Download & Install

I've downloaded my copy of CS6 from my list of registered products, (I have a license left), but I am unable to validate the serial number, I get a pop up that says "Please connect to the internet and retry", but I am on the connected ont he internet! Any advice on how I can validate the serial number?

Running mac 10.7.5, converting Nikon D500 files with Adobe DNG conversion. I have reached the maxium Adobe DNG conversion software on the Mac 10.7.5 which allows me to convert the Nikon NEF D500 files to Adobe DNG. Then I use the DNG files in my raw editor,  Aperture. But now I got a Nikon Z50. I need to know what the minimum Mac Operating system I can use so I can convert the native Nikon NEF files into usable DNG files to use in Aperture. Is it a proprietary software from Nikon? Maybe a new Mac, with what minium OS. Something that PS 6, or Aperture can see! Help Please.  [Email removed by moderator as per forum guidelines.]  

Hallo liebe Adobe Community, habe heute zwei Adobe Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 20GB in Amazon gekauft und beide eingetragen auf der Seite https://creative.adobe.com/redeem. Die zwei Rückmeldung per Email sagen allerdings das eins bis  "Ihr Gutscheincode wurde akzeptiert. Ihr Abo für Foto-Abo (20 GB) wird bis zum 03-Dezember-2022 (PT) fortgeführt." und das zweite"Ihr Gutscheincode wurde akzeptiert. Ihr Abo für Foto-Abo (20 GB) wird bis zum 25-November-2022 (PT) fortgeführt." Ich wollte einfach das mein Abo zwei Jahre gültig bleibt. Ich habe Photoshop cc 2018 auf dem Mac .Kann ich mit einer neuen Lizenz Photoshop wieder verwenden? Ein Update ist nicht möglich, da der Laptop zu alt ist.

I just reinstalled Windows, which involved also reinstalling my copy of Acrobat 9 Pro Extended. When I hit the Check for Updates menu, the message box states There are no updates available at this time. In addition, I have been unable to locate updates for my version of Acrobat on the web site. I would appreciate a link to the update page.Thanks.Mike

The mobile app won't allow me to edit on a new phone(iPhone 12)the sliders are not highlighted & won't respond. I have a account & all worked fine on my old phone. Any ideas please? 

I have happily been using creative cloud on my Mac for a long while. Suddenly CC and Photoshop need to update so won't open. Can't update as the updates wont work on my OS and can't update my OS as Mac is not young enough.  Is there a way round this, or is it basically saying spend another 1k to access photoshop?  I don't need the latest version but I do need something! thanks   

I have sucessfully used CC for several years. Recently I updated my computer with a new drive(SSD) and doubled the RAM. The computer works fine but refuses to install the CC App. I have spent several hours searching and trying ways to resolve this issue. From simply restarting/reinstalling to wiping all ADOBE stuff out with the uninstaller. Nothing works and that annoying message about quitting or repairing appears each time I try.I am a photographer who relies on various Adobe products I need this fixing, but this seems impossible given that  I cannot chat with a HUMAN to help resolve the issue.Clearly, judging by the amount of folk complaining about this issue there IS A PROBLEM and not just on my PC.For your info I run Windows 10 64 bit 21H1 19043.1348Please do not refer me to the troubleshooting links I have spent hours following.I look forward to someone posting a real solution to this problem.Thank you in advance.  

[Moderator branched and moved to new topic.] My challenge is that I have just bought Adobe Pro Elements 2021 from Microsoft Store.   When trying to install it I am told that it is for 64 OP.   My machine is 32 OP What do I do?

