I have had an Adobe account for years with about 75 users. I have never had an Account Manager as far as I know. Today I received an email with a subject of "Immediate Attention Requested | Individual Accounts" This is the body of the message - "As your Account Manager at Adobe, I wanted to bring to your attention to flagged multiple sign-ups under your domain that urgently need to be consolidated under your admin control. This misalignment can lead to security risks, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies. By consolidating these licenses into your team account, you’ll benefit from: ✔ Full ownership and control over Adobe licenses✔ Simplified billing and compliance management✔ Enhanced security and seamless collaboration✔ Smooth transition with zero downtime✔ Prorated refunds for cancelled individual licenses Shall we proceed with the consolidation? Should I send you the approval link?" Is this real or a
Everytime I want to add a plugin or download something to my desktop via Creative Cloud, I keep being asked for the Admin name and password. I thought I was and my login info doesn’t work. How do I find out how to access this please? It’s stopping my creative flow!
I would like to integrate Claude into Abode, but am getting ‘Your organization does not allow access to third party applications’ before I am able to input my Adobe credentials. I have the setting turned on to allow staff to integrate apps and Claude is not an an option on my list on ‘Add App Integrations’ in Adobe. Any thoughts?
1. The user profile cannot be selected upon first login, the authentication process is running correctly,(When logging in with the account details in a browser, the user has two profiles: business and personal. The license is attached to the business profile.)2. Why is there no access to the assigned license and the ability to activate the product? After logging in, you'll see your personal ADOBE ID account. The pop-up window offers the following options: purchase start the free trial version log out/exit AdobeCannot run adobe acrobat classic

Trying to access Firefly Precision Flow and Markup using Enterprise account with chrome browser on Windows but both options disappear when I login. Have seen elsewhere administrator needs to grant access in admin console but would anyone know where/what exactly to enable or possibly have screenshot? Thanks
How many devices we can use on one business license of Adobe Creative Cloud?
¿Puedo recibir las facturas mensuales en mi correo electrónico?
When I go to the Plans page as suggested, there is no window to manage plans or cancel plans. In other research it says that view is if you are not the administrator, but under the product I am shown as the administrator (I am the only one in my consulting business). I switch to my personal profile and it does not show me any products - so that email is not the administrator. Please help me cancel. Is there another way? No link to Manage PlansI am shown as the System Administrator
Hello,i am trying to roll out adobe “creative cloud pro plus for teams” for my users. The OS is windows 11 24H2.I want to set the “auto update” option so the applications always stay on the latest version. To enable the automatic update i need to configure the product profile, but no matter where i search, there is no product profile option in my admin console. Are there different types of admin consoles for different adobe clients, or does that feature not work right now?
When I click on the URL below, it redirects me to an error page. Please help me resolve the issue.https://adminconsole.adobe.com/
HelloI just graduated and the app keeps prompting me to sign in with the school account instead of the email page. I tried this and nothing changed.
I am writing to address automated alerts regarding potential unauthorized account sharing for one of our remote employees. The employee works from Texas while connected to a virtual edit machine located in Florida. Although the user has stayed within the two-machine activation limit, they were briefly running both instances simultaneously—one locally and one via the remote VM. This geographic discrepancy between the two active sessions likely triggered your security flags. To be clear: the account is not being shared. This is a single authorized user accessing their tools across two locations.I have since instructed the employee to ensure one instance is fully shut down before activating the other to prevent further location-based conflicts. Please update our account status to reflect that this is a verified single-user setup so we can resolve these warnings and avoid any service interruptions.
Hello, Users in our org are starting to test AI features and some are close to or going beyond the 4,000 included AI credits. I’ve purchased two 2,000 pack AI credit ad-ons through my reseller. Here are my concerns:There’s no way for me to track what credits any of the users have/have used There doesn’t appear to be a way to stack the packs and assign them to the same user, in other words so that one user can have 8000 credits that month (4000 + 2000 + 2000) It’s entirely unclear to me how the credits are allocated and if they are actually being tracked within a particular bucket or acting more like an entitlement? If we have a user leave mid-month, they had used half of the 2000 ad-on pack, and the license is pulled back, what remains? If I add the add-on pack to a new user will they get the remaining amount, or nothing until the time resets? This is gonna be real important real soon. TIA.
This is the first month when I sign into my account and go to Plans and Orders and Invoicing then to show all invoices it returns a blank screen with no invoices.I also noticed that under Plans there is no option to change my payment option (credit card).Has a process changed with Adobe or am I doing something wrong.
