Creative Cloud when I have a new computer, any time?Thank you for your advice.

Hi all, Hope you can help me. Let me detail my workflow to explain the situation. I've recently got a new Mac Studio for work, and have been installing apps like Premiere, AE and Encoder into my applications. They open and run absolutely fine. However, on the creative cloud app, Premiere and AE are not installed, but Encoder shows it has been installed. There seems to be some sort of bug. I have the apps on my old Macbook Pro already and on there shows it is shown as installed, so nothing wrong with my account.  It would be great to get this fixed as I can keep up with the regular updates but also I am then able to install the plug ins such as Frame.io, that I use reguarly.  I hope this explains my situation properly, more than happy to explain further. A friend of mine has bought the adobe creative cloud student package today, but has made the mistake by misspelling her email address, is this resolvable in any way? I can not install Adobe Premiere on a MacBook Pro with chip M2.

Although I tend to sound like a grumpy old man, I honestly do have profound respect not only for Adobe Developers but also for the generous Adobe Users that offer support, answer questions, and provide feedback.What I don't want to do is impede any of the hard work from either of these groups.I have some ideas that I think would be great features. They are just ideas now and they are certainly not worthy of filling out a feature request. In fact, without any input, they may be terrible ideas and I am just missing something. I would like to be able to bring up an idea for a feature and get input and feedback from other Adobe Users before compiling a final, well-thought-out feature request with built-in support from the people who contributed. I understand that there is some upvoting and group input in the feature request portion of the forum, but it would be nice to have that discussion beforehand. Added a neew Mac - installing Elements 2020 on it but does not accept serial number. I installed from the CD. I tried eliminating the two files in the LIBRARY but now Elements is just paused at the first "workspace choice,"  page.  Thanks.

Some configuration Adobe probably didn't think of.I have 2 separate plans : Photography plan et Adobe Acrobat ProI use 3 PCsI've installed Photoshop on computer A and BI've installed Acrobat on computer B and CSo, there are only 2 devices used simultaneously for each plan.But it doesn't work ! The message 'you've reached your device activation limit" keeps showingfor both plans.This is very wrong and annoying. Any ideas ?

Hi, When i try to install creative cloud through the creative cloud installer, it starts, reaches 1% and my computer loses all connections to the internet. All other devices still work, and I have to reboot my computer for it to connect back. What is going on? I need to install the apps for work. I'm stuck here. Hello, I want to cancel my monthly plan for Adobe Premiere Pro because I'm not using it anymore, but there is a big issue. I used my work email to create an account, and now that I don't work there anymore it has been deleted, of course. That means that I can't log in to my account (it was a Google email address). What can I do to cancel my monthly plan. I really hope someone can help me. Thank you all
