tengo  photoshop original y no puedo instalar , pues perdi los numeros de serie,  como recuperarlos ??

I'm attempting to install under the trial, but after installing CC desktop app, I continually get the "cannot connect to servers" error message. I've checked firewall settings, .host files, used the adobe cleaner and repair tool, and even created a new admin user, nothing seems to work. I kind of need it to work, so is there any kind of solution for this issue?

Is there any way to speak with a billing support representative that has a good command of the English language? 

 ive been dealing with an issue for almost 2 weeks now. I got your plan and wanted to install after effects and photoshop. Turnes out i cant because the website claims that i dont have a good enough processor to download those two apps. Im working on AMD Ryzen 5 2600 and after making some research im pretty sure i should be able to use those two apps. I searched everywhere for the answer but there isnt any helpful information about that issue. I also couldnt reach any customer service so im reaching out here as my last hope to fix the bug or at least get an answer.  

How do I delete this ???? I already used Creative Cloud Cleaner but didn't work. I want to delete the folder AdobeSync.

Hi. I've had the same 118 issue for at least a month. Today I opened Bitdefender and disabled the Firewall. After I did that both Creative Cloud updated and then Photoshop. After that I enab,ed the Firewall again. 

Hallo, ich habe auf meinem Laptop Probleme bei der Installation von PSE 2020 sowie bei der alterantiven Nutzung von PSE 2024. zu PSE2020:Die Installation bricht kurz nach dem Start von der lokalen Festplatte mit dem Hinweis "Browser" aktualiseren (vgl. ScreenShots) ab. zu PSE2024Die Installation läuft zwar durch, jedoch beim Start von PSE2024 soll ich mich mit meinem Adobe-Konto anmelden und bei diesem versuch wird auch dort "Browser aktualisieren" angezeigt. Ich nutze Win 10 22H2 auf einem I7-7700 Laptop. ScreenShots sollten anhängen. Nachdem PSE2024 auf meinem Desktop (Win10-22H2 - I9-9900KQ) ordentlich ohne Probleme läuft, gehe von einer Fehleinstellung auf meinem Laptop aus. Auf beiden läuft zusätzlich noch der Adobe-Reader. Sonst keine weitere Adobe-Software. Ich wäre über Hilfe sehr dankbar.

When I try to link my account the message back states: "Vendor notified us that your account is not eligible for this product. Please try create a new account or use another account."I really don't want to lose everything I already have by canceling then creating a new account. I have Photoshop CS6. When I try to open it on the computer it hassles me about the "trial" part missing even though it is a full product downloaded from a disc. I can't use it on my computer even after reinstalling it because it says I need to deactivate the program on other machines. It won't accept my serial number. (By the way, the program has worked on this very same computer before it started to give me problems concerning license) I have system restored over and over and still no luck. I have no access to those old laptops that have the Photoshop product because they died. I go on here on Adobe ID, click on "Plans & Products", go down to registered products, and it says "You have no registered products." When I type in the serial key it tells me that the serial key has already been registered but it's not even listed or recognized as such under the products category. I use two Adobe accounts: my Adobe Creative Cloud account and a second Adobe Workfront account. Every time I log into the Workfront account, it logs me out everywhere, including Adobe Creative Cloud. The same happens when I log into my Creative Cloud account; it logs me out of everything, including Workfront. How can I avoid this? How can I stay logged into Workfront with my work account and into Creative Cloud with my personal account? Thanks

In installing Adobe XI Pro this error message was received "error 1920 service print spooler failed to start verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services". What does this mean and how can I get this installed?

I am trying to reinstall elements 2022 on my windows 10 computer. I keep getting the error message 183. I have tried all Adobe solutions, without result.Looking for a solution, it appears that many people with older versions have this problem.I have now installed the trail version of Elements 2025. It works fine right away. Is there possibly a (deliberate?) error in the older elements versions so that we have to buy the 3-year license for Elements 2025?

So, I have been trying to install Premiere Pro on my MacBook Pro for my school job. It tells me to download a file to access this multi-colored page, where it asks to put in a system password to continue the installation. The thing is, I have no clue what that password is. I typed in my password for the iCloud ID, I used the password I used for my Adobe account, and I have tried everything and nothing. I didn't get an email or message on what that password is, so how am I supposed to continue the installation? So how am I supposed to get past that part to download this for school?

Hola, tengo problemas al instalar Photoshop en el ordenador, en creative cloud en el apartado de aplicaciones me sale el mensaje que no tengo permiso para controlar las aplicaciones y no me deja instalar ni Photoshop ni Lightroom, ayuda 

I thought I'd give the CC a trial, I quite like the idea of Lightroom and Photoshop in one place, downloaded the CC app and installed both Lightroom and PS. PS works fine but LR will not load at all through the app or via the start menu.I've tried running LR via administrator option but still wont load.I have limited time with PC due to work commitments and I've had the 7 day trial running a few days now, I'd like to see how well LR works before committing to purchasing it or paying a sub for it.Any help would be appreciated.

Adobe has become really shameless now. I've already subscribed to the Photography Plan (20GB), but they won't let me use it and keep pushing me to subscribe to a higher-tier version or subscribe to Photoshop separately. Adobe is getting worse and worse!

Hello, I keep getting an error code saying that I can't download any of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps onto my PC even though I have checked and met all of the system requirements to run them and download them. Below I have included screenshots of my pc specs, my storage and my monitor specs.

I've purchased a brand new desktop and need to install and use Illustrator and Photoshop. I am hesitant because Creative Cloud has slowed down two previous computers of mine to almost a hault. Adobe seems to have no solution to this or even acknowledge it being an issue. However, I've heard others having similar issues. I'm wondering how I can download Illustrator and Photoshop wihout downloading Creative Cloud. Is this possible? I'd also like to work offline when using the programs, and Adobe has told me I need to do that using Task Manager and turning off my internet all together? That seems odd to me. Can anyone give some direction on how to install ONLY Ilustrator and working offline with it.

Wish these suggestions worked. Tried them all. Fresh install of Win 11 24h2 on two different machines a both have this error. Installer file is in my account is PhotoshopElements_2022_LS30_win64
