Hi I was hoping for help,I have tried every possible solution on the discussion page that I can find to fix the loading screen on creative cloud but nothing is solving my issue, I am at my wits end as I used to use the Adobe software almost daily for university. Everything worked fine until about a month ago but I tried moving the installation files to another drive and after that it wouldnt run. Ive tried:- The clean up tool- Deleting the AppData- Doing a fresh install (doing the whole restart business too)- Repairing through control panel- Amending certificates- Deleting the host files in System32- Creating another user and installing the software via that- Running CC through administrator If anyone has any other solutions that may fix the issue, it would be great because at this point I'm paying for software that is unusable and only causing me stress.

Adobe claims to support Macs M1 natively for some products, but all available packages at https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop  have the dependency on Rosetta (Installer app is an intel binary). Even some alternative links from support points to packages with intel binaries. So, how to install Adobe app without Rosetta on Apple silicon Macs?    

Hi,Last friday I bought a laptop and installed my Lightroom C6 on it. Because I was not satisfied with that laptop, I deleted LR6 and returned it to the shop.I bought another laptop. On that other laptop I installed LR6 and then there was a message that the limit of active computers was reached. I think this is caused by not deactivating LR6 on the laptop I returned. I then did not know I had to do that. Can you please help me?

I have an account that belongs to my employee, but it's used by me. They are closing down and will not be renewing the CC plan. Now that I'm changing work places I need to migrate all the content I have on that plan to a new plan that my new employee have. The content is mostly generic and I will utilize it in future work as well. All the shared files in my CC workplace. All the library files, the shared prototype files, the design specs, the Adobe fonts that I have cherry picked and activated etc. So how do I do that?

I use the full suite of ACC on desktop with windows system. Now, I want to use it on my laptop Mac, but it doesn't allow me to do so. Is it because it is a different OS?Should I buy another suscription to be able to install it on Mac?Appreciate any help. Regards!

I am a registered owner of Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended(Windows,English). My backup of the install binaries is missing. I can't get through anywhere else here on Adobe for help. Please help me. I'm running the Creative Cloud, latest versions of everything, on a new iMac with Apple silicon and 16 gigs of memory. I notice more memory pressure than with my old Intel model, though it doesn't seem to affect performance. In looking into what might be driving high memory use I see that Adobe CEF Helper uses 2.88 gigs of VM compressed memory. Is that normal or a lot?  It's using very little CPU though, a problem I see other people have had. Doug

I'm running my CS5.5 on a very old computer which I'm taking out of service, and need to move it to a new computer. Unfortunately I can no longer find my original discs. I thought I was able to download the software using the serial number but I can't seem to make that work. Tech support chat told me to ask in these forums.  Thanks!

My hard drive broke down and I had to reinstall windows and Lightroom 6.I have Internet connection, but process for some reasons cannot be completed.On the beginning I had two options, register now or later.Right now is only one "Register now".  Thanks        Mark Kuras 

Hallo, ich würde gerne die Photoshop 2019er Version auf meinem Rechner (Mac Mini Late 2012, OS 10.15.7), installieren. Dies wird leider mit dem Hinweis auf einen "Fehler 41" verhindert.Zur Infomation: ich habe seit langem die CC für den Fotobereich abonniert, Lightroom, Bidge usw laufen in den aktuellsten Versionen problemlos. "Photoshop 2023" kann ich auch problemlos installieren, das friert aber wegen einer nicht kompatibeln Grafikkarte innerhalb von Sekunden ein - darum muss ich auf die "19er" Version downgraden...Habt ihr einen Tip, wie ich den Fehler 41 umgehen kann?

Hallo! Ich bekomme einen neuen Rechner und will PS und LR auf dem alten Mac deaktivieren. Finde aber im Menü Help nur "abmelden", nicht deaktivieren. Damit entferne ich die Lizenzinfo auf dem Compiler aber nicht. Wie mach ich es richtig?

Hello,I got many processes from Adobe in my Activity Monitor, and this one seems to be really out of the line... I can't find anything about this, so please, let me know what is this .plist in my computer? I can't find it inside of the machine withe finder, so, now I'm worried. But overtime I install Creative Cloud, this appears, so, being authentic programs, I can't know if this is a fraud or not?I hope Adobe can help me with this, remember, I'm in Venezuela and most of the people here isn't original. So, I'm worried, I want to keep using Adobe Creative Cloud without being worried about where my original files end up.

