Hello, is there a way to restrict the access to Creative Cloud to specific devices? As an example, with my login credentials i can install CC in my company device and my private one. But it should only be possible to access CC from specific devices. Is there a way to achive this? Thanks. 

I have been with my business account for around 8 years. I logged in today and was asked to choose between a personal and enterprise (or business or team, they've been calling all of those names) account and Adobe transferred all of mine and my team work to my personal cloud, which have 200gb storage, and left my business account empty with paid 1tb storage. Now they say I have to migrate all the files manually. Transferring all 800gb of data from one account to another. I've always used the enterprise account. I don't understand why they splitted and the support team didn't explain it to me. It's unbelievable how a company this size, with a product this expensive, is careless about their customers.   It's really frustrating. Anyone had this issue too?

Hello! I'm experiencing issues in downloading the Italian Language Pack for transcription and speech to text function..the download starts from premiere and from creative clud but it's stuck to 0%!plus I don't have access to the Adobe Admin Consol. (you don't have access, contact the administrator)How can I do???

In january I mistakenly clicked the choice to make my account a business account and subscribe to teams when I only wanted to subscribe individually to Indesign and then Photoshop. However now i want to cancel my subscription because i am a student and i don't have money for adobe anymore.How do I cancel everything?I've searched through admin console and through the support page but nothing is helping!

I would like to register with my company profile in Ipad Illustrator. But every time I try this the following error message comes up:"This account is not authorized to access a synchronization path. Log in with another account."What is the problem, can anybody help me? Hello Community.I hope that I'm asking this in the right page. I'm the IT Ops at our company.We have a few Adobe's Product in some of our users at the company.The products are: Acrobat Pro, InDesign & illustrator.Everyone holds its own license. I would like to manage all Adobe Products from one place (like an Admin panel or something like that), that will gives me that ability to:Invite users to Adobe's products.Attach a product to the invited user (on demand). My questions are:Is there a tool to manage all these ?Can I add the users that already have an Adobe Licenced Products ? and remove them from the their current licenced products & add them via the Management tool ?My goal is to move everyone under our companie's umbrella with everything that replated to Adobe's Products. Thanks.  

Hi, On February 15, 2023, I signed up for access to Adobe InDesign.  I provided a corporate card and was logged into my corporate account.  Adobe's system let me sign up, sent me an email about the free 7 day trial, and I tried to access.  But, because my company doesn't subscribe, I cannot download the software from my Adobe account.  I also cannot reach out to help, because the system tells me to reach out to my local IT support (being a managed corporate Adobe account).  I reached out to my company's IT and they have no idea how to get access or to cancel the subscription. So, now I am in a catch-22 created by Adobe.  Their system allowed me to sign up and pay for a subscription, but will not let me access.  I need to cancel and reverse any charges as I have not had access and apparently cannot.  I was going to use the demo period to assess whether it suited my purposes or not, but never got that opportunity. Thank you for help!

Adobe has been taking double payments from our business account. Is there any email or Online Form we can use to contact Adobe Customer Support to stop them from taking more money?  We can not find the feature on our account to cancel the  manage the PLAN. We have 2 mains users on our company Adobe account but when I share the files that we need to work on sync it does not appear on their Cloud. - I made sure that all the folders are shared:  But for some reason, it does not appear on the other account:  We also checked the Storage from Adobe Console and we can't see difference on the storage usage of the other account after uploading the new files: Anyone can tell what are we missing here? Thanks.

All of the documentaation seems to say the "If you are the administrator of your organization, you will get a special offer of custom fonts on the Admin Console. Accept the offer once and find Custom fonts in your list of products." I do not see that offer or the custum fonts option in my admin console. Than kyou in advance for any help! 

Hi, We have 4 Adobe accounts at work, and are swapping a Mac between users (permanantly)I've signed in with the new Adobe user, and all the files for that account have successfully synced to the Creative Cloud files folder. The files from the previous Adobe account are still on this mac (they can be accessed through the "recents" folder) Although you can no longer access them directly through Creative Cloud Files. I want to delete all these files, but just want to be sure it will not delete them from the sync folder which this account uses. Thanks for any help

Hello!I teach at a public high school "academy".  We have CC installed on the computers in my classroom.  The problem is, most of these students don't have CC at home, and that makes lesson pacing difficult as my students range from 10-90 on a 1-100 scale with regards to being able to do the assignments.I asked my principal if we could get additional logins for students to use at home, and she said we could not provide software to install that wasn't installed on district-owned hardware.I was wondering if this was typical? !