Hi i need help i need to buy adobe cs6 12 months licenses for 4 users to be installed in a municipal server
I just spent hours with Adobe support after my university changed email domains from uncc.edu to charlotte.edu.Apparently, if your Adobe cloud files are tied to the old institutional account, Adobe’s solution is: manually download every file one at a time. Not batches. Not folders. Not “Download All.”One file at a time. For each file: Select file Click download Re-select the destination folder manually because the system does not remember the previous download location Repeat hundreds of times This is not a cloud workflow. This is digital punishment.I spoke with multiple support representatives, and eventually a specialist who confirmed this is simply how the system works.I genuinely cannot understand how a company the size of Adobe built a “cloud” platform without basic mass export functionality. Google Drive has this. Dropbox has this. OneDrive has this. Even small storage platforms understand that users need ownership and portability of their own files. The most frustrating part is
Within our enterprise we have had users with personal licences for Adobe acrobat pro. We have recently migrated them to an enterprise licence so we can manage them within the portal and they can use SSO However, a user is now unable to use Acrobat pro as they are getting the attached error The account the user was signed into previously was using the same email address, so presumably the software is defaulting to that account rather than the new one with the enterprise licence. Signing out unfortunately has not helped, is there anything we can do to remove this account and then resign the user back in with the new credentials?
Hi there. I’m an admin for the Adobe account for our Marketing Retail team in Meat&More and I’m having trouble adding a phone number for Two Factor Authentication (TFA). I’m on the manage account page and under the section “Login and security” I’m trying to select one of the methods for TFA, but keep getting prompted to add a phone number as a back-up. Though I understand this question and have a phone number ready to enter, I keep ketting an error as return: “There has been an error. Try again later.” Below, I have provided a screenshot of this error, keep in mind it is in Dutch and I’m providing a rough translation.Error message when adding phone number Thanks in advance for the help surrounding this issue.Kind Regards,Meat&More IT Support
Hello Adobe Community,I’m currently working as a Patch Administrator and looking for guidance on automating the deployment of Adobe products (e.g., Acrobat, Creative Cloud apps) into Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Configuration Manager). At present, our process is entirely manual:We download Adobe installers/packages from the Adobe Admin Console Repackage or prepare them for deployment Upload and deploy them via Intune/SCCMThis approach is quite time-consuming, especially when handling frequent updates and multiple products. What I’m Looking ForI would like to understand if there are more efficient or automated approaches available, such as:Integration between Adobe Admin Console and Intune/SCCM APIs, scripts, or tools for automated package creation and deployment Best practices for managing Adobe updates at scale Any existing workflows or pipelines others are using to streamline this processAdditional ContextEnvironment: Enterprise (Windows endpoints) Deployment tools: Microsoft Intune &
We have a business account and an Enterprise account. All of our applications, like Creative Suite, are licensed under the Business account and we want to add the 50,000 Firefly credit Premium pack to some of our users. Apparently this is not possible on our Business Plan. If we purchase the Firefly licensing under the enterprise account will this work? Or will we need to move the applications over as well? We are having a hard time getting any accurate information, including an explanation of if the 50,000 credits are one time purchases per user, or if they are 50,000 credits per user per month for the 1 year term. Any guidance would be helpful.
Since Adobe is a monthly subscription, I feel there should be better pricing alternatives for multiple users, especially when a 2nd or 3rd user has very light usage. I’m talking about a user case for a part time designer or something similar, where it’s not worth paying for a separate subscription because the user only needs access for an hour or two per day. Surely, if adobe insists that one cannot share a subscription, you could add a user to a private cc account for a reduced fee (like ¼ or ½ of the full price)? I just think it’s ridiculous that a company that has a complete monopoly on the creative industry can justify these fees for programmes filled with issues that crash frequently. I really think that this excessive pricing is killing the field for young / struggling creatives. Also, why does the “small business teams” option only get 100gb cloud storage, when an individual plan gets 1Tb… Make it make sense
Adobe, can you please add option to the management console to have monthly Adobe invoices delivered automatically throuh email as soon as they get created?I need to add our Finance email address there so I don't need to manually login/download/rename/upload invoices to our shared folders each month, and it really makes no sense to add finance folks to be our account administrators so they would be able to download invoices or recieve them through emails.
I have spend almost 30 minutes trying to find a way to setup a normal billing email address for my company business account. I did not find any solution. Please help me to setup a billing e-mail. I want the adobe invoices to be delivered to billing@xyz.com... (example) How can a company for design and user flows make it so hard to setup something so mundane.
