I asked my university to change my name from the systems and that meant my institutional email too, the problem is I had already logged into Adobe with the email that had my old first name to get a Creative Cloud plan, and now I'm trying to get back into that account but I can't receive any authentication emails from it because the old email just doesn't exists anymore.Is there a way to fix this from here or do I just go and talk to my university?

I downloaded the latest Photoshop version 26.10 but failed to launch it with "The procedure entry point SetThreadDescription couldn't be located in the dynamic link library c:\....\Photoshop.exe". Have updated "Creative Cloud" to the latest and have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop coupld of time, same errors.  I am running on Windows Server 2016 DataCenter.  Please help.

Just recently, my adobe student plan licensed got revoked by my previous schools administrator from the adobe student plan. But I found out the credit card I was using is still being charged 37 dollars. When I sign in, there's no way I can a plan cause there was no plan available.

I’m trying to disable the mail feature in Adobe Reader, specifically the option that allows sending links to the PDF in an email. 

Greetings Adobe Community, on a users new PC with installed Adobe Reader and logged in Adobe Account, the Pro Features won't be installed. I just get something like "Unknown Error. We repeat the installation in the background", sorry if it's not the exact wording, the Adobe Reader is in german and the user unfortunately already left for today.We were giving the Adobe Reader approximately 20 hours over three days to try to install the Pro Features, but we still get the error message. What I've tried so far:- Reboot PC- Repair Installation- Uninstall per AcroCleaner > Also cleaned all folders that I could find- Relog the User Account- Switch to old view> I saw a community post from the start of 2024 where the user had an "Install Pro Features" Button under "Help" in the old view, but my user dont seem to have it.- Run Adobe Diagnostics and sent the information to them- Checked Eventlog but there was nothing that could might fit Do you guys know a way to either fix th

My personal account mazuba@gmail.com was used to host the organisation VIP account. Then we asked that we would rather we use an organisation email address mazuba.mwiinga@marysmeals.org We were told the personal account was removed. Now i have discovered that there two accounts hosting the VIP account with these two different emails. The problem is that, the apps cant be used after installing them. Now want to delete the personal account.

Hi,Cant install adobe reader on a users PC. keeps failing at 54%. Tried allowing the app through the firewall, tried running as admin. Rebooted the pc. tried several networks but it keeps failing at 54%.  The PC in question is controlled by our company so it has the same firewall policies/GPO's as the rest. The device in question is a Dell latitude 5550. Log from latest installation. all the logs fail with 1636 erorr. Please add the ability to disable trials entirely from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop.We cannot allow users to install trials per policy, but Adobe is pushing use of Creative cloud for deploying so many of the apps that it's basically impossible to manage without it.We need the ability to only show apps which have been pre-appoved for use (that we decide, not that Adobe wishes to advertize)

I was sent an email which stated that my 'Payment has failed' for my creative cloud pro plan, but looking on my adobe account there is no creative cloud pro plan on the website, neither is there any orders or invoices on the account that was sent the email. The only plan I have on that account is adobe express for my school, which is not the creative cloud pro plan and is something I do not have to pay for. Can you check my account for this plan or something, as I have no idea where there is any evidence of me having this plan. If it is possible can you cancel, as I already have the adobe enterprise for schools. There is just no mention of this plan anywhere on my account, no any billing outside of the fact it has already taken money out of my bank account and the email which was sent to me saying tha payment failed due to there being not enough money in the account.

Hi,I have the same issue :I get the error "failed to get proxy for the url, error:12180". I don't know what WPAD Rum is refering to. Any guidance would be appreciated. Oh, I did read the manuals on the Adobe site. 

I have been waiting a month for business licenses which have not been updated on the portal - same story as above I am asking for compensation as its impacting our business.  Move to Nitro would be my advice we will most likely move all our licenses over at next renewal. 

I upgraded from a personal to a business plan a few months ago, primarily because it appeared that the AI assistant tool was included in the business plan.  Today I tried using the AI assistant and I was prompted to upgrade.  Was I mistaken about the information I saw related to the AI assistant?

I bought business licenses for Adobe Pro 1 month ago and they are still not accessable on our portal as shown on the screen shots.  We reduced down our licenses from 1500 to 20 as moved over to Nitro which does the same thing for a much better price.   When we try to assign a license it comes up with no access and that we have no licesnses availble.  The portal does not at all reflect our purchase as seen in the screen shots.  Why is it so hard for Adobe to get this right? I have escalated the issue to Adobe who keep telling me it will take 24 hours to resolve but nothing gets resolved.  We have now asked our reseller for a refund and await this issue to be fixed.  It is impacting multiple people in a billion pound business.   If Adobe ever want us to move back to them they need to sort the support out as its beyond a joke.

Četl jsem vaši konverzaci na tomto vlákně a mám silné podezření, že ty osoby, co tady na chatu vystupují jako zaměstnanci ebo experti Adobu, jsou také jen roboti. Stejné naučené odpovědi, často nesmyslné, které vůbec nereflektují na podstatu vašeho problému. Doporučuji vám u vaší platební karty, ze které se neustále nenažraný Adobe snaží ukrást vaše peníze,  nastavit limit pro platby na internetu na takovou částku, aby platba prostě neproběhla.  Lze to udělat v telefonu přímo ve vaší bankovní aplikaci. Tohle byl mělo fungovat, platba prostě neproběhne, protože limit na vaší kartě to nedovolí. Kartu může nadále používat pro platby v obchodě nebo s ní vybírat hotovost u bankomatu. Thank you. This was very useful. However, there was one unexpected problem, and I would like to know if there is a way around it. I first installed Adobe CC on the C drive, as it must be done. Then, I installed Lightroom on the D drive (like I wanted it to).However, the following program I installed — Dreamweaver — got installed on the C drive! IS this because DW is an older program that cannot be run on a different drive? Is there a way to move it to the D drive?Thank you so much for your attention and participation.JC.

I couldn't seem to find a post on this subject anywhere so I thought I would ask: I have one adobe profile that has captivate 12 attached to it, and another profile that has adobe creative cloud attached to it. When I'm signed into one, I can't open the apps from the other profile... I get a pop up saying I need to start a free trial. It won't let me sign into the apps separately with different profiles.Has anyone else had this issue? Is there no way of merging the profiles?The company I work for has given us all adobe creative cloud access, but we only have 2 captivate licenses. So I'm not sure how merging the accounts may work if that is even an option.

I appreciate the toggle in Acrobat to be able to turn off generative features. But some of us admins need the ability in Admin Console to turn off generative features across any/all apps for our users and prevent them from using them. Those of us who work for organizations like publishing companies may need to do this as a matter of legal compliance, not just disagreements about AI development philosophy. We need to make sure that our editors and designers are not accidentally plaigiarizing or accidentally using content that should remain internal and is not yet approved for publication. Other tech vendors such as Google have given us this ability to manage our users. Adobe, we need this for your products as well. This technology promises great power, but with great power comes great responsibility, as well. Please help us use and manage this technology responsibly.

Hello!I asked my system administrator to grant me the Developer role, but the feature is missing in its admin console. Only two roles exist: user and administrator. I need the developer role to accesso the developer console.Is the Developer role available only for certain plans?
