Bonjour,  Voici mon problème est que le message « Vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications adobe » apparaît lorsque je souhaite installer des applications.  Je pensais au début être encore en license avec mon ancienne école, mais ça n'est pas le cas, le service d'aide client Adobe m'a informé que c'était bien une license individuelle et pour remédier à ce problème, j'ai même crée un autre ID.  Au préalable, j'ai fait tout les tests:-Creative Cloud cleaner-Désinstallez et réinstallez le Créative Cloud-Changer les infos dans le dossier OOBE-Je ne peux pas supprimer le fichier : ServiceConfig.xml (il n’existe pas dans le dossier OOBE/configs)-Mise à jour du système de mon mac. (Anciennement High Sierra)   Rien n'y fait. J'ai tester de me connecter à partir d'un autre Mac et la page d'application apparaît, il n'y a pas de message, aucun souci.  J'imagine que le problème vient de mon Mac, mais je n

Can someone please clarify the difference between being able to be signed in to an app on two devices at the same time and being able to use the app on two devices at the same time? Surely, if you can sign in to the app on both, you'd be able to access usage on both?  Adobe rules provided below: - Stay signed in on 2. You can remain signed in to the app on up to two computers.- Use on 1. You can use your app on only one computer at a time.

Hallo. Ich habe meine Festplatte bei meinem iMac (2011) gewechselt und jetzt kann ich das photoshop nicht mehr installieren. Es steht: die Seriennummer wird bereits verwendet. Was kann ich jetzt tun? 

Hopefully someone can help me as Adobe support could not.  They recommended posting to this community. I have both non-cloud Photoshop (CS6) and creative cloud based photography services that I pay monthly.  I am currently using Windows 7 as I have some older technology that I am still converting from (e.g. video, large format scanners, etc.).  I understand that Creative Cloud Photoshop cannot be updated and I am OK with that, as I am planning to jump to Windows  10 or 11 on my next PC build, sometime late next year. Currently both my CS6, which is not subscription based and my Creative cloud are no longer working.  It is well documented that the Creative Cloud Application on Windows 7 has caused issues, so I cannot run the latest.  But both products were working until I tried it over the Thanksgiving weekend.   Support directed me to: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html to se

Hallo alle zusammen! Ich hab mir heute Nachmittag eine eigene Adobe ID angelegt und die Creative Cloud zum Sparpreis abonniert.Ich habe eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen, unter Abos steht sogar, dass sie schon die Zahlung bekommen hätten (was ich im Onlinebanking wiederum noch nicht sehen kann, aber gut!?), aber wann immer ich loslegen und die Programme benutzen will, öffnet sich nur eine leere Seite.Ich verstehe das nicht. Kennt jemand das Problem? Ihr klickt auf "Auf Anwendungen und Services zugreifen" und es öffnt sich nur ein neuer Tab mit einer leeren Seite. Kein Button, kein Text, keine Fehlermedlung - nichts.Falls jemand weiß, was ich tun muss, sagt mir Bescheid. Das Angebot mit dem Sparpreis gilt nur noch bis übermorgen. Ich will nicht, dass das verfällt, nur weil hier nachher irgendwas nicht stimmt und ich zu doof war, es zu verstehen. Danke im Voraus und liebe Grüße, Simon

I bought a new student version of adobe suite. i disconnected and reconnected with another email adress. Now i do not have access to my saved work from the older account. How do i recuperate my previous work on the adobe cloud ?

11/30/21   I called Customer Care and after the robot put me in the right queue I was on hold for 1.5 hours so I hung up.  I was chatting with someone from Adobe and he couldn't help me and blew me off and told me to call Customer care.   I have PS CS6 on an old PC running Win 7.  It was working fine.  My CS license is good until 8/22.  Yet I can't get it to run anymore.  There is a license issue.  When I go to my account manager it says I need to download PS, even though it is already on my PC.  When I tried to download PS, it told me my system was too old.  How do I get PS to start again???!!!

error message on new install of Photoshop: "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory, Please reinstall the application." — I HAVE REINSTALLED THE APPLICATION NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT NEVER CHANGES, STILL THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE. Já tentei de todas as maneira instalar o Indesign na CC e não instala! Aparece o erro 305.Já desinstalei e reinstalei várias vezes. Fiz tudo que vi na internet. Será que eu tenho salvação?

Die Installation der CreativeCloud will und will einfach nicht klappen. Bei 0,8 % schlägt er fehl und gibt Fehler 206 aus. Virenscanner aus, Firewall aus... alles gemacht und trotzdem passiert nichts. Auch nach mehrmaligem Deinstallieren und anschließendem neuen Installationsversuch funktioniert es nicht.Über die ACCCx5_5_0_617 lässt es sich zumindest installieren, nach dem 100% installiert sind, öffnet sich die CreativeCloud und sagt "Creative Cloud wird geladen". Es passiert aber nichts.Er scheint irgendwie die Verbindung zu den Server nicht zu finden - woran kann das liegen?Neuer Benutzer wurde ebenfalls angelegt. Über ein Notebook im selben Netzwerk hat die Installation geklappt. Kann mir hier vielleicht jemand helfen?Zu den Spezifikationen:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400 CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz8,00 GB (7,89 GB verwendbar)64-Bit-Betriebssystem, x64-basierter ProzessorWindows 10 ProVersion 21H2

