My Creative Cloud doesn't show up in other release versions, and a new one won't run on my PC because it's not compatible. I need a link or something to download the older 2022 versions.

How do I sign-out of all units? I alm logged in on two computers - I have lost of of them, and I want to sign-out

Hi, I’m trying to install After Effects (v25.2.2.002) via Creative Cloud but keep getting Error 113 during the download phase. I have already disabled antivirus, allowed Creative Cloud through the firewall (both public and private), disabled IPv6, confirmed there is no proxy active, deleted the D:\adobeTemp folder, ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, and reinstalled everything as administrator. My internet connection is stable, and accessing https://cc-api-data.adobe.io/  returns “API key is required”, which means the connection is working. However, the installation still fails, and my OOBE folder only contains PDApp, with no other config files. The logs mention multiple “GetIEProxyInfo - Failed to get proxy for the URL” and ZIP archive close errors. Can anyone help me figure out what else might be blocking the download?

A few days ago, I had to replace the motherboard on my laptop. After the hardware change, I attempted to launch Photoshop (part of Adobe Creative Suite CS6) and was prompted to re-enter my serial number. Prior to replacing the motherboard, I had properly deactivated the installation.However, upon entering the serial number again, I received a message stating that the serial number has been revoked.I've tried to download the installer again (see screenshot below) from the Adobe and register it again, but I am getting the same errorI would like to note that I have another installation of CS6 running on a second laptop with the same serial number without any issues. I originally purchased this serial number directly from Adobe as part of a volume licensing agreement, and Adobe has confirmed as of today that the serial number is valid.I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed in reactivating my software on the repaired system.I've downloaded the    

Ok I have read most of the other posts about this issue so i can categorically state the:“You should have been able to deactivate these yourself via signing in to your Adobe account:  account.adobe.comOnce in there: Adobe Account > Plans > My Plans > Manage : Scroll to the bottom and it will show Activated Devices, where you can certainly deactivate even devices you no longer have access to.”  ...route does not work as there are no devices visible to that account. Now, the reason for this is convoluted so here goes. We are based in Taiwan and bought 3 x Acrobat 2020 licenses through our in-house process. The license are perpetual software licenses and the only way I could have it accessible via the cloud was by registering them on the website above.    Just got a message, that my memory is almost full. So I checked the system info and found out, that apps is using a huge amount of space. I started using animate for a client's project, but since the beginning this app seems to bring me nothing but trouble. In my finder window I searched for the library folder. In the library folder I opened up Application support, Adobe and right-clicked "get info" on the animate folder. I'd very much appreciate, if anybody could help me out with freeing my storage again. Inside the animate 2024 folder are only small files; I'm neither a programmer nor IT-expert...

I have uninstalled, used the cleaner to REALLY remove it from system. Re-installed from our share here. no joyRepeated steps above, installed from adobe.com - still the loop It is a licensed product but keeps opening with 0 days left in trial.. I am at a loss Any help is greatly appreciated!!

As a Creative Director I have an Adobe ID associated to my company email and have a full Adobe CC licence. As a Photographer, I have subscribed to the new Lightroom CC with my personal Adobe ID.The procedure to switch from one account to the other is absolutely painful and makes me want to just not use Lightroom CC at all (and it's the same with other photographers I know). This becomes particularly excruciating when I travel, because I can keep the 2 IDs separate on different workstations when in the office/home, but I would only have one laptop when travelling (or even when I get back and may want to continue editing a picture on my working machine, because it makes more sense to edit in on the 27'' Retina than on the 13'' laptop). That's my case but it seems from yearly-going conversations that this is a much requested feature.With the CC app always on I'm sure it shouldn't be much of an issue to verify on the spot whether I'm launching an application for which the active ID doesn't

Hola! Me estoy encontrando con estos errores cuando abro Photoshop y el resto de apps de Creative Cloud. Hoy compre el plan para estudiantes, ya intente con todas las soluciones  comunes (desactivar firewall, desactivar antivirus de Windows Defender, borrar archivos temp, borrar entradas de host que puedan interferir, revisar entradas del firewall y checkear mi conexión a internet) nada funcionó. Alguien sabe que puede ser?  No tuve problema en instalarlos, el problema es al momento de abrir las apps (Creative Cloud no me da problema para abrirlo). 

Hi, I bought lifetime version of Acrobat X. I wanted to move it to a new laptop, so I deactivated all previous installations on 2 previous systems, but when I install on new system, cannot activate it and it says I have reached my activation limit. My account states that there are no activated devices.If anyone has knows how to deactivate when already deactivated, please let me know, thanks Hey Adobe - where is the direct customer support for the lifetime product purchase customers?  How come you don't support lifetime purchase customers and ony support subscribers? Contact me so I can open a ticket directly with you.

