After starting up the installer, it would stick at 0.9% and then my internet connection would break. I have a fiber-optic connection with 1gbps up/down, and a MacBook Pro 13". I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I disabled LuLu Firewall and then it started to work. I have had this issue for a while and just wanted to share what ended up working for me. I tried everything and kept getting 205 (or 207) errors and I had all the Adobe Apps installed already, but when I tried to start Photoshop, I would get this error:  Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to communicate with Creative Cloud Desktop So after downloading and trying to install Creative Cloud to fix this problem, that is when it started. And the issue ended up being a firewall issue. So if you are having similar issues on a Windows machine or Mac, check any antivirus or firewall programs you might have and try turning them off. Hello,I recently updated my mid 2012 macbook to High Seirra. Since doing this illustrator asks for registration and wont open. I no longer have a serial number i bought it so long ago, i've no idea where it is.I have paid for a cc subscription and want to download and run CS6 through this. I've unistalled illustrator cs6 so i now want to reinstall cs6 and run though my monthly subscription.Where is the cs6 download on the abode website, it's so hard to find! can i run cs6 through my monthly subscription without a serial number?

Brand new user, signed up to the Photography Plan. I'm trying to install Lightroom, downloaded Lightroom_Set-Up.exe and run it. This brings up the Creative Cloud sign-in page, I enter my email address, press 'Continue' but nothing happens. I get the green tick next to my email address and can log in to my account on the Adobe website but cannot get further than entering my email address on the Creative Cloud installer.Windows 10, I've tried restarting my computer, I've got admin access

How do I get the icon to show up in the top menu bar? There also is no Creative Cloud folder within my Applications folder like on one of our other computers.

A few days ago I changed my computer and the product I wanted to install with number [Personal information removed by moderator.] stopped working for me. There is no product on my account at [Personal information removed by moderator.] When i enter it into my account to register, it says it has already been registered. I don't have any other email address i possibly could have used and I don't understand what's going on. I want to make sure this is the correct serial number and everything is going to install fine. Is there any way for adobe to look up this serial number and tell me if it is registered to me and why it may not be showing up in my account?

I have just downloaded all 5 files required for Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium. When I "open" what I assume is the installer - DEsignWebPremium_CS6_LS16 - I get an error message: "The file archive part of Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium. Please download all parts.Help please.

Can I install the creative cloud on 2 desktop computers?

I would like to install my Creative Cloud on a second computer. how can I do this?

I have a Creative Cloud account which works fine on my phone, but on my laptop Adobe has suddenly started indicating that my trial version has expired and do I want to buy an account. No, I already have one, I had no trial version. If it's a trial version what am I making monthly payments towards? Please contact me to straighten this out. I have tried everything, spent complete days trying to resolve this issue but to no use. Thanks Brady Blake

Currently, I am paying for a $9.99/month lightroom plan with 1 TB, which I've also been given 4 additional TB from Adobe I believe, I am wondering if I switch to the $9.99/month photography plan with 20 GB if the additional 4TB will transfer? I would like to have lightroom and photoshop with the same amount of storage I have, hopefully without having to pay a significant amount more, Thanks.

Me habían instalado una Creative Cloud no original, me aparecio la ventana diciendome esto y decidi desinstalar todo, el problema es que la aplicación de Photoshop sigue apareciendo así:De igual forma me sigue saliendo el mensaje de que no es real pero no entiendo porque si ya desinstale todo. También vi que podía utilizar la Cleaner Tool pero me aparece ese ultimo archivo que no puede desinstalar. Ayuda ya me desespero el mensaje. Tengo Mac. 

My Card got cancelled, which canceled my current subscription. I want to continue with it at the same price, but that doesn't seem to be an option.

I cant download photoshop

Lorsque je télécharge Photoshop sur l'appli créative cloud, le chargement se fais en 1 min (donc déja pas normal) et un message m'informe qu'il est téléchargé mais il n'apparait nulle part ! Et est rester dans le dossier "disponible, à télécharger" ... et donc je fais cette manim indefiniment ! SOS !! PS : J'ai tout desinstallé, réinstallé C.CLoud  Merci 

They wouldn't let me cancel the free subscription without paying the $84 so I went ahead and paid thinking I would get a refund but I haven't gotten anything or used any of the services. I have no access to the services to even use them despite paying for them. How do I contact Adobe to get a refund??

i'd like to refund the Premiere Pro. it's difficult to operate to me. i know that if i refund within 2 weeks, you will get a full refund money. tomorrow is the end of day to refund. but today is weekend so customer center is not working. i'll call them on Monday, they can refund me all refund money even though it is overdue? i've tried to get a refund on my own TT click the 'cancel plan' but they can't anything. just 'answer to customer center'

Hi, I am trying to install PSE 2022 for the first time, and after failing with the online installer, I got the offline version. Only to find out that they fail with the same log post. Both varies in freezing at 2 or 6 % progress. Like the picture shows (install.log), I get the impression that as even the offline installer fails, it has nothing (at least primarily) to do with any connection to a online server failing (like most of the posting  about failed installations here seems to relate to). The last post in the log is where it ends, as the installer has to be forced shutdown as it freezes in an endless loop (at least it seems so, after waiting an hour for it to continue without doing any progress...). I've gone through all of the KBs I have found on your site (and carried out what they said) about the subject of failing installation, and can confirm that this installation isn't blocked by any communications problem (firewall/AV disabled etc.). Local admin access

Hello i bought couple minutes ago Photography plan 20gb for 12,09 Euros I downloaded including with Photoshop, Lightroom and Lightroom Classic next 4 applications in Creative Cloud app. - Bridge - Photoshop Express- UXP Developer Tools- Camera Raw Are this 4 applications "for free" with Photography Plan?  Thank you

I have started using Adobe subscription about 5 months ago, one of the big reasons i decided to continue was the help Adobe provided for Ukrainians, knowing that the software was gonna be free for some time. With the economical situation in my country i can not afford the subscription currently, and yet after the three months help the subcription charges as usual,which i currently cant keep up with. How can i cancel it

I purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat DC and need to have the product added to my new laptop and removed from a disabled laptop. I have tried to log in and do it myself, but the functionality does not exist. I understand that Adobe currently supports certain versions via their SaaS model, but I should be able to receive the benefit of the license I paid for. Please advise how I can have my license applied to my laptop without having to pay additional fees. 

Does anyone have access to versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign that will work with my old computer's operating system? MacOS Sierra 10.12.6.According to customer support,  Adobe no long provides downloads compatible with older operating systems. Ridiculous. I pay for a creative cloud subscription, have a perfectly fine working MacBook, but am not considered worthwhile to work with by Adobe. I did a system reset yesterday to refresh my computer and lost the older version of photoshop that I was given a special link to around a year ago.