Hi just bought the lastest Mac book pro and went through the transfer process no problem from my old Mac. Including Lighjtroom 6 that I purchased a few years back. Initially it opened it fine but now it trys to open it but goes to a pop up saying Adobe appication manager required and a link to an adobe page that no longer exists. (Screen Shot attached). I then went onto my Adobe accout and confirmed my purchase is there but that wont let me download it as it says "This installer is no longer available" (Screen Shot attached) I bought this as I dont use it that much and dont want to pay a monthly fee. I spend few years ago A LOT of money for the Creative Suite 6, Master Collection ...Now I see that is almost impossible to make my CS6 work on HighSierra! ... PLS ... is there any way to fix this problem and install CS6 on HighSierra?I didn't use the CaseSensitive installation (or, better saying, I did first time, and I had to reinstall HighSierra with a CaseInsensitive file system). Now it is more than enough, I need my suite, bought with many hundreds of bucks to work! PLS ... Any help to fix this problem?Thank You.Pietro

I was referred to this Forum by a Adobe hotline staff hoping to find a solution here. The problem I have is re-registering my Adobe products after changing a hard drive in my laptop.  CS2 and CS3 were purchased from a vendor at a computer trade show in Taiwan. At the time, they offered CS3 bundled with CS2(I still have the documents and the product in its original boxes/CD to proved my purchase). As I am an occasional user of CS, I don't keep track of news from the Adobe media. Naively, thinking that it is a retail license, and should be able to use it indefinitely. So, I am shock to learn Adobe have stop all licensing of the product and support. I was told this forum is official and will help me out of the mud. So, any help will be appreciated.   Thank You.

Hi, I'am Paolo Cristiano, From ItalyI Buyed a copy (dvd) of Adobe Creative Suite (Education Edition) many years ago; on dvd there is written ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE 5.5. I installed it as mentioned above many years ago and I created my adobe account in order to recive serial number. I did it but for many years I didn't use your software. I lost every things: adobe accounts, email address used for registration, and even pc used to perform installation. Today I only have the dvd installation with product code. So.... There is a way to reinstall evvery thing and obtain serial number.... I can provide photo and documentation about DVD and Myself.... Thanks and Sorry for my English.

Hello, Sorry for my english but i´m from Germany i got a big problem. So I bought the Adobe Cs6 Web & design Premiun version years ago, and i switched from my old computer to a new netbook. There´s just a problem. The serial number seems invalid and the Livechat support couldnt help me. I just need my photoshop back to get the work done. what do i do? did i paid for nothing?

if i click on photoshop of indesign they open fine. however, if I click on prem pro, after effects or pre rush I get nothing. the "open" button highlights but if wont launch the program??  anyone understand whats going on? i have tried installing the apps, installing previous versions but just get the same error. please help 😄

I need to install an older version of Photoshop from the CC desktop app because my mac is older. It is not presenting me with any other versions when I click the three dots next to the app or when I click on Photoshop and go to 'Versions'. I have never installed Photoshop before, but I don't think this should make a difference. How can I download?? I'm in dire need here.

Before you ask. YES I AM NOT INSTALLING ON A NETWORK DRIVE. So I am basically going clinically insane trying to install any CC app.I've tried reinstalling everything. I've tried resbooting my Computer. I've tried everything multiple times. Yet still it gets stuck at 10% then fails and gives me Error Code 176.I've also tried literally EVERY POSSIBLE DRIVE HOOKED UP TO MY PC. (Which are 4 to be precise) I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have Work to do and can't do anything.I hate my life.  Is there any way to install Photoshop without using CC and just using CC to verify after install?

As much as I would prefer to just use PS 64-bit, I have one plug-in that is key to art that I create that only works in PS 32-bit. I have the install files but the install won't run. I get an error about Windows and browser not being up-to-date. Windows 10 and IE are up-to-date. IE is not in compatibility mode. I set it as the default brower, to be sure. I've even run the install file in administrative mode.I'm stuck, unless Adobe has a way to run 32-bit plugins in the 64-bit version of PS, or can help me get PS 32-bit installed.Thank you for reading.

Hello.I have 2 questions regarding the student's plan.Currently, I am residing in Romania and I follow a master's degree at National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) which I will end it in the follow summer of 2022.I do have an institutionalised mail which is connected to Google.So, I wanted to know, is my country/university eligible for this plan?And, if so, the plan can continue after I finished the degree? I do have to say that, which I can only assume, is that my institutionalised mail will end when I also finish the degree. Can this affect the plan? If I didn't myself express clearly, please do say so.Thank you!

Old topic.  I see community posts from 2019 saying  Photoshop CS2 is dead and all that crap.  It's well known that CS2 is not supported any more.  Is it legal for Adobe to not allow a legal license holder to not use software that they have purchased?  I read over the license agreement and I don't see anything about the license expiring because the software is no longer supported. It seems to be a manipulation by Adobe to get people who don't want to be on their subscription Photoshop to get on their subscription, because Adobe has left them no other options. CS2 still works fine on  my new Windows 10 laptop.  At least it did until the 30 day activation period ended, when Adobe locked me out. I've been an Adobe customer for nearly 20 years and spent several thousand dollars on Adobe software over the years, but apparently that doesn't count for anything. Because Adobe has more money to spend on lawyers than I do, Adobe will "win" th
