Download & Install

I am trying to install Photoshop on a Mac with an Intel chip.  I am warned that I need to go more. ..   I don't see that option.

Hi,My partner is trying to run Lightroom Update Downloader to retrieve his files from the Adobe cloud.  He's running Windows 10 Home x64 21H2 with all updates installed as of this post. We've tried setting the default browser to the latest versions of Chrome, Opera GX, Firefox, Edge and IE.  No joy,  Also tried applying the reg fix here https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/update-operating-system-and-browser.html?internal_browser=true#fix-error  - No joy.  Also tried the fix mentioned here https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate-discussions/update-required-your-browser-or-operating-system-is-no-longer-supported/td-p/12193264 but the file paths do not exist. Created the path and placed the EXE mentioned in the attached txt file but again , no joy. Always getting the Update Required error regardless of anything we try.  If anyone has any ideas it would be helpful. Thanks.

My Premiere Pro subscription should end today 14/11/16. I was registered as user in Ukraine, now I've moved to the US and purchased another plan here.My previous account (that I want to cancel) says that subscription should be renewed manually (so no automatic renewal option) and I did nothing to renew it.BUT still Adobe tries to charge my card! AND!!!!I tried to cancel it  in advance but there is no option to Cancel my subscriptions in my account!In manage account setting I can only change address, payment type and see latest transactions.I have 2 subscriptions there and I can't change/cancel them.I can try to change payment method in 1 that all I can to to avoid credit card to be charged for serviced I do not want anymore but on the second one I can do NOTHING!When I try to change payment method, see transaction history, change address it just says : Error please use back in your browser.Ошибка:В настоящий момент мы не можем выполнить указанное действие. I am trying to reinstall Photoshop CS5 after deleting Windows after using Photoshop CS5 on Windows7 and reinstalling it with Windows10. https://account.adobe.com/products#sa_src=web-messagingI entered the correct serial number in the link above, but I get a message saying that this serial number is already in use. how can i reinstall photoshop CS5 program in windows10.

Hi,We are in Feb 2022 and I'm using a Mac OS Desktop for my daily business (Graphic Design and Video Editing). I rarely use my laptop but occasonaly need for short trip or clients meetings therefore the laptop I have looks very new, large screen steady....I still love it. I have to choose between refurbishing or  buying a new one. I like the idea to refurbish as we are talking about reducing the wast for the environment so if I can I would do it. The IT guy can upgrate my stuff to Mac OS Catalina in addition of boosting the speed and all. And he sais that next year he can still update to a higher version.The question is: will my Creative Cloud Collection be able to run on Catalina?Anyone working under Catalina?I use Premier Pro, Photoshop, Ilustrator and Animate a lot.Thank you, C

Hello, I paid for a new menstrual abonnement for InDesign, and when Creative Cloud install it, it still writing "Waiting" for like an hour now... It this normal?

I have CS6 from back in college and I cant find the email address its attached to. is the Disc now useless? or can I download it still?

Hi,It seams that i was to quick to celebrate my new acquisition. Creative cloud gave me 1 option to install Photoshop 22.2 (compatible, Photoshop 23.11 is not compatible). I've installed the version provided but when i tried to open it gave an error ("Error at loading of ippCV library"). It's my bad that i did not check the fine print regarding system requirements, so my Phenom 1100T (6 core) is good but it's missing SSE 4.2 and above. But then why did Creative Cloud gave me the option to install an older version, there was no incompatibility message (like the one from version 23.11) so i took it to face value.I've checked here (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html#ErroratloadingofippCVlibrary) and it suggested that i should install an older version of Photoshop (v21.x), but it seams that i don't have that option since the versions stop at v22.0 .I see to paths here, either i have the option to install a compatible version (v21.x) or i'll be asking for a full ref

Is there anyway to RE-register CS6 with a new account ?  Still have proof of the Box version of the upgrade CS6 but when tried to register it with an new adobe account, it says the serial number is already in use. ( forgot which account it was registered to )  Trying to install CS6 on a new computer but still have not deactivate it on the old computer yet until it is successfully installed on the new computer. Or is there anyway to find out which adobe account this product was registered to on the old computer, anyway to find out  ?  Thanks for all your help

I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 and installed it (with disks) on my current laptop.  I now have a new computer and want to install the program. This notebook does not have a disk drive.  How do I install the program if I can’t use the disks?

Everytime there is a CC update it always gets stuck and says that there is "Another Installer running" and that it cannot complete the update. I've looked everywhere for fixes and i've tried stopping every process I can see through task manager and nothing is working. Nothing else I use seems to have this issue besides Java, but that can at least be fixed by restarting and stopping MSI. I need to update CC to reinstall PS2022 after it's stopped working on me and I cannot. It's really frustrating that this seems to happen almost everytime there's a CC update nowadays.

I purchased photoshop again mow after not using it for 1.5 years and I cannot install it on win 7. Instead of going back and forth please connect by remote to help me or send me a link for win 7. I also cannot remove the previous version of photoshop it says server not connected.Thank you

In creative cloud desktop app it says shows "buy" button and I can't download the apps from italthough I have an active subscription.I hope any one helps me with that  

I purchased Premiere Elements and Photoshop 2019 [was: 2017], and I did not try to install until recently. I am being told that I have to purchase the latest version, in order to install. Is there any other way? My laptop is brand new, an HP recently purchased in Costco. I have enough space and i5. What can I do to acquire my, already paid for, software?

I had a power failure a few days ago since then when I try to open Photoshop or Lightroom the message I get is do I want to try the trial versions. I have had a subscription to both apps for over 10 years. When I open Creative Cloud app I see under both apps that they are up to date and then the revert to trial version.  I have chatted with Adobe and they want me to download an app so they can share my screen which I declined. I have an older Mac and have been using Photoshop CC v19.19. Thanks in advance for you help.

I use ExtendScript Toolkit extensively, but it is only available as a 32-bit version... Modern operating systems are 64-bit (for Mac, OSX Catalina+) making ESTK incompatible. The latest versions of Photoshop and Illustrator and other apps all require a 64-bit OS per CC, so it's a catch-22: Update the OS to 64-bit and run the latest CC "main" apps and abandon ESTK- or- stay perpetually stuck in a 32-bit world waiting on Adobe to figure out ESTK is actually important to users. What are Adobe's plans for ESTK?

Adobe Photoshop CS6, The computer is not connected to the Internet, Operating system - Windows 10 After offline activation, the serial number verification window appears (for which 32767 days are allotted) and the program does not start. 

I have a subscription (InDesign) but can not use it

IWhen attempting to install InDesiogn or Creat Cloud, I get a white screen. Yes, I';ve read all the discussions but none of them offers any solution thjat works. This is clean, new install on a brand new Win10 machine. I've no idea what to do. Note: I ifnd it very irksome that this is apparently a known common fault in the Adobe software that they have apparently made no attempt to fix. Instead, they leave to the user to waste his time trying to fion gure out a work-around. This is yet another reason that I hate the software subscription model. Software companies have poor enough user interface desiogn  without have to add the complexity of having to deal with the internet.
