unable to find adobe illustator can someone help ive already paid

¡Hola! a mi tambien me sucede lo mismo. Tengo la actulización Sonoma versión 14.5, no sé si eso influirá, pero necesito ayuda para poder solucionarlo. 

I need to reinstall my Windows Acrobat Pro 2018 version. I can't find the install binaries anywhere. I see 2017 and 2020 installations but no 2018.

Estou a tentar unstalar o illustrator o InDesign e o Character Animator na minha maquina virtual que esta a funcionar com o windows 11 24h2 apesar de conseguir instalar o photoshop. Alguem me pode ajudar? Precisa de usar estas aplicaçoes nesta maquina virtual urgentemente.

I have looked around enough forums to see that this seems to be a pretty common "unresolved" query. I do not have any trial versions downloaded here.

I was wondering if there's anyway I can use an older version of adobe animate like 2021 or 2020. I'm more use to those versions honestly.

I recently had to have Windows reinstalled on my laptop. As a result I lost my copies of Premiere Elements 2019 and Photoshop Elements 2019, both were registered with Adobe. I went to my home page and tried to download them but every time I run the .exe file I get an error message "Update your browser". I've checked and my browser is up to date. This error message isn't listed on the Adobe support pages. What else can I do?

So the problem is that After Effects version 25 is incompatible (processor requirement), and I accidentally deleted version 23 and can't use After Effects products at all. Is there a solution to use the previous version?

I have downloaded the installation app for Photoshop and Lightroom which I have paid for as well. I double click on the download which has now become a icon on my desktop "photoshop installer". When I click on that it says I must double click on the icon and follow the instructions but when I double click on the app nothing happens. 

Just replaced my hard drive in my 6 year old macbook pro. Trying to install Photoshop CS5. Operating system is up to date with the latest and greatest. I did de-authorize photoshop on the old hard drive before installing the new one.Now, I've downloaded the install package from adobe's website and tried to run the install. When I do, I get  the following error message:"Install" is damaged and can't be opened. You should eject the disk image."Install" is on the disk image "photoshop_12_LS1.dmg". Safari downloaded this disk image today at 4:33 PM from trials2.adobe.com.Options given are to "cancel" or "eject disk image".What have I done wrong?

I accidentally deleted actual files part of the creative cloud application, thinking it would uninstall the app, now I am not able to open the app or anything. How to fix?

I have been using Adobe products, personally and professionally, for the past 30 years. I have had a few emails associated with Adobe accounts. Adobe Creative Cloud has been a nightmare for me since its introduction. I have an older iMac that runs OS Catalina. I can't upgrade the OS anymore. The Adobe apps are useless as they do not run or run very poorly on this machine. Previous to Adobe's subscription-based platform, I purchased the apps outright. The last one I bought was CS6. I would like to put it back on my computer and run it instead of all of the subscription-based apps. They do not work for me. I am having difficulty finding a way to download and install CS6 - even though a search online says it can be done - even from Adobe websites. I feel that I get run around in circles. Does anyone have a real answer on how to download and install CS6? I have my serial number.

I have a brand new Surface Laptop and when I install Elements 2023 I get error code 16.  The Adobe support material does not cover Windows 11 installations. When I follow the support guide for Windows 10 there is no "Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ Adobe PCD\" folder so the support guide is clearly out of date or there is some other issue when installing Photoshop Elements and the folder is not being created.When I try to contact support all I get is a stupid AI bot that refuses to help me because I don't have a valid plan however I bought this software outright and a plan is not applicable.  Is there anyone in the community who knows how I can fix this problem? Help greatly appreciated.

For some reason some of my PC hard drives are going bad every few months, so I have to remove, swap, or add drives frequently.Creative cloud doesn't like this apparently. It frequently ask me to de-activate an old device, which is this same PC with different drives configuration. At one point, after de activating an older configuration, it went bonkers and said it could not authorize my PC because it could not connect to adobe servers and that I should check my internet connection. And while I could log into creative cloud desktop, I get prompted to login again and again every few minutes. Eventually I had to call adobe support and they remote cleaned and fixed the installation. But this takes more than half an hour and it's difficult to hear the support due to bad phone lines. Looking at https://account.adobe.com/activated-devices, it has two entries of the same desktop with different activation dates. Is there a way to avoid this kind of trouble in the future

I have been trying to install Photoshop for school assignments, and EVERY time I tried to in the Microsoft Store, it keeps reading that they could not install the app. It tells me to wait a bit, which I do, but it STIll gives the same message. How do I fix this?

I am currently using a windows 10 computer and have a creative cloud account for photoshop, light room, lightroom classic. I note that it also includes Acrobat. I also have acrobat Pro 2017 installed on my computer.I am about to change to a windows 11 computer. My question is this:is the acrobat in my plan as good as acrobat pro 2017?If not, what do I need to do to make it at least as good as acrobat pro 2017?I do not want to pay another subscription for acrobat pro.

I just confusing between Application Version and The information about The new version available, for example:  My latest Adobe InDesign version is 20.0.1, however in  the Creative Cloud Desktop mention it that V20.0.1 update is available...as per screenshot attached. Please explain me what is the meaning of this, is bug? Thank you

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has had the same kind of problem I'm having with Adobe right now. I use CC for teams and have 6 licenses for my employees and I. I got an email saying that my payment on my credit card couldn't go through. I just got a new credit card to replace the old one and forgot to update Adobe CC, no big deal, happens all the time... so I grab my new card and click the link in the email to update the info on my account. I login and click on "Edit payment details" but a pop-up appears telling me to contact customer support. Odd. Also, they could have told me that directly in the email, but whatever. So I open the chat window to support and explain my problem.I am then told that, incredibly, it is NOT possible to update my credit card info because the payment is done through Digital River, the distributor for South East Asia where I live. HelloI am from italy and for the christmas vacations i travelled to the United States, bringing with me my Mac Pro 13", during my stay i have never opened it nor used and two days ago when i came back to Italy i noticed that in my trash i had a folder named Adobe with a subfolder named Assets with a short mp4 video that it's not mine. After that i also noticed that i have a new app (which i cannot use here in Italy) that is called Duplicate iphone. all of this is very strange and i am very afraid that my files have been taken. Do you have any tips on what to do? is there a way to find the original source of the Adobe folder? Thank you
