Download & Install

So I got a year of Photoshop and Lightroom for Christmas and started my plan around two weeks ago. I set up my account and downloaded Creative Cloud. I installed Lightroom and Photoshop. I noticed that Photoshop didn't download to my desktop, but Lightroom did. I opened Photoshop and got an error message saying that they can't verify my subscription status and said there was connectivity problems. This happened in both applications. I looked at the troubleshoot prompts. They suggested that I should make sure I'm connected to wifi and to make sure that my system clock is not synced with the internet time; so I checked and neither of these were an issue. I researched it a little and tried using commands on my computer but got no luck. I'm not sure what they problem is, I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help.-Joseph

I just recently reinstalled my OS (Windows 10) and i was installing the creative cloud apps, no problems there, except for AfterEffects. When attempting to install i just get an error:Exit Code: 176-------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Can't install to a network locationFATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 176 error message -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have not changed the default install location and do not have any network drives mapped to my computer to start with. I have plenty of room on my C drive. I changed the install location to my second hard drive and again all the programs but After effects. I tried installing using the offline installer as suggested on another post but that gets me another error 182. I uninstalled everything and used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, then i reinstalle

Getting error 105 when updating and sounds like I need to delete the file hdpim.db located in the caps folder but I don't see a caps folder. What am I missing?

Оплата за Creative Cloud прошла, но установить внутри программы photoshop, lightroom и другие не могу, пишут - версия windows должна быть новее 10. Как мне установить все эти программы на моем windows 8?

i'd like to cancel my membership. adobe premiere.i didnt really use this membership.but i needed to pay a lot of cancel fee 😞is there any way to not pay them....?and the price is used to be 24,000 korean won. i paid twice.but recently Adobe try to withdraw 37,400 korean won.i dont know why.I dont think i will use this 'adobe premire' so far.please reply and thank you very much.

I just wanted to share my experience with a recent installation of Adobe CC on Windows. I recently added a new SSD to my computer as I was running out of drive space. As part of that installation, I decided to install Lightroom and Photoshop to that drive. I figured I'd download and install the CC desktop app, and install it from there. I started by going to the Adobe.com webpage, looking for CC. A bit difficult to find, I had to scroll down to the bottom of the webpage, in the footer, under Products. Not obvious, but not that hard either. On the CC website, all I can see is Buy Now or Start Free Trial. I'm already a subscriber, so neither of these help. Let's try signing in (which is annoying BTW. There's NO reason not to have a download button somewhere for existing customers. There's absolutely no reason I need to log in to the website, since I don't want to do anything on the website. I want to install my application. Every other desktop app works like this). No

Does anyone know if I can download the 3.6 update for Light room 3.I have Light room 3 on disc. I've used it for a few years and it is perfect for my needs. I only do photo editing a couple of times a year.I've just changed laptop and want to reinstall and update to 3.6.Thanks 

Hi, I had Adobe creative suite 5 design premium on my old pc. I deactivated it there in order to install on my new pc. I have tried to register the license key to my account here in order to download the product but it keeps saying 'This serial number is already in use' After speaking with Adobe live chat they say "your provided serial number if for CS5 volume license and there is no activation servers available for it to check the details" Please can someone let me know how to download Adobe creative suite 5 design premium on my new pc and activate it with the serial number. Thanks

Starting with latest update for Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop, every time I boot up, the Creative Cloud Desktop window opens automatically. I want the Creative Cloud Desktop program to launch on system startup, but I do not want the window to open each time I boot up. Why does this happen, and how can I stop it?

How do I upgrade my Adobe Acrobat Pro 9? Got this message on an adobe document: This file appears to use a new format that this version of Acrobat does not support. It may not open or display correctly. Adobe recommends that you upgrade to the latest version of our Acrobat products.

Hi,maybe someone can help me with Windows 10 and the missing program shortcuts in the start menu by typing the initial letters (my preferred way to start programs).I have the latest versions of Adobe CC programs installed (v2022). But e.g. the "old" entry of/to Premiere 2021 is displayed:  However all the programs are listed in the start menu:   Does have anybody the same problem und esp. a fix for it? The "tutorials in the web" were not successful ...  Thanks,mycc     

Hello. I have uploaded a new image as my masthead for my website. I can see it when I look on my laptop and non iphone phones but on my iphone the masthead is missing and it just is a blank white space which looks weird. Any thoughts on how I can alter this? Thank you  

I installed Creative Cloud because I wanted to access some brushes from Fresco only to find out that Fresco does not work with Photoshop Elements 2021.  This is the only Adobe graphics program that I have and/or use.  Since Elements does not integrate with Creative Cloud, I don't see any benefit to having it installed (and continually wanting to be updated)on my computer.  I have uninstalled the Fresco app, but still cannot uninstall the Creative Cloud app.  It claims that I still have Creative Cloud apps installed on my computer.  When I look on the start menu, the only Adobe apps I have are Acrobat DC, Creative Cloud, Elements 14 and Elements 2021. What is preventing me from uninstalling this?

I hope you can help me, I had InDesign updated to version 17.0.1 but I need to do a job in version 15 or any of InDesign 2020, but my icloud no longer allows me to install that version and I can't find where I can get it, I already uninstalled version 17.01 and left only 16.0.4 but still past versions do not appear to install, is there someone who can help me?

Hello, I want to use Illustrator and PhotoShop at the same time and same Pc. How much do I have to pay and how? (I am an induvidual user)

I've just replaced to HD on a friend's Mac Mini with an SSD and migrated all the software and data to it. Photoshop CS4 now won't open. I get the message "Licensing for this product has stopped working." "Error: 150:30" It suggested contacting Adobe tech support for help, but this was useless - they said they didn't support Creative Suite software. I don't need software support, I just need to have the license that was working this morning accepted.Any ideas how to proceed? Thanks.

When I reinstalled Photoshop Elements 2022 I got this on my screen. which means I can't finish my installation. HELP/

Morning I am trying to set up adobe photoshop on my new Macbook Pro, was previously setup on a Windows Lap Top I dont seem to be able to find an app and there doesnt seem to be a download from the website.  CheersWendy

Does an Upgraded Photoshop require a previous installation on a new computer?

I installed all my Adobe apps on an external drive because i dont have enough free space on my iMac's crappy undersized hd. It works great except for that each time I open the file, it has to 'verify' in OSX whi9ch takes minutes ot do. Is there any way to stop it from doing this before it opens?
