I had Adobe Pro Dc on my old Laptop. I don't know what the company that I had hired to transfer all the information on my new laptop did but I don't have Adobe Pro Dc anymore. I go into my Adobe account and it shows that o have been paying monthly since March 2021 for Adobe Pro Dc. When I contact customer care, they reply they can't help me because they can't find my email address. 

I purchased, installed and registered Adobe CS5.5 Master Suite two weeks ago. Since that time I keep facing prompts to activate the suite, which I was under the impression should happen automatically..?An alert reading 'Unable to activate CS5.5 Master Collection' is followed by 3 options:- Retry activation- Contact customer support- Remind me laterI have tried and tried again to retry the activation. Each time, no matter where I am or what internet server I am using, I am constantly met with 'Please connect to the internet, then press Continue'.Today I tried contacting Customer Support. After being on hold for 45 MINUTES (!!) without once speaking to a human being, I gave up rather disgruntled.I have pressed remind me later day after day - but now my days are limited.What should I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated as it seems that once the product is purchased and money is in their hands, Adobe are impossible to contact. Definitely not the service I was expecting.

My adobe creative suite CS5.5 web premium works fine last week.But now, everytime i open it, it prompt me "activation required". with 3 option:1: retry activation2: contact customer support3: remind me laterWhen I Retried activation, it says please connect to the internet, My internet was fine, Please help.I have my serial number but cant do anything...

Need help to reinstall LR 5.7.4 on my laptop. Have valid license and perpetual plan on old PC which "died." Thankfully able to recover 20K+ photos from hard drive, but don't have CD or other media because I purchased this plan years ago via download. Customer Support referred me to this forum today.Suggestions?

Hello,I'm still using Lightroom 6 and had to re-install it after upgrading my Notebook to Windows 11. Now I can't activate my licence. Everytime I start Lightroom it says it is a testversion and asks me to activate. I always do, but next time I start the software the same thing happens.What can I do?

After upgrading my MAC OS to Mojave 10.14.6, none of my CC apps will update. Thinking it might be my Creative Cloud app itself, I uninstalled it and attempted to reinstall it. I can't even download the CC app. As with the others, it gets to about 5% then I get a P201 error message. There's nothing wrong with my connections, my internet or my network. I am aware of Adobe's support note about "compatability issues" with CC and Mojave 10.14, so that has to be it, yes? A fix would be appreciated ASAP!

Hi.Win 10 Pro, 64-bit, 24GB RAMVersion 20H2OS build: 19042.1288My old HDD crached and I replaced it with a SSD. I need to install all my software again.One of them is PS CC 2017I am getting the dreaded message when running "setup.exe". I have read a lot but cannot seem to find a solution:Update requiredYour browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.   Learn more I changed Edge to operate in IE mode only and that hasn't helped.I considered going the route by inserting the additional keys in the registry but don't know how to.Can someone please help me get this installed? I will REALLY appreciate it. Thanks.

Having trouble accessing the apps. Everything was working 5 minutes, ago till I got that message. I need urgent help. Pleaseeeee!!!!!!

Hello, Early october, my Photoshop CS5 (reinstalled several months ago on my new Win10 PC) started mentionning that "activation limit has been reached". When I select "retry activation", it's behalve as if there were no internet connexion. I opened a first support ticket, they told me to uninstall/reinstall, but no improvment (they also checked that "sufficients installation slots are available"). Now, I called back support, they told me "we have shutdown the activation servers, you're stuck, buy a new product". I can't believe Adobe would do such things, so I guess there is a real solution (I remember on CS2, when they stopped the activation serveurs, they released a "no activation" binary). Any hint ? thank you

HelloI am sorry, but my english is not very well.I have metered connection (limited 4G data plan) and i can't stop the auto update adobe program. I tried stoping the program from windows task manager but after a few seconds it reappears and uses up all my bandwidth. From tray icons I can't stop the program either.I want to have control over my computer.This is unacceptable Regards

Hello! I recently got a new Macbook Air and am currently dealing with a connection problem? Although i'm able to use the applications, the cloud at the top indicates that im working offline when I am well connected to the internet... (see attached picture below↓)I can open my Adobe Cloud without any problems so its only the applications... However I also cannot get ahold of my recently activated fonts, and the font page wont open on my Cloud application.  After doing some research, I think the only possiblity is that some server/network that adobe needs is blocked, and i tried to tinker with the proxies but im not very knowledgable in that area so i dont want to touch anything without proper instructions... My Macbook before had no problems connecting to the cloud, so maybe something went wrong during the migration process??  If someone can give me suggestions/instructions on what to do, it would greatly be appreciated..! 

