Bonjour.Pour gagner de la place sur mon C, j'ai désinstallé lightroom, dans l'espoir de pouvoir le réinstaller sur un autre disque. Problème, la version que j'avais installé sur mon poste de travail n'est plus disponible, celle qui est disponible est incompatible avec mon système (qui ne peut passer vers W11 en raison d'un pas de bol matériel au niveau du processeur).Comment puis-je trouver une version précédente compatible?Belle journée à vous.

Hi guys. I am upgrading my PC and have an error I cannot seem to get around. I get the message activation limit reached. So I went ahead and deactivated CS5 Production Premium on the old PC. However, it still works and I'm still getting the limit message on the new PC install. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling on the old machine, but I get a runtime error, so I can do neither of those things. I'm quite frustrated, as I have done what I was told to do, I have deactivated the production suite but it still will not allow me to use it on the new PC. Looking for answers. I have zero interest in renting Photoshop. i want to own it and I"m quite happy with my CS5. Photoshop is really the only thing in that suite that I use

Hi,I run a UK VAT registered company but can't see any way of entering my VAT registration number so that I can purchase without paying the Irish VAT. Does anyone know how to do this and why doesn't Adobe make it simple?

I recently purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro (Intel Core i7-9750H processor, 64GB AMD Radeon RX 5500 graphics card).   However, I can't install Lightroom and Photoshop. Is this because I have an old Mac, or is there another problem? Can anyone help? Best, Emile

What is Adobe Cleaner tool and where can I get it?

In 2012 I one-time purchased the Creative Suite 6 discs from UCLA Los Angeles CA & downloaded them to my Mac. Some years ago Adobe began charging monthly subscribing for new Creative Suite users, but I was still able to open & use my already paid for & owned apps. However, Adobe has now managed to manipulate my laptop and blocks my ability to open any of them via a window offering a 30 day free trial to try the new Design & Web Premium and states that use to it can continue only with a monthly subscription. I now simply cannot open any of my own one-time purchased CS6 apps, such as In-Design and Photoshop. I have no clue whether I could return to my own apps should I accept the offer and cancel before the 30 day limit; I also don't trust Adobe at all that they would not do anything further to prevent that. I don't understand their right to do what they've done. I therefore want to disable the wall they have imposed and once again be able to access my own already pu

Why do I need to deactivate 'both' old activations, when I only want to activate one new computer? What if I'm not able to re-activate on any computer afterwards? Right now I'm not able to activate the new computer, nor re-activate the old one, which confirmed successful deactivation yesterday. Now I'm worried to deactivate the last working activation on my other old computer ...

Hallo - ich habe meinen PC mit einem neuen Motherboard aufgemotzt. Nun behauptet Adobe ich hätte eine 3. Installation der beiden Programme gemacht und hat beide Programme gesperrt und behauptet nun, dass sie diese nicht meht freigeben können, da es für alte Programme keine neuen Schlüssel mehr gibt. Ich  habe auch nicht die Möglichkeit einen neuen Schlüssel einzugeben. Weiss jemand, wie ich wieder zu meinen Programmen komme. Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe.    PICTURE REMOVED... cant access the BETA version of PS in creative cloud anymore

Hallo zusammen, wir hatten das Programm auf 2 Rechnern installiert, alles lief bestens. Dann erfolgte ein Rechneraustausch und dabei wurde versäumt die Anwendung auf den vorherigen Computer zu deaktivieren. Die alten Rechner gibt es leider nicht mehr.  Beim Versuch das Produkt im Adobe Portal zu registrieren erscheint der Hinweis "Diese Seriennummer wird bereits verwendet."Gibt es eine Möglichkeit unsere Serien-Nr. wieder "freischalten" zu lassen? Ordnungsgemäße Rechnung vom Fachhändler ist vorhanden. 

In creative cloud I cannot get a user's apps to install, sync, or update. They all bomb out with a Error 125 or "Installation Failed" It says to install sync but that doesn't appear to be an option anywhere either. Nothing has changed on our network, out firewall, our security etc. This is not a new computer nor did anything change. This just stopped working. It has nothing to do with these causes:  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/troubleshoot/download-failure/common-network-connectivity-issues.html I can connect to the computer with no issues, all other software works fine, just not Adobe Creative Cloud. Please assist if you can.

