Our Adobe admin portal seems to not be showing us all of the licesnes we currently have. On the overview page, it shows we currently have 0 of 1 license assigned for Acrobat Pro. If I go to the Account page, however, I see at the bottom that we have 4 Acrobat Pro licenses. The 4 should be the correct quantity, so not sure why it's not showing them anywhere else.

Hi, My company is using Adobe products to generate graphics and videos etc. We have a libary of assets set up on Creative Cloud. However, some members of the team do not use adobe and need to use the assets for other places other than Adobe (eg uploading them to our website). I was hoping to find a way that we could sync our content....so anything added to Creative Cloud is automatically added to our team's Sharepoint/Onedrive folder for the times outside of Adobe that it is needed. At the moment we have to manually keep both places up to date and it is very easy for the two to become out of sync. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my subcription and unfortunately Adobe is making it impossible to do so! It is really client unfriendly, possibilities to upgrade or add users are everywhere but you have to dig really deep to cancel. And once found, the 'Manage plans' button is not available. I'm not unhappy with the products, it is just an administrative issue. Please help 

Currently we want to support Adobe acrobat and Creative cloud on ARM processor?My question is when is the adobe acrobat reader native arm version will be released curerntly they can run only on emualtion mode on arm processor.https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/arm-processor-support-on-windows.htmlOur time line is June 2024? can Adobe release acrobat native version by June 2024? Its of high priority for us. Currently trying to sort out a deployment of an Adobe Package from Adobe Admin (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/) that I had created for a school lab environment, using the shared license option.Then pushing it with Microsoft Intune (Deploy Adobe packages using Microsoft Intune).On Intune I have gone with the setup.exe --silentIt only installs Adobe Creative Cloud and not any other of the software that were supposedly built into the generated package.When I attempt to run the msi from the unzipped package that was downloaded from Adobe Admin.It brings up the standard Windows Installer dialogue and the bar runs through almost twice before stopping then rolling back. I get no error messages at this point, the dialogue just closes.But for the exe, it stops and gives a link to the PDApp.log file. It it massive and convoluted.Appreciate any assitance on this issue or deciphering the PDApp.log file.Adobe support if yall could DM me, that would be great.

I was part of adobe subscription for teams. Im no longer using it and I would like to use egsisting accountfor regular usage, to purchase regular plan. But every time I log in I have 2 account to choose from and simply cant find solution to deactivate or switch my accounts from teams. Is there any help how to do that or how to conntact agent via chat or something?

I am in the process in moving over from google analytics to adobe analytics but having a major issue. When using the filter visits by location, the first city that pops up is Chicago.  When running this same report in Google Analytics, Chicago is not near the top 10 (currently majority of the cities SHOULD be in Texas).  How can I figure out this issue, and what is one way to fix it?

I have synced files in assets.adobe.com  When i click on file i get the adobe pdf icon instead of page preview.  Any suggestions why i am not able to see preview of pages?  I am on a pc and have contact adobe and they have not came up with a solution.  This recently started with admin changed me from person to team account.    https://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/b38b1722-0447-499d-4982-ee6f41acab4d 

For hours know I am circling through directions, instructions, useless robotic adobe help support etc. being caught in the circle of not being able to delete my personal account because I am the administrator of my organization which is now only me and one Spark subscription. I would just simply like to delete my personal account and my organization and all my subscriptions. How does a person achieve that??

I logged into my account today and it shows zero products but it shows my subscription is still active??!! Adobe PDF Pro, Adobe small biz sign, the entire creative cloud is GONE!   Can anyone help with this?  Because I call support and the line doesn't ring once I go through the first level of the phone system.

Had the same error. Apparently you are not allowed to add other files (at least msi files) in the same directory where the setup.exe is. Deleting the extra msi-file I had added fixed the issue for me.

Hei, I am Adobe CC Administrator for our office. We have 11 active VIP lisenses. Do I understand it the right way, that it is noe (after October 2022) possible to share one licence? Or if not so, what is the "brukergruppe" option? Thank you in advance for your kind answer, Eva

Every single time I go into the Admin site there is something new. Today, I had just been in and was managing users. Not that you can ever delete a license and then minutes later instead of showing Product license now they all say User. Also I spent an hour with a user trying to install Acrobat and no matter what we did it kept asking her to buy a trial. This was after deleting all Adobe products including creative cloud.I AM SICK OF ADOBE and your lousy chat bots and crappy customer service

I'm trying to setup SSO using Azure AD.  But when I go to Identity Settings in the admin console, I don't have the create directory option as stated in the setup guide.  If I go into the existing directory, there are no domains listed and no option to add domains either.  I am set as a system administrator for the account.

Our company renewed our subscription under the Adobe Enterprise Plan but they used a different name. Now my saved PROJECTS are gone in Adobe Express. How do I get them back?

Après avoir échangé quotidiennement par téléphone, mail et chatbot avec votre entreprise depuis le début du mois de Mars, vous avez fini par retrouver mon versement (qui était effectuf le 1er mars).Le 12 avril, finalement, un certain Darren m'a confirmé cette information par mail depuis l'adresse cttpombx@adobe.com. Bientôt 2 mois après, je n'ai toujours pas accès à la suite pour laquelle je vous paye. J'ai bien eu les excuses pour la gêne occasionnée, mais je serai plus intéressé par la récupération de mon compte afin que je puisse continuer à travailler. Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose ? 

I am a system admin for Adobe in our company.  While the Adobe Admin Console helps to see how many users are license, and what apps they're licensed to, what is missing is the ability to view when the last time a user actually USED their license, and what devices their license is tied to.  Account.adobe.com is where each individual user is able to see this information, so why is that not tied to the Adobe ADMIN Console?  Because this doesn't happen (yet), I have to go to 6 different places to obtain this level of data.  Additionally, the Adobe Admin Console has introduced the Storage tab for our organization, and I can view what users are using this feature, but what I can't see is what data is being stored.  We need a way to determine if PHI/PII is being stored in the cloud, and without a way to view what files are being stored in a user's Storage account, I have no way to determine if these user's are violating our company policy or not.  

Is there an option or a place where I can see which users are actually making use of the Adobe licence assigned to them? Id like to see the last sign in date for example. Some users switched job internally and don't need the full package of the creative suite while I'm running out of licences for those who does

Recently when I add a new student user to CCE All Apps for K-12, it gives her a "Business ID" instead of "Enterprise ID", any idea?Cheers