I was facing issues with Ai 2023 version after a recent update - so uninstalled it. Now I am looking to dowload an older version so that it works on my old MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 - google search revealed that "Ai version 27.3" (also called "Ai 24") should work but I am unable to find a way to download this through the CC app. Also read that maybe I need to go back to "Ai 2022". But in any case I am not able to see any older versions so any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks. Abhay

I created an Adobe ID account so I could try the free trial Excel conversion tool. When I attempt to use the tool I get the following error message - "An error occured when trying to access the service". Can someone suggest a workaround!

Guten Tag, ich bin mit den Adobe- Produkten echt zufrieden. Aber der Kundensupport ist eine Katastrophe für mich. Kein Telefon- Support wo man mehr wie ein Computeransage bekommt. Hello, I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 with an activation key, but I can't activate it. I get a message saying it's already activated, but unfortunately, the PC it was activated on is defective. How can I activate the version?

I have a school account for creative cloud which I still use on my PC's creative cloud, as the adobe account is still active. However, as I am no longer in that school, the Microsoft account with that same email no longer exists. My issue is, that when trying to log in to creative cloud on my laptop, I enter my school email, and it redirects me to a Microsoft login page, however I cannot continue from that window since the Microsoft account doesn't exist, even though the Adobe account does exist. The account is still fully functional on my PC, where I have not logged out of it, but I can't log back in on a different device.

Over the past week I have been experiencing mulitple bugs with Creative Cloud. Firstly I could not open Lightroom Classic as I was getting a message saying my account could not be verified. After several restarts this resolved itself. Then I started to get messages every day saying Creative Cloud can't update apps and I need to do it manually. Now the most annonying thing is the continual pop-up messages I am getting saying 'Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?' The details of this message say it is issued to adobe.io and issued by DigiCert TLS RSA SHA256 2020 CA1 valid from 12/05/22 to 13/06/23.I have tried updating the date and time and my computer - has not worked.I am running Windows 10 64bit and would very much like to be able to get rid of these annoying pop-ups. I bought adobe cs6 mater collection in 2014.  My serial number works for reinstalling the programs but according to the help staff member that only spoke limited english, it isn't supposed to have letters in it before he rudely cut me off when I asked for someone who knew more words in english, repeating the same broken phrase to me over and over wasnt helping.  What I'm trying to do is update after effects, I have version 1.1 but it's gotten to version 2.4 and I just want to update the program I own.  The guy said there are no updates available but clearly there's version 2.4 compared to my version 1.1 and he made no sense.  Did the standard serial number format change over time?   Because after I lost it I managed to extract the number from the program itself in an xml, something adobe also says there's no way to do, which Im also not happy about, but like i said, my number works for reinstallation, so from my perspective I have the right #, and somethin

Hello! This is my first psot here, but I recently purchased a 2025 M4 MacBook Pro runnning Sequioa 15.4.1 and I need to install any version of 2023 Premiere. I had it on my old iMac, as I've been editing consistently on 2023 for a while now. I don't want to change versions in the middle of a project because that leads to the workflow getting a bit messy.  As far as I can see, CC only shows the oldest version I can install as 24.0 -- is there any way, shape, or form that I can somehow get any verison of 2023 on here? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 

Hi there, I am trying to install the After Effects  in my laptop.I do have 30 GB of space, enough system requirment and a good internet connection.While i click on install the installation showS 1%. and after that "FAILD" the error code says 106.but community says " Select RETRY to try to install your app again." Please help someone...tried every way possible....restarted my laptop, reinstalling adobe creative cloud, log out and log in again, and tried Adobecleaner also...... but at the end nothing changes..... PLEASE HELP SOMEONE...:(

Bonjour,J'ai eut un problème de disque dur sur mon mac.  Donc changement de disque et reinstallation du système. j'ai bel et bien un abonnement photos sur Adobe par contre je ne peut plus télécharger lightroom car apparement mon macbook n' a plus la configuration requise. alors qu'il y a deux trois jours je pouvais l'utiliser sans problème. est ce que quelqu'un a une solution ou bien c'est peine perdu pour ceux comme moi qui utilise encore des systeme assez vielle ?Merci

I tried to update to the latest version of PS. I got an error "insufficent disk space" which is understandable.  I want to unstall PS and install on an external HD but there is no option to uninstall the program. How can I uninstall this?  

Formatei minha maquina, e ao reistalar o Creative Cloud ele não mostra a possibilidade de instalar versões anteriores dos programas que precisam do processador com suporte para AVx2. Faço nem ideia de como resolver
