CAN adobe repair my software? I cannot run any of it and i have full packet.... And help center doesn not repond.... ANY ANSWER???? And yes, I have internet connection, and yes my subscrition is paid!

My Photoshop app is corrupted. Some features will not work and I have to reinstall. When I opened up Adobe Creative Cloud, that was also corrupted, and it said to repair Adobe Creative Cloud in which I did. Once Creative Cloud was done repairing itself, when I looked to uninstall Photoshop I couldn't. Instead, I just see the option to install Photoshop again even though I already have Photoshop installed. When I click the Install button, it fails and says "Installation Failed" And nothing else. What do I do? How do I reinstall Photoshop?

I cannot move the Photoshop application window. It is stuck/hidden underneath of the Apple OS X menu bar. I can't see the maximize, minimize, etc buttons and I cannot grab the frame of the window to drag it around the screen. Extremely frustrating. I've tried reseting the the window, quitting the application and re-opening it, logging off/shutting down and rebooting, etc. Nothing works. Maddening.Help appreciated.

Adobe cloud desktop is telling me that it cannot update my Lightroom Classic because of an open app.  However the Manager program for windows tells me that there is no Adobe product running. However the update function will still not work. (The only app running was my email service). Where do I go from here?

I just made an account for the adobe creative cloud and I am currently trying to install photoshop. When I click to download photoshop it takes me to the creative cloud but it says that I am signed out, but when I click the sign-in button it does not allow me to access and brings me to the exact same screen. I was previously signed in under a school account but that account has since been deactivated and the subscription cancelled. Please help :(.

I have turned off CC from opening after a restart, yet, the processes are instantly running in the background after logging in?? Why is Adobe doing this, better yet, why is no one else really complaining about this? If I choose to not have the stuff run with login, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT RUN

Hi guys I'm running iMac with Big Sur. Ever since upgrading to Big Sur I constantly have a error issue upon Creative Cloud app opening when my mac boots up. Stating that Creative Cloud app is damaged, and needs repairing, this is a daily issue, even after repairing a few times. Really annoyed as Adobe CC is a expensive annual cost and shouldn't have these basic bugs, especially as googling the issue, lots on Mac/PC users are experiencing the same issues. Has anyone found a fix to this yet pls?

It seems my Behance profile & projects are private. I do not find my profile in the search result, I cannot find my projects. I cannot change the privacy settings of my projects.  Whenever I change project privacy to "Everyone", it goes back to "Private". 

Creative cloud desktop, trying to update or download gives me an installation failure message after ~8% download. Have 500gb free. Have not been able to find any resolutions yet. Thanks

My laptop isnt lettine me open Indesign which I just changed to pay for just this adobe program instead of all of them and Indesign is what i use by far the most. I cant seem to update or open it. View attached

Hi i have the adobe audition 2019 and i want to update it, the problem is that when i go to adobe creative Cloud app i have a option to install like i dont have it already installed.So what can i do about that? 

Hi everybody,I have a mac with Big Sur 11.2.3, and the CC apps all updated.In the last few days i can, in PS or AI, open and edit files, but, when i try to save, save as or export files the software crashes. I've allready try to uninstall and install the apps, but the problem persits. Any ideas?Thank you for your help.  

I had a problem where my mouse cursor was freezing right after start up, before I opened any apps. I disabled the one abobe login item I had activated and it hasn't happened since. I think it may have been a acrobat login item but I neglected to make note of it. Anyone else experience this?

hi it is sating scratch disk full ive delted loads of files and photos and it wont let me on photoshop or in design ant ideas ???

This is the screen  I am getting - no text on any of the buttons , I click on the right button and the launcher starts and then just disappears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it is the same - Photoshop is fine I have just had a Windows Update Any clues?  

Seriously thinking about canceling my plan because I can't get ANY of my CC apps to update. It used to be where I'd have to retry downloads several times before they would finally cooperate and fully download, but now, nothing updates at all. Currently on a mesh wifi connection with strong signal. I don't have problems downloading anything else. I don't get an error code anywhere, so I'm at a loss for how to troubleshoot. At my wits end. Please help.

I have a yearly Creative cloud photography plan which includes Adobe Spark Post, and I was wondering since I'm already paying a yearly subscription am I also required to pay for the premium version of spark post? 

Hello,The option to activate the above software never shows as an option under Help.  I have uninstalled/installed the software many times, no luck.I purchased Acrobat Pro 2020 (student & teacher version) from Amazon.  I have the product code and serial number.  The installation appears to go smoothly and accepts the serial number.Is this an issue with Big Sur or is there another problem? Thanks in advance,Pat

Hi!Wondering if anyone else has encountered this bug. All my apps are up to date, and as far as I know I've succesfully uninstalled/removed all older versions but they still show on the Creative Cloud dashboard /In my case After Effects and Acrobat X). I can't open the old apps or uninstall from the dropdown menu, and I can't seem to find them anywhere else on my computer. Anyone know how to get rid of these? Just don't want any old versions cluttering up my computer.

Hi! Thanks for sharing this guide! I was able to locate the product that I have purchased, however, I was not able to download the file. My latest computer does not have a DVD drive, so I need the file to reinstall the software I purchased. What am I doing wrong? 

I had a pre-existing account I used with Adobe Spark. Now that account is licensed for Creative Cloud, but Spark is still showing the paid upgrade. Is there a way to connect the license to Spark? Do I have to contact Adobe to manually upgrade?

Hello everybody! So... i have purchased Adobe Photoshop from Adobe and i have installed creative cloud and when i try to install photoshop it stops and 8% and delivers me the message: „Retry”. How can i fix this?

I am a 0 on computers, so am I screwed?I can't afford a new computer, so I bought a refurb Dell 3050 SFF i5-7500 8g DDR4 Ram HD630 Intel Graphics and asked the seller, a refurb retailer if this system was good enough, of course he told me plenty enough for what need ....what do I know one way or another?  Everything seemed fine until I added Plugins, at first I noticed one plugin was inititating and operating like it had but now without applying the changes I adjusted.
