Can Microsoft Intune application packaging feature Supersedence be used to auto-update organisation's Adobe Creative Cloud suite? If yes, please give steps for both Windows and macOS platforms. If not what other methods may be used to achieve this goal?

We have 1 Creative Cloud Pro license. We have used it for several years with no problem. I have 3 admins who can re-assign it when needed.Since a couple of weeks in the Admin Panel the license appears to be assigned (Total Licenses 1, Used Licenses 1) but in the table below I see no users so I cannot remove the license from the user and I cannot assign it to another user (the button is greyed out).I chatted 2 times with the assistance but the problem is still there. The first time they required 48 hrs to solve and they did not solve.The second time they accidentally deleted one of my users which seemed to have the license assigned, but it did not solve the problem.A the end, at the moment we are not able to use our CC license. Help!!!

Unless I am missing something here are the issues I have with Adobe StorageQuotas - Even though there are quotas set we have users using as much as 400% of their quota space.   Why have a quota if users can simply just exceed that.Admin access to user files.  It is very important that educational organizations can access files of their users. From what I can tell you cannot do this unless it is shared with you or if you sign in as them directly.  We need this as users may save inappropriate content there and the content needs to be monitored.

As title, do we have a usage metrics report where I can see who uses workspace/projects the most and what data they use the most?

Need Option to Disable the GenAI features like Firefly  & Adobe express, ..etc from Enterprise Creative cloud Admin Console.

So, this issue is closed out in other places, but It clearly is not fixed.  I am getting a security alert every few minutes on my Win 10 machine.  If I kill Creative Cloud it goes away, but keeps coming back when it turns itself back on.  I need to use the suite (its how I make money), but I can do without the continuous stream of pop ups that remind me of the Web 20 years ago. Anyone with any insight???Please don't tell me its my machine.  Looking for real answers.... Thanks JKB  

Previoused using Photoshop at work as part of a bussiness license however recently lost access, Account shows no products with a valid lisence.Contacted our Admin team who have said the lisence was definately renewed and paid for and is linked to the account however they've also lost access to the Admin console ( no sure on further details there.) I have a VIP number and account login details but i need support from an actually Adobe person , either via Email or Chat etc ... how do i get the support i need to actually do my Job as my Admin department seem incapable of helping.

When Adobe generates the Automated link for kids to click on to get access to the products, it automatically adds them to the Admin list for said product. If I upload a blank CSV with just the names & no roll, it TOO adds students to the Admin list for the respictive product or user group. Does anyone have any idea why Adobe Admin Console keeps defaulting to adding users as Admins?  I have 500+ kids, I don't want to add them individually.

I had a school account and recently I left that school and they have signed me out of creative cloud but I have my own personal account, and I'm trying to sign back in with that but it won't let me sign in at all. I'll start by opening cc and it's comes up with a loading screen, then goes to "You've been signed out please sign in again to continue using adobe products" I press sign in says loading for 2 seconds then goes back to you've been signed out. I've tried uninstalling it and re installing it doesn't do anything. Anyone had this happen before?

We don't get an error message. It simply asks to buy a license when my user already has a license.

This is ridiculous.I have been with Adobe with a few of my businesses since around 2008. I have had multiple applications and now I dont need them as I have gone in another direction. I now try and cancel my account and I am being told I have to pay $95 cancellation .Ha, are you kidding.  I then go and chat to the support "agent" who regurgitates the same : if you cancel within the contract you will have to pay blah blah blah. No GOOD ADOBE.  This is unjust and just shows a lack of care towards customers.Let me leave without charge or I will take this further.UNHAPPY!AC

Due to log in problems to my adobe cloud creative suite (Mac) I have changed my password but now I cannot access Photoshop or my other apps because it says I do not have a license for them. I do. Need to fix pronto as I have a deadline today.

it would be nice to be able to query an API endpoint for application usage by user.  this is not product assignment but rather a reflection of the user's adobe desktop app grabbing a license for use in a session.
