Hi! I’m having trouble updating my Photoshop. My Creative Cloud desktop app only shows versions up to 22.2, but I need to install Photoshop 2024 (Version 25.x).I am an active subscriber, but the 2024 version is not appearing in the 'Other Versions' menu for me. Could you please check if there is a compatibility block on my account or, if possible, provide me with a direct download link (offline installer) for Photoshop 2024?I want to make sure I can run the latest features, especially the Generative AI tools. I have a CC Photo subscription and installed Photoshop on my laptop after being forced to install CC , which already makes no sense.After a couple of months, CC simply stopped working; the application no longer opens, so I can't update Photoshop."Creative Cloud is starting"... in an infinite loop.Restarting is useless.Uninstalling CC is impossible (it still detects Photoshop and won't let me uninstall CC.Uninstalling Photoshop is impossible; it only does so from CC, which won't start... a total disaster of malfunctioning applications.I'm paying for a poorly made, poorly designed, and poorly functioning service.
How many of you miss Photoshop 24.x version? I bought a new pc and I had it on my previous computer but can’t find it on the roll-back … option. Any of you know how one can access it? Helpdesk was of no use
I have bought Acrobat Professional XI in 2014. I am trying to reinstall this on another machine but it is coming up with the following error. Serial Number The serial number xxxxxxxxxxxxxx is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 3 days to use this product. ◉ Retry activation. I have already deactivated one of my other computers. ○ Provide a different serial number.
Mon Mac mini 2014 s’est planté, je travaillais avec Mojave. Mais mon disque dur est plus récent, 2018. J’ai installé Mac OS 12 Monterey, qui est je crois l’ultime OS compatible. J’aurais besoin de trouver les versions 2023 des apps parce que plus performantes. Apparemment, elles ne sont pas reprises dans les versions précédentes du Creative Cloud. Et j’ai essayé 2025, c’est chaotique. Pouvez-vous m’aider, Philippe.

Nach dem update von Windows 10 zu Windows 11 wollte ich die Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium neu installieren. Bereits zuvor habe ich auf den Windows 10 System die Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium deaktiviert. Im meinem Adobe Account war keine Aktivierung hinterlegt und ich habe die Intstallationsdateien direkt aus dem Account heruntergeladen. Die Installation und die Eingabe der Seriennummer gestaltete sich problemlos. Leider lässt sich die Software nicht aktivieren. Folgender Screen erscheint:Der Adobe Support konnte mir telefonische nicht weiterhelfen und verwies mich an das Adobe Community Forum. Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?
Hello,I have a legitimate license for Adobe CS5.5 Design Premium and still have my serial number.One of my computers crashed, and after reinstalling on a replacement system I can no longer activate the software.Unfortunately, activation is no longer possible because the activation servers have been shut down.Could a Product Expert please confirm whether there is an official non-activation installer or any supported method for licensed users to install and use this version today?System info:– OS: Windows 11 Pro– Version: CS5.5 Design Premium– Activation error: "Activation limit has been reached." I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, new in its original sealed box. I was able to install it; but when I try to register my serial number, I get a message stating that my serial number is invalid. How do I fix this?

