Faails at 1& tryed deleting adobe files, cc cleaner....getting stressed!

Hello, Has anybody else found it impossible to cancel? We're shutting down and are trying to cancel all existing plans. However, the entire system is sending us around in circles. We are told to start a chat to open a support case, but any time the word 'cancel' is mentioned the agent just ends the conversation. This has been going on for weeks. I managed to get one agent to stay who told us to just...not pay??? Surely that's not right? Any Adobe customer care people on here who are able to solve this?

Hi - yet another issue with profiles in Adobe! I've got some Adobe Express projects on both of my Personal profile and my Business profile. I'm trying to merge them all to my Business profile, or ideally just trying to access the projects but when I sign out of Adobe Express, everytime I log in it only shows my Personal profile.  I have turned the profile picker 'on' in my account settings, cleared cookies/cache, changed my password, a different browser and still it won't let me access my Business profile! Any ideas? Thank you!

A day ago, I messaged Adobe saying I'd like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat teams account; I just didn't need it anymore. They contacted me over chat and let me know they cancelled it, great!I just got this email today with the subject line: Action Required - Avoid Scattered Adobe Contracts! It goes on to say there are users under my account that are adding other users and that is costing me with no discount. Is this legitimate? We need Adobe to change their identity settings in the Administrative Console.  The Max Session Life and Session Idle Time settings are normally set to default as unlimited.  We have set these for our institution and really need Adobe to change this timeframe to be able to increase the number of days for Max Session Life and Session Idle Time -- having options like 30, 60, 90, 120 days would be extremely helpful. 

How can I add more than 1 api to a project and also is there any api which could give us user activity logs ?

Option to enforce a hard limit on the number of entitled users added to a Product Profile beyond the allocated.   For example: In XXX Product Profile, I allocated only 15 licenses to this profile. However, the product admin can add 20 entitled users. How do I restrict them to adding only 15 users and reject or show error when the product admin adds the remaining 5 users. This control is critical to an organization who has to manage multiple product profiles and would not want sub-unit teams to overblow or eat into license pool allocated to other profiles.

We are a government organization with strict data residency requirements. Please add the ability to fully disable Adobe cloud storage (specifically in Creative Cloud Enterprise and Acrobat Pro Enterprise for our purposes).

this morning none of my software works. The message is that "The administrator has not assigned any apps or services to my account." I can't contact the administrator in any way. Help!

So, here it is September of 2017, and I am #1 having to remote into a remote network to use CC Packager, so it doesn't suck up all the bandwidth here at work (20M/20M fibre), which is where I purchased it for, otherwise I won't be able to finish downloading a single CC package, because it will literally down my branches' MPLS connections to the main hub here, just packager BY ITSELF and #2 so I can let it take forever to download on a 30 Mbps / 5 Mbps network elsewhere, and then tonight transfer it physically to a thumbdrive, so I can bring it back here to work tomorrow via my freaking car, so I can finally get my users their g#$ D#$m software before next decade. LOL

I made some illustrator files several months ago and saved them to the cloud. Now I am trying to open them and it says "Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner for more info." I am the original creator and I have an adobe account using one email that has both a personal account and a school account (which I can't remember if I've ever used this). The files appear in-app under "Your files" but if I go to assets.adobe.com it says "You have no cloud documents." Since I made them I've gotten a new computer and my original subscription ended and I am currently on a 7 day trial on my personal account. Also I'm a student and my institution paid for the subscription originally. I don't remember if I made the files after being signed into a personal account or a school account. When I'm signed into my school account if I try to go to assets.adobe.com I get: "Error 401: Unauthorized. You are not authorized to access this site." I'm just

Under this account/email, I have a personal profile with about 500 files in Adobe Express. My organization just added this account under a new umbrella Teams account, and as such, has transferred my license from my personal profile to a second, new Teams profile (both still under this email).  My hope was to quickly move all of my files over to the new Teams profile, but unfortunately online directions on this topic seem to be all over the place, with the main article suggesting manually sharing every single Express file you want to move with your new profile. I'm assuming there must be some way to do this all at once, especially considering it's all my account? Thanks in advance for any assistance. 

Hello I'm trying to configure that my users will login to Adobe with their Microsoft 365 enterprise credentials. I've found this documentation that seems prety clear https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/sso-setup-azure.html But when I try to make the first step (create a new directory); that option is grayed out. My Adobe account has several Adobe Pro licenses that appear grouped under the category "Document cloud". The instructions I linked before state that one prerrequisite is to have licenses in the "Document cloud for enterprise" (among other kinds). Is there a difference between Document Cloud and Document Cloud for enterprise? If I go to the Adobe main web store I don't see there's two different licenses for enterprise (there only let us select for personal, teachers, educative centers or business; but inside business I don't see any difference). What amb I doing wrong? Thanks for the attention

I recently imaged a new device, and I cannot seem to get adobe installed on it. A week ago we got this device, imaged it and installed all of the adobe software. The user mentioned that they need a larger hard drive, we ordered one, installed it and then reimaged it. Now when I go to install the software, it is throwing an error. I for the life of me cannot get adobe installed on this device. It returns the following error, found in the PDA log below. So far the troubleshooting steps ive done are as follows- Use the Adobe uninstaller tool, and it shows that there are no applications installed,- Remove any adobe apps if present.- Redownload / try different packages.- Try as local admin and network admin.- Try under different accounts.- Run from terminal.- Run the MSI.- Run the EXE. Either way no avail. I want to email Adobe. The chat is not available, because I am not an administrator. My issue needs attention from a human being, who is knowledgeable, at Adobe. I am in Europe. I am not calling the USA. Also, why is there a contact possibility on Twitter, but no email address??

In the last 24 hours I've spent nearly 3 1/2 hours on chat, the phone, sending screenshots, and allowing A.S. to remote in to my computer, and no resolve. I'll be looking for a negative starring system online and looking to replace our corporate package when our renewal comes up. I've repeated myself so many times to so many people who clearly didn't know anything about how they could help me. Get it together people!

As we are taken the current plan about adobe substance texture, But we not able to assign the license to our colleage as its crusial on workflow user not able to use the other adobe product. as its login with defferent accounti feel this issue will impacting with other work product hence i suggesting for to change or modilfy option for hope you understand..