I am trying to deactivate ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE MASTER COLLECTION CS 6 in an old computer. For that, I go, as I've done many times in the past, to the Deactivate option in the Help Menu of , for example, Photoshop. When I try it, I get the message: "Please connect to the Internet and retry. Unable to deactivate. Please ensure you are connected to the internet and try again. If problem persits, please contact Customer Support". I do have Internet access on that machine and have tried again several times. When I contacted Customer Support they say they cannot do anything because the product is no longer supported. This is a lifetime license and I feel amazed that Adobe does refuses to help when the problem is a fault on their side. How can I deactivate this product? Thanks, Antonio

Hi Folks,I have a monthly subscription to Abobe CC, (just Photoshop basic plan). I have it installed in my main desktop computer, which has Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I also have Adobe CC installed in my other, 'backup desktop' computer, which has Windows 7 Home 64bit as an O/S. The plan is to remove the Win 7 OS drive from the motherboard, (all my desktops are custom-built) and install a new SSD, which will then become the new Win 10 Pro O/S drive, ultimately, a fresh installation.  I'm concerned that Adobe CC may not allow me to install in the new Win 10 O/S if I don't first remove it from the Win 7 O/S, does anyone know for sure? I'm worried that because Adobe will 'see' that I've already got it installed in two computers and refuse installing a new download of the program after I install the Win 10 O/S. Should I perform some sort of removal procedure that satisfies any Adobe security systems? I'm guessing I can just go on w/o worrying about the Adobe s

Bonjour Sur mon mac j'ai un petit disque dur. Aussi je souhaite stocker toutes mes photos (5500/6000 photos) sur un disque dur externe 1to et le connecter sur mon ordi à chaque fois que je souhaite m'en servir.Ce qui me permettra d'avoir en plus d'avoir toujours mes photos avec moi.Vous en pensez quoi ?  à part d'acheter un nouvel ordi.Merci pour vos commentaires

Hi there, I just purchased the Adobe creative cloud suit  since there was a black friday offer.Now I already have the Adobe creative cloud suit installed from an account where I went to a course, but that should expire within any day.So what is recommended here to avoid conflicts with installing it new again with the newly purchased yearly account? Uninstall from windows, by the old account, or do the new installation from the new account recognize the old one and removes it?

All of a sudden I am getting this error message when trying to start up any of my Premier Pro programs....any advice? 

Yesterday, my CS6 applications - specifically Photoshop and InDesign - stopped loading.  They are installed on a MacPro running OS 10.7.5 (I know it is old) since 2012 and was using them because i have some plugins that are not compatible with newer versions, hence I keep using this as Photoshop CS6 was set up just the way I like it.  I do have the most up to date one on my MacBook Pro.  When trying to open any CS6 application it requires me to login with my AdobeID.  When trying to do so I receive the error message to connect to the internet and retry.  Adobe no longer supports it since it is older but I would like to continue using it any help to rectify or remedy this issue would be greatly appreciated.Respectfully.

There was an black friday offer for a 1 year Photoabo 20 GB by Amazon Germany, which I bought.I got the e-mail from Adobe with the coupon code, however big surprise, when I entered it in creative cloud. I had not thougt of my upgrade to photo Abo 1 TB.The system just installed a second Photo Abo with 20 GB, without any warnin or hint or question.I have no use for that, however my husband has an own Photo Abo with 20 GB. But I have no idea, how to transfer this Abo to my husbands computer, where it would be useful, because it should replace the old abo for one year and than continue the old abo.Does anyone no, how to transfer the on my computer useless second Abo to my husbands computer? Es gab eine Angebot bei Amazon Deutschland für ein preiswertes Foto Jahresabo, das ich kaufte. I have been having issues with fonts not downloading to CC. As a last resort I chose to do a fresh install of CC to see if that resolved the issue. However, it seems to have made things worse. CC wont reinstall at all. It downloads fine and prgresses through the install page, before saying it will now open CC. The installer closes and then nothing. Any idea how I can get it working again?Using Macbook Pro with M1 Max proceesor.

I am upgrading my MacBook Pro from Mojave to Monterey (10.14.6 to 12.0.1). I have the Adobe CC Photography Subscription, so CC and Apps are up to date, but I show at least 21 Adobe Apps that are 32 bit, which will be incompatible with Monterey. What is the best way to proceed -- without loosing data and settings in Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, but also removing all the old / leftover Adobe software? Thanks!
