J'ai un problème avec Lightroom CC que je ne parviens pas à télécharger. A chaque fois le téléchargement stoppe à 88 % et j'ai un message qui me demande de réessayer… J'ai pourtant un. Mac Studio récent à jour qui tourne sur Sequoia 15.5. Comment faire ? Merci de vos conseils !

Both computers where I had Adobe Acrobat X installed are dead.  One due to a failed hard drive, the other due to a failed graphics card.  I am unable to deactivate the original installs and I get the error message, you have already reached your activation limit.Help,  please.

Hello, I have a licensed Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro product. I possess the license key and all related information. After making a hardware change on my computer, the product asked me to re-enter the license key. I entered my valid and documented license key, but I received an error message stating: This serial number has been revoked. Please contact customer support.I do not understand why my license was revoked, especially since I have a legitimate and documented key. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Hi Community I write you because Adobe expects that the community needs to solve Adobe problems they produce out of thin air. I just bought a Mac Pro 2013 to run my old software/projects and check all the forum entrys to find updates for CS 6 because there are no downloadables on adobe.com. The installers i can download from my adobe account have no updates included. I have already a lot of updaters/patchers, but a lot of them say they dont work with my version. I cant understand why. Where can I find all updates of the Products for the German Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Mac OS version? Adobe, I will never find trust in you anymore.  Maxon removed also the old content and legacy Cinema 4D Versions. What i still think is stupid. But  I got all Installers, Updates, Content just by asking them if I can have it. Adobe should really do the same. Thanks in advance. Would be nice to read from you some positiv lines.

Hi,I have an old but good Adobe Pro DC 2019 with a valid serial number that I bought.I'm moving to a new PC and wish to reinstall the app, but I don't have the link from Adobe anymore.Also, for some reason, the serial number is invalid.Please help! The chat wasn't helpful.

After reinstalling Win10 on my PC  I noticed that my DVD with PS doesn't work any more, so I tried to register the serial number on the Adobe page to maybe find a downloadable version of CS5 extended,  that is when I got the error message: This serial number is already in useI used to have this software on the same PC before the reinstall... What should I do next?

Hi, I am running a Macbook late 2012 with CC 2019-2022 (version 5.9.1.377) and I need Adobe InDesign for work. The App says my machine is incompatible with the latest versions and has no download links to a 2020 version which I need (I am running Lightroom, Photoshop and Premier all in 2020 versions with no issues). I have tried to find a download link to a a 2020 version and even reached out to an agent as some people have suggested. I did get hold of someone from Adobe and was told: "I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, but Adobe no longer supports macOS High Sierra 10.13, and the Creative Cloud apps — including older versions like InDesign 2020 — have also been discontinued. That’s why you can't download or install them on your current system.I completely understand how frustrating this can be. Updating your Mac to a newer OS version would allow access to supported apps."Updating my Macbook in order isnt an option right now as that would mean buying a new macbook (±$160

I have a friend who owns a small printshop. She uses an old Mac Pro and CS6. Now the hardrive in the Mac died. It's easy to replace the drive but is there really no way to activate the CS6 package?

Hello, So a couple days ago I was able to download CC onto my laptop. When trying to download Photoshop, it told me that it would run better on an update software version of my Macbook. I then updated my Macbook to the newest version, but after opening creative cloud, it kept prompting me to log in but the 'Log In' button would not redirect.  I then tried to delete every file and uninstall CC and install it again, but since then I've received this error. I have tried to reconnect to other Wi-fi, my firewall is off, and despite this message, my browser will say I'm signed in.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Same here for me. Tried everything, including having remote support that wans't able to fix it. Tried the fix described here and it does not work. It makes the app almost update but fails at 83%.  Verified app version after installing and it is on the latest version, as said here too, it seems the app is bugged thinking it needs to update but it doesn't. Because os this, my AI tools on photoshop don't work, saying that the activation failed.  Been like this for some time now. An expensive plan and apps, to not even be able to work? Jeez.

I was using Adobe photoshop and indesign for university but am no longer attending so I lost access to my account, I have little space on my computer, tried using the cleaner tool on my mac but recieved errors of the appliction not responding.  After looking further I am missing at least one of my adobe folders, Adobe Download, and it is not appearing under my Time Machine backups. Is there anything I can do manually to uninstall adobe?

Olá! Acabei de assinar o pacote adobe, porém não estou conseguindo instalar o Creative Adobe desktop em meu notebook. Chega na tela de incialização, mas não sai dela, logo em seguida apresenta varios alertas de erros. já usei o Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, exclui, reeiniciei, reeinstalei e nada resolvido. Alguem pode me ajudar?