I'm still using Big Sur on a MacPro 5,1, but I need to re-install Lightroom… there is nothing that is compatible on the Adobe website that I could find. Any ideas where I could download a compatible version? Maybe Adobe has an archive site?Thank you in advance! Tarek

Consistently getting these same errors when trying to update the creative cloud app (see screen shot - Error code: 191). Been happening for over a month now... unsure what's up. Tried completely uninstalling all adobe apps as well as creative cloud today... Reinstalled - and still getting the same issue. Any ideas on how to resolve would be appreciated. Thanks! 

I  have received emails in Swedish when I would like them in English or Finnish. I talked with some Adobe person via chat a few months ago. He set the communication language to English. Now I get monthly pay emails still in Swedish and some other emails in Finnish. Something is seriously wrong with Adobe when it comes to languages in emails.

I have used photoshop and adobe products for years. Today, photoshop will not open. I don't know why.

Good morning,Are there any UK based Sage 50 Accounts (V27 or below) users on here that can answer this question?Adobe's invoice for Photography Plan does not included UK VAT but according to the Sage Article on which tax codes to use (opens in new window), it states that "Imports with a consignment value of £135 and below should have had the UK VAT charged at the point of sale and will not be subject to import VAT".The transaction is denoted as "Goods" on the invoice.  Adobe are located in Dublin so it is classed as "Abroad Outside of UK".  It is not subject to Northern Ireland Protocol.  I've ticked No and assume this is correct and it doesn't exceed the import threshold of £135.It recommends using a tax code in Sage of T21 which affects Boxes 1, 4 and 7.  Boxes 1 and 4, the VAT amount is entered (BUT THERE ISN'T ONE!!!) and the Net amount appears in Box 7.Any advice on this would be immensely appreciated.  My OCD gets the better of me when deal

Bonjour, J'ai acheté une licence adobe creative suite CS5.5 il y a longtemps, qui devrait pouvoir être installée sur 2 ordinateurs, que j'avais installée sur mon ancienne machine. J'ai maintenant un nouvel ordinateur, mais bien que je puisse normalement avoir la licence sur 2 ordinateurs, cela ne fonctionne pas. En effet, l'installation se fait correctement, mais lorsque j'ouvre un logiciel (par exemple Photoshop), il me demande un numéro de licence. C'est mon père qui avait installé cette suite adobe sur mon ancien ordinateur, mais je ne sais pas quel était le compte il avait utilisé, et il est maintenant décédé. Comment faire pour récupérer ma licence et la faire fonctionner sur mon nouvel ordinateur ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Contraté el paln de After effects pero al  omento de instalarlo en mi laptop se queda congelado en 88% y ya no continúa, mi equipo tiene 32gb de ram, 2gb de tarjeta grafica dedicada, tiene 280 gb. de almacenamiento libre y windows 11, no entiendo porque se congela y no se llega a instalar. Gracias por su ayuda

How Can I Do İt With Adobe Photoshop CC ?

I downloaded Creative Cloud a while ago to use the free trial. Ever since, it has just been sitting on my drive, taking up space. I have tried to uninstall it many times, but all the apps (Desktop Manager, Core Sync, etc, etc) are still on my mac. However I cannot open them, but when I go into my storage settings I can see that they are still taking up space. The Uninstaller App also appears in my files, but when I go to open it a pop-up says something like "this app cannot be opened because it does not have any content". I have just been to a Reddit thread where they were saying to use the Creative Cloud cleaner tool, which I have run twice, and everything is still there. I am literally going through hell to get this stuff off my computer - I had no idea it was going to be this hard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know I am late to the game on this but need help.  Have Photo Elements includong Photo Shop etc. in 13.  These opened in Application Manager which is no longer available.  Creative Cloud repplaced it. How do I get the apps moved to crective cloud so I can open the apps?  Didn't find a solution in posts. Thank you