Via Surfspot heb ik mijn licentie voor Adobe CC verlengd. Met het e-mailadres dat ik daarvoor heb gebruikt, heb ik ingelogd op mijn Adobe account. Dit inloggen zou de koppeling moet maken tussen de verlenging (betaling) van de licentie en mijn Adobe ID.Nu blijkt dat ik in Lightroom ben ingelogd met een ander Adobe ID (met dus ook een ander e-mailadres). Hierdoor wordt de verlenging niet herkend en krijg ik de melding 'Je Lightroom Classic-lidmaatschap is beëindigd. Verleng of upgrade vandaag nog.' Ik wil nu uitloggen in Lightroom en opnieuw inloggen met het andere Adobe ID, dus met het e-mailadres waarmee ik de verlenging heb geregeld.Mijn vraag is: kan ik dan gewoon weer mijn bestaande opgebouwde Lightroom-catalogus verder werken? i reseted my mac with a fresh install I was trying to instal creative cloud 2020 apps I can find iti use to be there 2 months ago back in sept 

I made a terrible mistake and re-installed Windows 10.............a full new install.  (long story.....too long)  When it was all over, Microsoft left a nice pretty little link on my desktop with a list of about 150 apps and programs they'd removed.  I'm practically losing my mind getting it all back in place.  One of the programs they deleted was my Student and Teacher Edition of CS6 Extended.  I can't fina a place to download it again.  I've got all my paperwork with Serial Number and Redemption Code....................only I can't find a place to use them!  I really need this program for the class I teach.  Can someone please help me? Chris

It happens completely at random; today I was using it for about two hours, closed it to let some files sync with my google drive for about an hour, and when I went to reopen it, it's completely removed off of my computer. I didn't restart the computer or anything; it's so confusing! I don't have this problem with Lightroom or Creative Cloud itself.  Any way to prevent this from happening? I know the program just updated about a week or two ago. Thanks!

I have the latest update for Indesign installed, and can start it from the CC panel and load up a file.  However, double clicking on the file in Windows explorer starts an earlier version of Indesign (which must still be installed) and then complains that the file was created in a later one.  Is there any way of uninstalling the older version, and just keeping the newest one?Thanks.

I get to 9% of installing PH Elements and get a vcruntime.dll and msvcp.dll files are missing, reinstall.  So I try it again and again get to 9% and a vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll files are missing.  I have tried downloading from different browsers, turned off firewalls, etc.  It just gets to 9% and the error message just  varies between the before mentioned missing files.

Hi .....I own CS6 Student Master Collection with serial number on a CD.i just bought some old Mac laptops and the systems on them are El Capitan.Adobe informs me that the software will not verify with them ......as they dont support El Capitan in their servers to do this. They suggest I upgrade my system to Mojave.Q: I was told cs6 does not work on certain Mac systems like Mojave’s? Is this true (or)will my software work on Maverick? Just need indsign, photoshop and acrobat to me. totally at a loss as to why I have been cut out from my product and don’t want to change server to find out - they don’t verify the software again.  thanks Daryl  

I just migrated from an Intel based 2019 Macbook pro to the M1 Macbook pro max using Apple's Migration Assistant. Do I have to uninstall/reinstall Photoshop/Lightroom? Will all my plugins continue to work if I do so?

I already checked the firewall. When I tried to uninstall creative cloud, I was unable to reinstall it and all the apps. Is this a bug in MacOS Monterey?

Hello,  I'm on mac High Sierra and i try to download photoshop or premier pro but it wont work cause i don't have catalina but i'm sure i can download a old version of those application can you help me ??

I received many items from a company that was closing their office and among the items that I received is one boxed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection and one boxed copy of Adobe Acrobat X Standard. Both contain their installation discs and have their corresponding serial numbers printed on the box, in the case of Acrobat, or on one of the paper sleeves holding an installation disc, in the case of Adobe Creative Suite. The compamy from whom I received these products stopped using both products years ago and has since upgraded to newer Adobe producs. I tested the installtion discs with their corresponding serial numbers on my laptop and both installed without any problems. I then deactivated both and uninstalled them as I have no need to use them. I've spent hours on the phone with Adobe's support but was not able to get any clear answer that I was seeking.
