How, or what files I move to copy my preferences from one PC to other

Hi, i'm working on Mac.Recently i removed some old versions of installed apps and suddenly Creative cloud app doesn't show the apps i already have installed.I have tried this: Apps panel doesn't show installed Adobe Creative Cloud apps but it did't solve my problem.Any ideas?

Hello, I have tried signing into Creative Cloud and I am met with "You've been signed out" endlessly. No matter what I do, I stay in that loop. I have tried uninstalling and watching and reading endless tutorials. Still, I have no idea what is going on. It might have to do with the fact that I was signed into my school account and that account was deactivated. But I have no idea what to do. I need help, I want to use Adobe Creative Cloud.

I need a new laptop. I study graphic design and want something fast on a budget... I was thinking of the lenovo ideapad 5 with intel core i7-1165G7. Is this processor good? I mainly have to work with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I would also like to use Blender.

I have updated my OS to Sierra.  Things stopped working.  Adobe customer care instructed me to uninstall and reinstall my CS5.  Now i am unable to reinstall my CS5 onto my computer.  I am getting an error message after clicking on the installation saying "Install can't be opened. You should eject the disk image".  I click "Eject Disk Image", I still do not have CS% installed.  Please help!!!!!

Hi Everyone, I'm new to Adobe apps, so please excuse any awkward wording. I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud app to download Photoshop, but I keep getting an error message telling me that "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem" and that the app is "missing or damaged". There's a repair button, but each time I've pressed it, it does nothing. I've also tried uninstalling and redownloading the app. There's no error code or anything. My computer is up to date, and my Adobe account is brand new. I don't understand what's wrong with the app. I've attached a photo of the error message for clarity. Is anyone here familiar with this?

 I have been working on updates for days, and my photoshop bugs out and the move tool takes over my mouse icon, and no matter what tool I select only the move tool will work. So I see there is an update, I think maybe this will fix it... But it refuses to update. Please help. 

I think people have had this issue in the past, with different Dell models and drivers, although I can't see a consistent resolution. This week, following CC update, I am getting the warning window in LR and PS about the graphics driver needing updating.  I have a Dell XPS13, 9343 (dating back to 2015) running Win10 and the Intel HD graphics 5500 driver is version 20.19.15.5070.  This is a Dell custom driver from Intel and there is no update available on the Dell site.  I'm loathe to just manually install an Intel driver for fear I'll lose use of the machine altogether.  Might have to bite the bullet, I guess, although a seven-year old piece of kit is perhaps ready for replacement.  Any thoughts anyone?  Is the forced update viable? Dave

Hi, I have a creative cloud all apps plan and need an additional photoshop license once in a while. I've subcribed to an additional plan, but can't see it / activate it when at login when starting photoshop. Only creative cloud all apps shows up. I can't unsubscribe the single app plan without being charged a discustingly high fee.... what to do?  Daniel

Instalé el Creative Cloud Services, intenté tres días antes que se acabara el TRIAL en cancelarlo, y nunca me aparecía nada en el menú desplegable de PLAN y poder cancelarlo. Estuve buscando hasta que me había aparecido que no me preocupara, que de todos modos se tenía que renovar pero como se acabaría mi trial me preguntarían si realmente seguiría con el plan. Ahora, intento e intento comunicarme con alguien de soporte porque ni el chat me funciona para arreglar esta situación, mi tarjeta de crédito está bloqueada pero es muy insistente que haga el pago de algo que ya ni instalado lo tengo en mi dispositivo. Ojalá alguien pueda ayudarme.

I'd like to become as proficient as I can by trying earlier versions of Illustrator, if possible, before trying CS6 Illustrator.  I came across (I apologize beforehand if this is not a reputable site) ProDesignTools.com from which one may supposedly download earlier trial versions of Master Collection.  Is ProDesignTools actually a legitimate, legal and trustworthy "affiliate of Adobe Systems", as claimed?  Is it safe to download trials from them?

I recently purchased a M2 Macbook Air from apple, but am trying to transfer Lightroom 4 from my old 2010 Macbook Pro and the serial number is not being recognized. The Adobe Virtual Assitant suggested my Lightroom may be an "end of life product" and my no longer be supported by Adobe and/or Apple. Is there anything I can do about this? Or get credit towards a newer lightroom that would be compatible with my M2 Macbook? 

Hi, I need help deactivationg Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, the problem I have now the software is already uninstalled from the device (was an old Windos 7 Laptop), I now have it installed on a Win 10, but it tells me the license was used on max devices. can anyone help please. Much appreciated,Cristian

Hallo zusammen, ich habe vor Kurzem meinen Rechner formartiert (iMac Stand 2011, macOS Sierra).Jetzt möchte ich die Creative Cloud und Programme erneut installieren. Da mein iMac schon etwas älter ist, funktionieren die meisten Programme nicht in der neusten Version.Ich habe schon versucht, ältere Versionen zu installieren. Leider werden mir hier nur Versionen von 2021 bis 2022 angezeigt. Ich brauche jedoch Versionen aus 2020 oder älter. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit auf ältere Versionen zuzugreifen? Liebe GrüßeNiklas

Hi, I am trying to renew my annual license which will be expired soon, there is a 'missing payment' in my plan, but when I tried to add payment method, it always says something went wrong and suggested to try with another web browser(I did try several different browsers but none worked). Immer wieder funktioniert die Creative Cloud App auf meinen 27" I-Mac 2015 nicht. Ich kann die App weder starten noch deinstallieren oder neue installieren. Es passiert einfach nichts.Bislang habe ich es wieder beheben können, indem ich ein Softwareupdate des I-MAC durchführte. Aber dies ist jetzt nicht möglich. Die Creative Cloud App kann nicht geöffnet werden. Reparieren funktioniert auch nicht. Sie reagiert überhaupt nicht. Creative Cloud V 5.8.0.59227" I-Mac 2015 V 11.6.8

In short: I have a copy of Photoshop and Premiere Elements 11 (which came with my Nikon camera purchased several years ago) that I installed on my old computer. I never got to grips with it though so never used it. I've just switched to a new computer which doesn't have a CD Rom and as Elements 11 is discontinued to download, I went out and bought an external CD Rom to do so. Premiere installed OK, but Photoshop won't even give me an option to install, it just shows me files on the CD. I want to attend the Adobe Max conference next week and need Photoshop on my computer. Adobe are unable / unwilling to assist, told me to ask the community! I have registered both products but as they weren't purchased from Adobe they don't appear in my orders. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there! I'm trying to update my CC Desktop app after a few months of not using this device, but I can't seem to update my app. I keep getting error 201 and even trying to reinstall the app gives me the same error. I have a stable wifi connection so I'm unsure what's causing my issue.

I can't find and install Adobe After Effects cs6 version. I have version 2022 installed, still need cs6 or 2014. how do i achieve this?

It's impossible to reach anyone at Adobe. Can someone here direct me or does someone feo Adobe visit this forum? Thanks! 

Hi, My mac version 10.11 and it is saying, "After effects is downloading" but when I click my downloads tab nothing is there. No download in process, nothing. What may be the problem?