(I'm not sure if this is the best place for this, but it's the closest to "issues with Adobe CC itself" I could find.) It's suddenly opening intrusive "update now" popups, even though I have all notification options turned off.  Nobody wants distracting popups jumping in the way of what they're currently doing.  (Think about how unusable your PC would be if every piece of software you use did this.)  How to disable these?  It only started happening recently, probably with a recent CC update.   

Started up my mac studio M1 Max running Sequoia 15.6 to find pretty much most CC apps showing updates available. I have auto updates installed but usually still have to click 'update' next to the app, or 'update all' to actually get them to start installing. I was busy and just wanted to install Id and Ps updates first, then planned to update the rest once done. ID finished, PS was half way, then I flicked to mail and back again to find myself back on the home screen in CC. I clicked apps, Id says updated today, PS says 20 days ago, and no other updates were showing. I clicked check for updates again and no updates came up. Restarted, still no updates. Was having major Id errors yesterday afternoon (18.08.25 Australian time) so I was glad to have updates today, but they've just dissapeared into the nether.Bit miffed as XD was even showing an update and they never update XD!

I've been using Adobe CS5 Photoshop Extended on two computers. I deactivated the license on one (Photoshop - Help - Deactivation), but I'm still using the program on the other.I'm trying to activate the product on the new computer (meaning I have one active installation and want to run the second), but the program says I have too many active copies, which is not true.What should I do?

I have been happily using my CS6 programs happily since I got out of college. then one day I got a pop up that told me my cd key will is nolonger working. I have tried going to support but they told me to come here for a solution. I still have the install cd and the key it came with but it is nolonger working. dose anyone have any sugestions?

Bonjour à tous, J'ai acheté Adobe Acrobat Professional DC 2015 d'occasion auprès d'un vendeur professionnel (Software ReUse Tauchhammer GmbH) qui m'a fourni le fichier d'installation ainisi que la clef d'installation. Sur mon système Mac mini M1 16Go avec MacOS 15.6 (24G84) je n'ai jamais pu installer ce logiciel car le programme d'installation donne un message d'erreur à la fin de son execution. Avant d'installer je me suis assuré de l'absence d'une autre vesion d'Acrobat sur mon système.Le vendeur n'a pas pu m'aider.Questions pour la communauté :1/ est-ce que ce logiciel de 2015 est incompatible avec mon système? ...j'ai retrouvé quelques informations sur le site d'Aide d'ADOBE mais rien concluant ...en même temps le vendeur n'accepte pas cette piste ...2/ est-ce que la présence d'Adobe creative cloud sur mon système pourrait être en cause ? Merci ! Since we are allowed to have adobe programs installed on 2 computers, could I let my cousin use my adobe account when I am not using it? I know that it is ok if we are in the same household, but he is studying abroad right now.

Hello,I have a legitimate license for Adobe Acrobat X Pro. I recently contacted Adobe Support and was informed that my serial number allows up to 4 activations, and only 3 have been used. However, when I try to activate the product on my new PC, I get a message saying that I’ve reached the activation limit.Unfortunately, the previous computers where Acrobat was installed are no longer available (they were formatted/damaged), so I cannot manually deactivate the software from them.The support agent suggested I reach out here in the Community to see if there is any way to reset my activations or resolve this issue, since I should still have one activation available according to the license terms.Could someone please guide me on how to proceed?Thank you very much in advance.

Hello,I own a valid perpetual license for Adobe CS5 Production Premium. It was purchased legally years ago and has been used on my previous hardware without any issues. Recently, due to a hardware failure (SSD crash), I cannot activate the software on my current machine. I also noticed I am not allowed to assign the serial number to my Adobe account — the system rejects it. This was never required in the past, but now Adobe uses this as justification to claim I do not own any license, which is false. I have a valid serial number and proof of ownership. I contacted Adobe Customer Care multiple times and received only template replies stating CS5 is discontinued and no longer supported. However, the core issue remains unanswered: why is a legally purchased perpetual license completely blocked from activation, especially when hardware failure is out of the user’s control? This situation has dragged on for over two weeks, with repeated ping-pong between different support age

Does anyone have any solutions to install a legacy product on a new computer.  Specifically this is Adobe Crewative Suite 5.5 which i purchased in 2013.  I have the product key for it.  My old computer died, and I cannot install on my new one.  It tells me it is installed on 2 computers, and i must deactivate from the old ones, which i did, but still doesnt work.  I called support and was told there is no support for a legacy product and to post here.  TIA
