Download & Install

Hi. I was trying to remove the Adobe Creative Cloud apps, but didn’t know there was a particular way to do it (I am new to all of this stuff). I moved it to the trash on my macbook, but for some reason I took just the Creative Cloud out of the trash and accidentally placed it onto my desktop. I have been following the steps to properly uninstall it now (even reinstalling the apps and such) but nothing is working. If I try to just move the Creative Cloud app to the trash, it says the app has to be downloaded, but I haven’t been given an option to download the app. I have used the cleaner tool and everything, but literally nothing is working. The last message I received was “uninstallation of Creative Cloud completed with errors.” My cleaner tool now says that there is no session to delete so I can’t clean anything else. There are no files in my “Adobe Installers” file in the Utilities folder in Applications. I am stumped. Please send help!

My Creative Cloud app suddenly decided to not recognize most of my installed apps, meaning I can't update them cause there's no other way than from the CC app. As you can see down here, the lists don't match (I installed Ai 2025 before taking the screenshot, and I know the CC app won't appear in its own panel): Considering I'm paying for this, not being able to use the latest version simply because the app manager doesn't feel like letting me, it's very insulting. I'll like to add, I literally didn't make any kind of change or modification. One day I just noticed some apps not updating and, when I looked into the manager, this is what I found.

Hi! My CPU is not compatible with AVX2, a requirement of the latest Photoshop. I need to download a previous version (v21 or v22) but it is not available through Creative Cloud. I have been told by adobe help to post the question here. Thanks in advance! 

I have  Adobe Acrobat Standard 2017 with a serial number. Previous laptop is recycled and now I need to install it on a new pc running same platform, Windows 11. After I installed it on my new computer the login/activation screen appears and says that i reached maximum computers and that i need to deactivate the other computer. The other computer is uninstalled already and I cant see any computers activated at all. Can somebody please help me. Ive talked to Adobe support and the said to raise a ticket here. 

I'm running a Mac mini M4 with 64GB RAM one terabyte hard drive, and v27.7 fails to install, it reaches 88% and then fails.I have no other versions of Photoshop, including beta version installed

Hello everyone,we are a company using several single-user licenses of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020.Unfortunately, a former employee apparently did not maintain our license and inventory records properly.We currently still have two original single-user licenses, including the original packaging and valid serial numbers. However, we no longer know which Adobe accounts or login credentials were originally used to activate these licenses. As a result, we are currently unable to use them, even though we still need them.Therefore, our questions are:How can we find out which Adobe account the respective serial numbers are linked to?Or who can we contact to reset the associated login credentials or transfer the licenses to a new company account?Thank you in advance for your support.

Não realizamos trocas frequentes de dispositivo, logins em locais diferentes ou desconexões manuais constantes.Mesmo assim, praticamente toda semana ocorre um problema de autenticação que acaba exigindo alteração de senha da conta para conseguirmos acessar novamente os aplicativos.O problema não é apenas o logout da conta, mas sim a necessidade recorrente de redefinir a senha para restabelecer o acesso.Com isso gostaríamos de entender: O que pode estar causando essas redefinições frequentes de senha; Se existe algum bloqueio, conflito de autenticação ou comportamento suspeito sendo detectado na conta; E quais procedimentos recomendam para estabilizar o acesso nos dispositivos utilizados pela empresa. I recently installed windows 11 on my PC and went to redownload photoshop but after the file would download it would just disappear. I tried clearing the cache, using the cleaner tool, and some code thing from like 12 years ago but that wouldn’t work. I also borrowed a friends laptop and tried downloading it there but I got the error 14002

 I can't use ‘remove’ I got the popup showing ‘Required components are being downloaded. Check back later to use the feature once the download is complete.’ on PS then reinstalling it but then it won't complete and stuck to 70% of installation

:Não consigo mudar o local de instalação. Já mudei no preferences, e mesmo assim segue instalando no local defautl. Meu disco C está ficando cheio, comprei um novo "D" e quero instalar tudo lá. Alguém pode ajudar ? Grato

Maybe by removing the 20GB storage and only allow local storage?I live in Denmark, where 25% is added in tax so it become almost $29 a month for the cheapest option with 20GB. Not everyone is rich in Denmark and as a hobbyist it is quit a lot.

In addition to running Prem Elem 2018 on ONE older laptop (“Huawei2018”), I installed the program on a new Lenovo laptop (named “Lenovo2024”) in 2024. That all worked fine until I recently had to completely reinstall Win 11 and replace the motherboard on “Lenovo2024”. But now when I tried to reinstall A.P.E. on that laptop, I get the following error that says “The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer to use this product”.But the message doesn’t give a clue on how to do this. The Adobe webpages don’t seem to show (as least from what I can find) a list of my current activated computers so that I can deactivate one of them.) To be clear, I want to keep “Huawei2018” active, but want to deactivate any other instances of activation on any other computers, thus leaving room to activate the license on my recently rebuilt “Lenovo2024). This shouldn’t be so hard to do!Suggests would be welcome. Thank you!  

Hello.I would like to duplicate my default site and continue to edit it as a new site (create a second site in the portfolio based on my existing site.). For example, I have some clients who I don't want to show the full version of the site. I would like to select just some projects and show them and I would like to use a design based on my existing site.It would be better not to do this from scratch each time.Is it possible?Thanks.

Went to reinstall PSE 2025 to help a user in a FB forum.   I noted there was not a download link to either PSE 2025 or PSE 2026 in my products listed.   All my other versions of PSE (and there are many) are listed and have download links.  In my products page was just a listing of the items included with pse 2026, and pse 2025, no download links.I have done all the usuals: logging out / back in, turn off antivirus, rebooting,  etc…..I was 99.999999% sure you could download pse 2025 from your products page in your adobe account- Has something changed regarding the downloads of pse 2026 or pse 2025?I had to go here, using this link to download PSE 2025:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/using/download-and-install/photoshop-elements-downloads.htmlAm I losing my mind?

I have a license to Design and Web Prem that I bought back in 2013. My activation limit has been reached, but I cannot see/deactivate old computers. I have deactivated in on all my old computes that i have access to.  When I log into my Adobe account it says the programs are not activated on any devices, yet when I contact Adobe Support, they show it’s activated on 4 devices, yet they cannot deactivate any of them.  How can I deactivate my license on all devices so I can start over on my new computer?

I usually work on LRC via a proxy server and I can update without a problem. But when I am away I turn off the proxy setting in my brouser but I still can't get or even see the updates; can anyone help?I am working with version 15.2. Usually I get updates through Adobe Creative Cloud but now that I am non working via the usual proxy server I cant get LRC updated although there is now v15.3Is there something wrong with my settings?

PLEASE HELP ME to delete my registered CS5 on my Adobe profile ! The CS5 never worked on my computer because I never could choose the products name ´´Adobe creative suite 5 Design Standard´´from the drop down menu according to my serial number, which was accepted. That´s why I only got offered a test version, which was only for 30 days and after that, I couldn´t start the test version again.  So I listed the serial number at Adobe to make it work, which never did. And then I gave up on it and would like sell it on ebay  But I need to delete/de-install it on my Adobe profile and this doesn´t work eighter ! ( screenshot attached )  I know, I have to delete/de-install it within the CS5 program but I just updated the operating system on my computer and the CS5 will not even start. So this is not an option.( screenshot attached )  Got anyone any suggestions, how to delete the registered product on my Adobe profile ?  Thank You !  

When I tried to use Acrobat, it appears that Adobe uninstalled the version on my PC and  directed me to a page trying to get me to emter into a subscription for their online version.  How do I get Acrobat back on my computer?
