I will do a clean install on my Mac to upgrade the OS. What do I have to do before and after to have CC working properly once I've upgraded the OS?

Hi, I can't find a relevant Presenter discussion so posting here.  We provide on-screen lesson guides to schools and have been using Adobe Presenter for this. As both Presenter and Flash are EOL/retired, I am looking for an alternative.  We use PowerPoint to create our lesson guides and then export these as HTML5 files to upload to our website. Does anyone know of any way I can do this without using Presenter?

i tried installing creative cloud last year. It had an error but i kept getting messages. i tried uninstalling it and got an error. I do NOT want it at all now. Yet, EVERY time i try to sign on to my PC, I get an error. It says: HELP!!!

i keep getting error 205 when i try to download photoshop..?

There's obviously a disconnect between people's experiences here and Adobe generally stating that offline mode 'should work'.  People are saying that offline mode is not working on their computers and Adobe needs to address this problem.  I am asked to sign in everytime I open the Premiere and have no option to work in offline mode or a warning saying I need to sign in within 30/90 days.  I'm working in windows 10, a maingear vector pro laptop.  The only thread that seems useful is the one mentioning the "wonky BIOS setting of AGESA Combo Pi v2 1.0.0.2" but it seems odd we would have to revert BIOS to deal with this problem.  

I am a friendly person and I do not suffer carelessness. My computer is a bit old but worked fine until the last update. The latest "security" update uses up all my cpu and can't work. I use little things and don't need a million syncs on my computer. What's more, when you close all the CC programs, the sync happily goes on and I have to turn this crap off by hand all the time. Great right? In the end, the long talk is whether there is any way to use your programs offline, to install offline. Care is needed. Every bit you steal from me, my data and disk space, consumes the world's resources. Im sorry about my english, this is not my native language.

I'm at 90% of downloading but I can't download all the way.

I paid for a 1-year subscription for Adobe Illustrator and now I cannot find where to download the application. Your "Adobe Account" keeps saying "There was an error loading your..."

Be aware, once you get the free trial and try to cancel they will tell you its cancelled but won't actually cancel. Ive been wrongfully billed for that past 2 months and customer service is a joke, they keep disconnecting me after saying it's resolved. I guess they force their customers to a subscription...not good. 

I installed photoshop 2022. It would run, but the next day I could not start it because startup files (photoshop.exe) are not there. I tried to install again but I get an error 501. Adobe said it is trying to access a file that is in use by a different application. It says to open task manager and end the task. But there is no application listed in the error. Microsoft says to use event viewer to check the error log for this and remove the application causing the problem. But there is no error log created that I can find. I tried to uninstall thinking this might be the problem but it is not even listed in my control panel as an installed program and there is no uninstall file. Adobe videos say to delete all adobe folders, but I have several other adobe products. I deleted all photoshop folders. I still can't install and get the 501 error. Any help?

Hello,I have a subscription for Photoshop; I am using the 2018 version on osx High Sierra (max version for this OS). I was happily working with this configuration when suddently a popup window appreared mentionning that I have no subscription. I called the local support 3 times (very nice persons); we spent several hours trying to debug but no succes. I cleaned the cache, deleted everything, re-installed a 2018 version, they verified that everything was normal on their (Adobe) side. Now when I open Photoshop I have a window mentionning that it is a trial version. Everything looks normal when I open Creative Cloud, I have access to my account informations, my applications etc.   I tried on another Mac: same thing, my subscription seems not recognized by adobe. Would anyone have a bright idea about the origin of this problem ?Thank you !

when i try to login on the creative cloud app, i put in the email, then it says ive previously logged in with google, so i use the redirect to google button, and then i click on the email my account uses, it either gives me an error message or loads infinetly. And my pc is wa above thte required spec so.

Somehow Creative Cloud got installed in my Applications folder on my Macbook Pro. I do use Photoshop Elements 2020. I do not want to use Creative Cloud; I do not want a free trial, but the uninstaller says it can't uninstall Creative Cloud because other apps require it. Can anyone help me to get rid of it?

I don't like the new 2022 Adobe Animate and I much prefer Adobe Animate 2019 but it's not in the older versions list and I don't know where to get this version. I would really appreciate some help.

I want to be saving a few dollars by downgrading my plan to the 20GB CC photography plan and add a small amount of extra storage. 20GB is too little but 100 would be enough. I can't find a way to do this, it seems that my only option staying with the 1TB plan. Is there a behind the scenes way to add this extra storage? cheers!

Hi - I use a properly registered version of Lightroom 6.14 on my desktop Mac, running Mojave. I am about to buy a Mac laptop and wonder whether it is still possible to download a second copy of Lightroom 6 under my original licence from Adobe to use on the laptop (which likewise would be running Mojave). Thanks,Alex

Is there possibly ANY way I can install Illustrator on my Galaxy Book S which runs on an ARM based processor? I know I should have checked system requirements, compatibility, etc but I didn't know I'd end up returning to uni to study design and this laptop is more than a year old so there is no way I can return it.. any help is much appreciated!! I know Adobe has already made Photoshop and Lightroom compatible with ARM processors, please make Illustrator next, please please!!!!!! Thankyou 🙂

Hello, in Dec 21 I stupidly upgraded to Win 11 and now I was finally able to downgrade back to Win 10 but stupidly as well, I forgot to de-activate CS4 before switching back to Win 10. Also (stupidly) I didn't register it on adobe.com. I have the serial number but of course it won't accept it. Is there any way in the world that I can get this serial number re-activated and re-install CS4?Thanks, Mike

So, I only needed Creative Cloud for one semester. My professor said it would be very affordable, but it's really not. I don't need Adobe anymore for school, so I tried to cancel it. Why are they making me pay $75 to cancel my monthly subscription? And why doesn't Adobe provide more informations and updates about their contracts? I feel like Adobe is taking advantage of students who need the software. Can someone please explain why this is okay?