Trying to install my CS6 Master Collection on my new PC, I am being promoted to deactivate older devises, to activate it. On the Adobe Active Devises page, none are listed so I can’t deactivate old devises. Support can’t help ans suggested I come here. How do I remove these old devises?
I am encountering an issue when launching Adobe Photoshop from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop application. Greetings, We’re trying to install new Elements on Win 11 PRO machine but have issue.First after downloading the .exe it said it was corrupt so we went and downloaded it on other PC.After doing that we were was able to start the installer, was prompted for admin info but got “Sign in Error”. How can I see which computers (computer name) Creative Cloud is installed on?
I recognize this to be an unusual request, but here goes:I have a licensed copy of CS5 on a Windows 10 PCI just bought a new Windows 11 PC as 10 will soon be non-supportedI spent an hour or so online with an Adobe Chat rep on Friday, who very expertly and helpfully loaded the CS5 install packet onto my new machine, and also helped me find the full (24-digit) Serial Key for my existing CS5Unfortunately upon installation execution, we hit a roadblock because apparently my CS5 license was an upgrade license, and (of course) the CS5 install process is expecting to see my previous Photoshop instance (probably Photoshop Elements) on my new PC.So now I'm in a Catch-22... I have a legal, legitimate CS5 license. I have a new PC to install it on. I just don't have the previous version of Photoshop to complete the installation. (and unfortunately the Adobe rep told me they don't have an available, non-upgrade CS5 Serial Key.) Bottom Line: Just
앱 설치를 하면 위와 같은 보안 알림이 떠서 비밀번호를 올바르게 입력하고 1분 정도 기다리면 똑같은 알림이 다시 뜹니다.(비밀번호 틀리지 않았어요. 일부러 틀리게 입력해보니까 알림창이 흔들거리면서 즉시 다시 입력할 수 있도록 되더라고요.) 또 다시 비밀번호 입력하고 기다리면 반응이 없습니다. 다시 Creative cloud 보니까 이렇게 설치가 취소된 모습입니다.별도 오류코드나 이런것도 안뜨고 반응이 없어서 어떻게 조치해야 할지 모르겠습니다. +참고로 다른 앱들은 잘 설치해서 쓰고 있습니다. 저장공간도 넉넉하게 있습니다. 현재 Creative Cloud 앱 업데이트도 시도했는데 동일하게 <비밀번호입력 → 무반응 → 설치취소> 반복이네요.
I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud on my iMac Big Sur but it doesn’t work: error 81. I saw that I have to access the Activity Monitoring because there is another installation process for Creative Cloud, but I can’t find it. It seems that there is no active Adobe process on my Mac, but I can’t install the Creative Cloud package. Someone could help me? Thanks!

Hi everyone! I upgraded to Apple Tahoe, and now my Adobe Professional 2020, for which I bought a perpetual license, is not accessible. You need to sign-in to your Adobe account as soon as you launch a pdf. Put in the e-mail and password, and Adobe quits. I can sign in to my Adobe account on Chrome, no problem. It seems Adobe is not upgrading to Taho for my Adobe Professional 2020, for which I bought a perpetual license.

I have Creative Suite 6 that I have reinstalled on a new (Windows 10) computer. After launching the Adobe Application Manager, there are a number of updates needed. The only required update is the one for AAM itself. Unfortunately, after installing this update, I ended up with a bunch of Creative Cloud software installed offering me free trials, etc. I'm not interested in any CC items nor do I want any CC software on my computer.I have been able to successfully locate, download, and install all but four of the required updates. I'm hoping that someone can provide direct links to the Windows versions of these updates. Hi, I’m having two issues, which might be affecting each other, but idk I’m unable to uninstall certain Adobe apps. Other apps uninstallation worked normally, but for a few, they just can’t be uninstalled and they are still working. It is Adobe Photoshop 2024, Photoshop Beta a Animate 2023. I’v tried it uninstalling them through settings and control panel, always redirected into Creative Cloud Desktop, where I confirned it (tried it with keep and remove option), it shows as unintalling 1% and finishing in matter of like 2 seconds. What really intirates me is the Photoshop Beta. When I want to open for example png through Open WIth, there is only the Photoshop Beta option (from Photoshops) and if I even open it through different app and find the new Photoshop in my PC, it still opens it self through Photoshop Beta. Also the Photoshop Beta already set itself for the second time to be the primarely app for opening psd. I really want to delete it from my computer as soon as possible. But f
Hello,I’m having an activation/licensing issue with Adobe Photoshop CS6 on Windows.Summary On 02-Feb-2026, Photoshop CS6 suddenly displayed a message that a trial period had started, although I have had an active perpetual CS6 license since 19-Oct-2023. That CS6 perpetual license was provided by Adobe Support as compensation after the deactivation/end of my CS5 perpetual license. Now, when I try to reinstall/activate CS6, the installer rejects my serial number with: “The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again.