Hi, since it is not user friendly to explain my problem on a forum... regarding subscibtion and downloading...Is there a 1-800 .... phone line that I could call and speak to someone and have my problems fix once and for all.

It's Wednesday, 27 OCT for me, and I've been watching for Creative Cloud to tell me there are updates available. I'm seeing nothing new for Photosop, Illustrator, or any other app. Photoshop is stuck on version 22.4.2 and I keep hitting the "Check For Updates" button but no joy. Clearly I'm connected to the Internet and Adobe recognizes my account, because for grins I uninstalled Photoshop and had CC re-install it. So that works. My iMac is a late-2015 model and meets or exceeds all the minimum requirements. So what's going on that I'm not getting updates?

Impossible pour moi de mettre à jour la suite Adobe. J'ai le message « Non compatible ».  ET quand je veux mettre à jour mon système vers MacOS Catalina, j'ai un message qui me dit «Ce volume n'est pas au format APSF ». Comment faire ?

first off i do not get asked what drive i want to install it on just gets downloaded to my os drive. secondly i cannot open up photo shop as it says "could not initialize photoshop because of a disk erro"

Bought cs6 design web premium back in 2013, was able to access it fine. no longer have access to previous devices to unlink them from it. Unable to activate it on a new device as it advices x amount of time to use. as the other two are in use. As i am under activation limit reached. Contacted adobe customer service to see if i can get them unlinked as i didnt want to spend extra money on after buying this while at university.  Is there a possible way of deactivating the serial number still or a way to get it done to use it without havig to seek the option to consider rebuying photoshop through the app. 

bonjour, depuis qques mois se multipluent des avertissements de mises à jours non compatibles, ainsi que l'installation de nouvelles app sur CC. je pense que ma version window7 pro est trop vieille. est ce que je peux  remédier à ces problémes autrement qu'en passant à windows 10 ?Merci pour vos réponses

Hi there! From my Creative Cloud Desktop, I started an »update all« process, which affected some ten or so apps. Hours later I found out, that all those updates have not been installed on the default drive (where the previous versions were located) but on a different one. Which therefore has no more free space left now ... What the ...!!! Is there some smart way to move them back to the right drive? Or do I have to uninstall and re-install them one by one? Thanks!

What a nightmare. And the worst part is, Adobe Pro failed to instal anyway. How do I get my (Legal!!!) but older copy of DW back?

I have done all my photographs in photoshop on my ipad, as it is so much quicker and easily portable, and i have saved them in creative coud. When i go on my laptop in creative cloud i can see the documents in the cloud section but cant download them to my libary. I have tried opening them in photoshop but they still wont go into my libary when opened. How can i download them/ move them into my libary without redoing them. I have over 70 documents to move from creative cloud to the creative libary. 

Today after inadvertently deleting all the older versions of Illustrator while updating to Illustrator 2022, I found out I can't revert it and reinstall let's say Illustrator 2019 which I erroneosly deleted. For unknown reason Adobe CC app doens't allow to reinstall this version. But how can I do it?

I have Mac CS4 Standard (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver (second DVD)). I've read all the related topics and none of the solutions work. I'm installing CS4 (from a DVD with the (registered with Adobe) serial number on the back of the case) on a new iMac (the old iMac no longer works with internet apps and it won't let me update the system) and when I enter the serial number I get the green "X" for o.k., but then a second later it turns to a red check mark and then shows an error message: "Licensing for this product has stopped working.  Error: 6." What does that mean?!! I paid a lot of money for this software (more than the cost of the new iMac back then).  I'm not paying again for sofware I already own. Imagine buying a car and then 10 years later the car company shuts off your car and says you have to pay more money for the car you already own!!! How do I fix this? Thanks. Richardp.s.
