Download & Install

So, I have been trying to install Premiere Pro on my MacBook Pro for my school job. It tells me to download a file to access this multi-colored page, where it asks to put in a system password to continue the installation. The thing is, I have no clue what that password is. I typed in my password for the iCloud ID, I used the password I used for my Adobe account, and I have tried everything and nothing. I didn't get an email or message on what that password is, so how am I supposed to continue the installation? So how am I supposed to get past that part to download this for school?

I thought I'd give the CC a trial, I quite like the idea of Lightroom and Photoshop in one place, downloaded the CC app and installed both Lightroom and PS. PS works fine but LR will not load at all through the app or via the start menu.I've tried running LR via administrator option but still wont load.I have limited time with PC due to work commitments and I've had the 7 day trial running a few days now, I'd like to see how well LR works before committing to purchasing it or paying a sub for it.Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe has become really shameless now. I've already subscribed to the Photography Plan (20GB), but they won't let me use it and keep pushing me to subscribe to a higher-tier version or subscribe to Photoshop separately. Adobe is getting worse and worse!

Hello, I keep getting an error code saying that I can't download any of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps onto my PC even though I have checked and met all of the system requirements to run them and download them. Below I have included screenshots of my pc specs, my storage and my monitor specs.

I've purchased a brand new desktop and need to install and use Illustrator and Photoshop. I am hesitant because Creative Cloud has slowed down two previous computers of mine to almost a hault. Adobe seems to have no solution to this or even acknowledge it being an issue. However, I've heard others having similar issues. I'm wondering how I can download Illustrator and Photoshop wihout downloading Creative Cloud. Is this possible? I'd also like to work offline when using the programs, and Adobe has told me I need to do that using Task Manager and turning off my internet all together? That seems odd to me. Can anyone give some direction on how to install ONLY Ilustrator and working offline with it.

Wish these suggestions worked. Tried them all. Fresh install of Win 11 24h2 on two different machines a both have this error. Installer file is in my account is PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64

I purchased the upgrade for Adobe Photoshop Elements/Premier Elements 2025 over the weekend. The downloads are not showing up in my account nor are the serial numbers. They did not arrive via email, either. I have an email that said I paid, so where are my software and serial numbers???

I have been trying to install Lightroom Classic onto a second computer but it says I don't meet the minimum requirements when I very clearly do (it doesn't say what requirements I am not meeting either). I have a Ryzen 5 5500, RTX 2060, and 16GB of RAM. I'm running Windows 10 22H2, I have over 250GB of space free, and a 1440p display, all of which meet or exceed the minimums listed on the system requirements page. I only have one other computer where any Adobe apps are installed so there should be no reason why I can't add it to this one as well.

I subscribed to Lightroom Premium about 2 months ago via Google Playstore.But recently when I was using Lightroom Premium I got popups ' Duplicate Purchase - This subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different Adobe ID '. Or when I tried to restore purchase, I got something like "No purchase in my account".From other posts in community, I think I log in with the wrong Adobe ID. But I don't think I got other account, could anybody help me to find it out or fix this problem? Btw, I even tried to log in with my google account, and it doesn't work, still got the same problem.

We're going to have a hurricane. Which means we won't have access to wifi for probably a week. I've noticed if I'm not tethered online, the adobe programs simply won't open. What can I do beforehand so this doesn't happen?

Wow--I can't believe it's impossible to find the price of Adobe Media Encoder anywhere on your website!  I already have the Photography membership to CC; I want to add AME but I can't find the price.  Do I have to upgrade to $50 a month?  $20? Before I buy it--or sign up for more CC--what I really need to know is what the new version will do for me.  I have the CS6 version, and it works fine for the occasional 3-minute rock video I post on YouTube.  Will CC 2015 make it look better?  The old version is fast enough; I'm just wondering if I should upgrade for quality reasons.Thanks, anybody who can chip in here.

I have had and using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and have the license number which is good through 12/31/2026. A few days ago when I tried to open it kept wanting me to sign in, which I did then it asked for the serial number which I provided then the screen goes right back to sign in. I signed into the adobe website and it lists my product and serial number showing purchased date and expiration date. I already went through comments and uninstalled and re-installed, still having the same issues.

Hi! I am in trial mode and am trying to download and install the lightroomcc. When I click on the "send me the link" blue button it takes me to my email where I am prompted to send an email to myself with the link. I click the link and it takes me back to the original page to have the link sent. I have trial clearing cookies. Help!

After installing After Effects via Creative Cloud, I noticed that several files and folders from my desktop completely disappeared. This was extremely concerning, and I immediately started troubleshooting.I contacted both Apple and Adobe support to get to the bottom of the issue. Apple was helpful in ruling out any system-level problems, but unfortunately, Adobe’s support team didn’t provide any useful guidance. They seemed dismissive of the issue and didn’t explain how the installation process or Creative Cloud’s syncing features might have triggered the removal of files from my desktop.I’m particularly concerned about how Creative Cloud might have linked to my desktop during the install process, potentially syncing or overriding files, leading to this data loss. Has anyone else encountered files disappearing after an Adobe product installation, or had issues with desktop syncing

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, it was just a thought/suggestion I had...I've subscribed on and off to the full Creative Cloud plan, but it's a bit expensive for me as I only end up using three programs the most. I like the idea of the Photography plan but it isn't suited for me because I need Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for the most part. Why aren't there more plan options like this so your plan can be more tailored to which programs you use? A plan with these three apps would make a good graphic design package, in my opinion. There could be other options for web design, digital artists, all the different types of people who use Adobe software. A customizable package in which you choose 3-5 programs/features and your subscription rate is adjusted based on what you have selected would be even better! I installed Premiere Elements 2025 by mistake . I meant to install Photoshop Elements 2025. How can I uninstall Premiere Elemets and Install Photoshop Elements 2025 instead? 

I'm one of the many trying to cancel my subscription. There was no indicatin that there was an exit fee, and now Adobe want to charge me. I never seem to get through and no one called me back. I'm not going to do this repeatedly. It's also difficult to dtermine what the actual costs are until they turn up again.I have a lot of students and for my purposes I'll be switching to Avid and Da Vinci, better systems in my opinion, and better service. I pay monthly nd the inability to cancel in a fre society is an infrinngement on my civil liberties and is just plain gouging. What about some service Adobe; - you won't have so many video tutorials savaging your reputation on soical media.Yours,extremley disappointed.