Hi there, As I am regulary watching my AUSST internal server synchro results, I have noticed, in th DLM log file, a huge amout of the same error: [ERROR] | ProcessUtils | XXXX | In changeThreadContextToExplorerContext. Unable to find explorer processID I do not pass through a proxy server to contact the Adobe's servers to download updates from. I use a scheduled task to launch an incremental sync automatically on  regular basis. Those errors are not leading or causing FATAL events in the logs. I took some samples (see below) from an extract of the DLM log file so the error can be seen in context. We use enterprise level CC software. I have been experimenting with cleaning up installs. i have successfully been able to script the adobecreativecloudcleanertool.exe with the parameter --removeAll=ALL and run this behind the scene, pushing the cleaner file to the temp directory and remotely blowing away all CC products, however this is not what i want to do in most cases. Due to circumstances I have no control over, local administrators install adobe CC products on top of each other and some standalone (pre CC) products still exist on some machines resulting in huge array of outdated and duplicate versions of CC products. I am trying to find a paper on all the arguments i can feed to the executable cleaner tool to acheive the following (assuming say our company currently has CC6 and associated products tested and ready for deployment) I want to blow away every version of CC that is not up with our current versions and all of its sideloaded programs BUT leave all o

What I find VERY annoying is the whole Business vs Persoal accounts under the same email credentials. Just recently a Personal account/profile was added to my account. So now when I sign in, I have an option to choose which one to use. Problem is, when this updated happened, all my cloud files, that are accociated with my business account, stayed in my Personal profile. There is no easy way to move these files over to my Business account. When I reseached how to move files from one to the other, the answer was download all to local/personal external drive, then save in the cloud under my Business profile.  ALSO, in order to switch between profiles, I have to Sign Out of one and Sign back into the other. But both are under the same sign in credentials. Why should I have to sign out then sign right back in? Am I missing something here? To me this seems like poor user experience.

We have 2 company accounts due to a merger.  The old company account has been cancelled.  For most users the switch was easy, when logging in they were presented with the new profile.  The email addresses stayed the same.  I have one user that is not getting that profile prompt and goes directly into the old account. We have tried clearing cache, uninstall/reinstalling and nothing fixed it.

My computer previously had my company's Enterprise Creative Cloud. I want to use my personal account now so I tried to sign into CC but it jumps forward to the Microsoft SSO page. I cant back out of it. I tried to repair CC with no luck. I tried to uninstall CC but it wont let me with my other CC apps. Do I have to completely uninstall all the apps to uninstall the CC to remove the SSO? Will that work? That will take a day or two to accomplish so I need to know that it will work. Is there a better way that I am missing?

Is there a way to force Google Chrome to be the default browser that Adobe Pro uses for the login window on the desktop? When you first open up Adobe Acrobat (VIP) to login to your account on the desktop, it uses 'Internet Explorer' as the default window. Then, there is an error that says I need to update the browser - but it's 100% up to date.Even after making Google the default browser for all http, https, htm, and html files, it still tries to login using IE as the browser. Even if you remove IE, same thing.FYI:  I don't mean opening a PDF with Chrome.  I want the window that pop's up when I login to my Adobe account on the desktop, to use Chrome and not IEThanks

Hi all, I am trying to extract how many leads generated on pages using Fallout and Freefrom, but the results do not match up- Fallout: It's obvious that 25 Leads were generated, which I think these are the ones who haved visited the Homepage, visited the tool and then converted to lead.Here the Freefrom result:0 leads were generated. Is there any explaination for this? 

I have set up a portfolio with multiple file types. I can open Excel and Power Point files within the portfolio without a problem. When I try to open Word documents it tells me that "Acrobat cannot open this file attachment because your pdf file attachment settings do not allow for this file type to be opened. I went into preferances and checked to see if the box was checked in "trust manager" to allow files other than pdf to opened. It is checked but I am still unable to open word documents in the portfolio for some reason.

I am supposed to have access to the adobe enterprise plan for one of my classes at Clark University. I am supposed to be able to use Illustrator and After Effects, but both say trial expired. Is there a way for the support team to manually fix this? Why might this issue be occurring? I went to the IT center at my school and when I tried to show them the issue, I could download both apps as intended and use them with no issues, then when I returned to my classroom it stopped working again. I have a user I added. I I click the user, edit, add to product group. I go to Adobe Pro, click  add user. type in user's email. Adobe will not let me add the user to the product. I can't add the user to the product, and I can't add the product to the user. Any advice?
