Download & Install

Awhile back, I got this pop-up on my mac laptopThe apps themselves still worked, so I wasn't terribly concerned, but the popup is annoying. So today, I start investigating fixing it. HOWEVER...for some strange reason, the log-in screens for software download installs don't accept my Adobe log-in credentials. I log into the Adobe site using an email address. Can change the password easily. Have the adobe authenticator working as intended. But my NAME is in the login block on the software activation block. (I've deleted most of my name as that seems prudent.)This login screen won't accept the adobe password associated with my email address, and changing my name to the email address renders the same "uh-uh" result. I did find that in 2021, I connected my Adobe and Apple accounts, and the Apple stuff comes up with my name. So I disconnected the two accounts. Sadly, no joy. I'm in a predicament that I can't easily control a plotter from my Mac work station with the latest Adobe suite. The plotter is 3 floors below and for years I've used a Windows rip server to print and cut with plotter software. Rip server was not online so older system's security is not an issue. My Windows system finally died and a easy way to control the plotter would be to use one of my older laptops with illustrator. I have version cs5 that I've installed from my last dvd version, but it is Illustrator version 15 and I need to do the update in order to make it version 16 which is what the plotter software requires. I've contacted Adobe and they sent a link that let me download my previous registered version, but it's the same as the dvd and only instals version 15. I did see a post that shows how to update to version 15.1 through web archives, but nothing about version 16. I'm semi retired and don't see the benefit to invest several thousand dollars to build an up to date syst

Hello! I recently attempted to repair the microsoft visual C++ redistributable on my brand new microsoft surface pro 2-in-1 ... because I was all of a sudden unable to get into my adobe creative cloud. I do have my old microsoft surface that isn't Windows 11 compatible... I have my adobe apps on there (thankfully) as the main one I use isn't available for my new laptop yet (yikes!)... Anyways-- when i attempted to repair this microsoft visual C++, I got a pop up saying..."one or more issue caused setup to fail. Please fix issues" with a link to the log file. It also notes 'the parameter is incorrect with code 0x80070057'. I could google it, but... this seems to be where I'm directed. Makes sense! I'm not familiar with using forums though...  Thanks for any help!C

Al abrir Creative Cloud, se ha iniciado una actualizacion, y me ha dado el error 214.He desinstalado Creative Cloud y he intentado volver a instalarlo. pero me vuelve a dar el error 214.En este estado no puedo actualizar mis aplicaciones de escritorio. Alguna solucion? Gracias

I have a CD with Dreamweaver CS5.  My computer died and I installed it on a new one.  However, it says I can't activate it because it is already in use on two computers.  I no longer have those computers.  I also don't know what account it was registered under (I used to have a business that I closed 5 years ago) and I tried 2 old business accounts and its not there either.  Support was unable to help me or to even tell me what account it is registered under.  Any ideas how to deactivate it from those two old machines without the machine or account?

Hello!I have a photo subscription.This includes Photoshop Desktop. But I cant install Photoshop Desktop.It is not offered for download/installation at all. I'm running MacOS 15.7.1 I've already run the Cleaner Tool and reinstalled the creative cloud app, but I still can't install Photoshop Desktop. I ask for support.Thank you in advance!

I've just received an email from Adobe (storemanager@adobe.com) that my subscription is almost ending and that I need  to update my creditcard data to continue my membership, but I've never received this before. I presume that is a phishing mail? I've attached a partly screen shot in Dutch. Thanks in advance. 

I need Photoshop beta

We bought and downloaded the non-subscription version of Acrobat Pro 2024.  We have been unable to activate it and NO help from the support chat teams.  Worse, they tried to upsell us!  We really just need to get this activated.  Apparently it's a one-time activation, but nobody at Adobe has been able to figure it out.  Although it shows we bought it last month in our invoices, it doesn't show in our products.  Has anyone been able to activiate this product (again, this is the download with 3-year term product)? Thank you...p.s., helping my 85 year old dad with getting this done and it's VERY frustrating.

My laptop has Illustrator and Photoshop versions 2023, 2024, and 2025. I didn't delete the 2023-2024 versions from the C drive. Suddenly, one day, 2023 and 2024 disappeared, leaving only 2025. Why?

Have been trying to download Creative Cloud for hours now, and no matter what I do I end up with error 206, unable to connect to adobe servers. I have tried seemingly every fix, from disabling firewalls to the creative cloud cleaner tool, and nothing has worked for me at all. I have tried just about everything. 

Hi Adobe I have Acrobat X Standard with a valid license for two PCs. I can see my product on my Adobe account, but I cannot manage my active devices. My old PC and laptop are broken, so I have no way to uninstall Adobe from them. Can you help me gain access to the active devices so I can remove them and install the software on my new laptop? I am attempting to install the Creative Cloud Desktop add I signed up for today on a MacBook Air. The installer launches, then pops up a window that says it's opening a new window in my browser to log in. Once logged in, it returns to the creative cloud screen, where it tells me again, it's opening a new browser window for me to log in. That new window pops up to tell me I'm all signed in, and then returns to the Creative Cloud window to start that loop for 3+ cycles until the Creative Cloud window tells me about a problem contacting the Adobe servers. Tech support didn't solve me issue, they just told me to turn off my firewall, which I did, and I'm still here. On my 4th try downloading the Creative Cloud installer, even repaired, and uninstalled it. My MacBook Air is an M1, so I don't know if that helps. I'm not an IT genius, so just need someone to help me get this working.

I am running LR v14.2 and do not see any way to update to the newest version even though v15.0 has been out for nearly a week. Any help would be appreciated. J. Smithe

My account is based in South Korea but I would like the language of the marketing and account emails to be English. I raised this issue with support but was simply told that it's not possible and cutoff from the chat. Is this really the answer?

I have installed Creative Cloud (Windows 10) for half a year and never got a problem in updating Apps.
