I have Acrobat X pro on my old computer and when I try on the new it will not be activated because of the old one.On the old one I have uninstalled Acrobat so I can't inaktivate it.How can I solve this problem? I don't want to buy a new version.

Hello!In the install procedure I was asked to activate CS6. I have the CD and serial number. Bought this educational licence via the college where I was formerly a teacher. But I can no longer log in with the expired mail address.I have 2 other Adobe accounts, made in later years for other Adobe products.  But I can't see there the CS6-purchase data of course.So my first question is: how can I re-activate CS6?And second, eventually: exists an european telephone number for customer support? I live in the Netherlands, but see only US-numbers like (800) 685-3644.I 'm grateful for helping answers!

In order to perform a recurring modification required by my nVidia Control Panel, I must turn off "AcrobatNotificationClient.exe".  I cannot find this running program to turn it off.  I have looked in the Task Manager under Processes and Services, I have also looked using msconfig and do not see it anywhere. The only solution I have found it to uninstall Acrobat, make the updates to the nVidia cards, then reinstall - which is a real pain. Any and all advise appreciated. 

Hi, ich hätte mal eine Frage und zwar ob man Die Schüler, Studenten und Lehrer Version der Adobe Creative Cloude auf mehreren Geräten nutzen kann denn ich bräuchte die cloude für die Schule und zu Hause denn ich habe einen Mobilen Laptop der aber nicht Leistungsstark genug ist um mit jedem Programm zu arbeiten und ich habe noch einen Desktop Rechner zu Hause stehen mit dem ich alles andere machen kann. Meine Frage: Kann ich die Programme auf beiden Geräten benutzen indem ich mich auf dem Laptop auslogge wenn ich auf dem Pc arbeite und umgekehrt aber ohne die Programme löschen zu müssen?Danke für die Antwort schon mal im Voraus.

Have attempted to install PS Elements 13 from brand new disc. (Windows)Installation works so far as it is on the PC and will run if I bypass the connection request, but how long is it going to do that for before it blocks me from using the program?  IT asks repeatedly whilst the program is running too.  Have manually registered the serial number on my Adobe account and it is showing as verified.But each time I open up the Elements editor it tells me to register and then comes up with an error messages telling me that it cant complete the process as I am not connected to the internet.Obviously I DO have internet connection, as I am signed into Adobe account, internet web browser etc.  so what is the problem and is there a work around?NB -same issue occurring on the Premier Elements 13 program as well.

Hallo, ich kann meine CS6 nicht mehr neu aktivieren, auch kein Anforderungscode generieren usw., weil scheinbar nicht online(!?). Bei Seriennnummer aktivieren heisst es dann entweder die Seriennummer konnte nicht gefunden werden oder ich hätte schon die Anzahl Geräte erreicht, was nicht stimmt. Hab schon alles Mögliche probiert und es funktioniert definitiv nicht. Kann mir in dieser Sache jemand helfen? Gerne möchte ich meine erworbene CS6 weiterhin benutzen können. Da der MacBook Pro auf dem momentan eine funktionierende Version installiert, zu langsam geworden ist, habe ich die Software auf einem Macmini 2018 installiert (Mojave). Nun aber klappt es nicht mit der Registrierung/Aktivierung. 

i have a licenced copy of adobe suite cs3...i had a system format..n had to reinstall my software..after entering a serial no..m asked for an authorization code...n while activating through telephone nos..they are replying that the no is invalid..how can i activate my software..plz guide...

My iMac can only be updated to Big Sur. Can anyone help with a direct download link for Premiere Pro 2023 that is compatible with Big Sur. 

Hi guys, I just updated all app in my Photography Plan, Photoshop included.Adobe app says I should have v26.6 but when I enter in Photoshop and go to Help -> System Info I get this:"Adobe Photoshop Version: 22.2.0 20210202.r.183 2021/02/02: a176e5849fa x64"Why this? Everything else seems to be working fine, so I can't really wrap my head around this.Already manually checked for updates, but nothing. Could you please help?Thanks,Claudia

Hi everyone,I'm running macOS 15.4.1 and recently moved all my Adobe Creative Cloud apps from the internal hard drive to an external SSD (APFS formatted) to free up space on my Mac.The issue:Since moving the apps, I can’t update them through Creative Cloud, nor can I launch them directly. I’ve correctly set the install location in the Creative Cloud Desktop app to the external SSD, but the apps are still not recognized or updated.Trying to install apps directly to the external drive also doesn’t work – Creative Cloud refuses to install them there.Has anyone found a solution or reliable workaround for running and updating Adobe apps from an external SSD?Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried multiple times to install InDesign. Yet every time my Creative Cloud bar opens, it asks me to enter my mobile number. My mobile number is already entered in my account info.It simply refuses to let me skip this section, despite having a skip button.I have input my number many times, using standard format (07764 etc) and international format (+44 7764 etc), played around with spacing etc. It constantly tells me the number is invalid, and, as above, won't let me skip this step.Any ideas? I'm getting increasingly angry about this.

Hi there, I've recently purchased the PSE 2025 upgrade for my 2019 version.  When I attempted to download it a message came telling my installer is corrupted.  I have tried to download CC but it will not launch. After reading many of the past posts here and elsewhere. I did all the suggested fixes with no luck.   I've removed all Adobe programs, cleaned, restarted, turned off firewalls, and still can't install CC.  Am very frustrated as I have no access to any PSE program now. If there are any more thoughts out there on resolving this, it would be much appreaciated. Vicki

Error 160 during installation of Adobe Photoshop at the very end of installation. I can't figure out what rights and what registry branch to give them to. Greetings. Through the virus, I had to remove all Creative Cloud products from my laptop. I used the tools offered by Adobe on the official website to delete. But I can't install Photoshop again, Creative Cloud and Lightroom. I ask for help with this

For the last week now I have been trying to download the Photoshop Creative Cloud trial for my MacBook Air and every time I try to download it, it stops at 8%. Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know what to do to fix this?Thanks in advance!

When I try to open my app Photoshop Elements 12, I get the message “Signing in with Adobe ID and registering Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 is required within 7 days otherwise it will stop working”. So I click on “Sign In Now”,  I enter my email to sign in, I am asked to enter the last 4 digits of my phone. I do that, I get a password on my phone, I use that, I get the message that the sign in was successful and that I can return to my application and when I return to Photoshop elements 12, I get again the same message: Signing in with Adobe ID and registering Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 is required within 7 days otherwise it will stop working.

photoshop and premiere 10 in windows 11 24H2 home Crashing My Laptop every time I try to install these programs using my dvd drive and then have to reset my lapto p on my brand new MSI 15  B13VE Nvidia RTX 4050 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13420H, it happens during restarting my laptop why? Hi there,  I upraded my computer (Win 10) and want to continue using my Creative Suite 6.Unfortunately, I can't activate, as the installation tool tells me that the key is already used on the maximum number of devices. There is not a single activated product in my account, everything deactivated. Even the drive Adobe is installed on is the same as before. Is there anything I can do?
