I can't get Creative Cloud or Adobe Premiere installers to work on Windows10. 1. I have to use an admin account to run the installer. (Either run as admin or just authenticate to allow installer to run)2. It runs and says "We'll open a browser window to authenticate your account:3. Click continue4. Chrome launches even though it isn't the default browser.5. Adobe page loads and says "You're all set. You've successfully signed in. Feel free to close this browser tab andreturn to where you previously left off."6. ..nothing happens... Installer still says "Check your browser. We've opened a new browser tab for you to sign in. (Once you've been authenticated, you will automatically continue here.) at the bottom it says "if your browser is not repsonding, sign in here"if I click sign in here it does nothing. So I'm stuck.
We have a client who started up and we didn't think ahead to get control over the admin panel. We can't login to it because there is an adobe administrator, but all the high ups in the company do not who it is. I have been through testing accounts with people and checking the company accounts but have found no trace of who administrators the acccount. We usually would use a generic one such as adobe@ Is there anyway to recover access to the admin panel or to find out who is the admin? I have check but it doesn't appear anyone has been added to the team so they do not appear under My Plans in the normal adobe sign in.
Hello everyone.I have some bug with Creative Cloud All Apps. I registered for Teams Trial. My employees need to test a lof of products for their job. But some "System" removes Creative Cloud access from emails. It can be randomly when nobody using programs (even at night). And very often it happens when somebody opens a program (photoshop, premier, lightroom etc - it doesn't matter). Did someone have this situation? What should I do? I wrote to support, but they opend a ticket and told me to wait...Thanks.
Hi, I am working for an org which has a certain amount of licences used in two locations. I am expected to manage the licences for one of the 2 locations. Is there away to create independant "sites" directly on the admin console? If not, can I create a new admin console under a different email, even though the domain would be the same than the one actually used in the actual console? For clarity, say I have this main account: **email address removed** which is the actual main account. and I'd like to get a different admin console under I************* which manages a different set of licences for different users under the same domain name. Is this supported? Anyone had a similar situation? If so, how did you resolve this? Regards,
Hello, I am very new to managing Adobe and the Remote Update Manager. I am currently working on getting the update manager back in working order (since it has not been working in quite some time). I am running into a few issues. I know how to generate the Override file, but I notice it is pointing to this specific location in my updates folder "webfeed": <Overrides> <Application appID="webfeed"> <Domain>http://MYDOMAIN.MYDOMAIN.edu</Domain> <URL>/updates/webfeed/oobe/aam10/mac/</URL> <Port>80</Port> I do not see that folder in my updates folder on the server. I did a fresh update, hoping I could start new and then ran incremental to get the updates into that folder. Not sure if that was wrong, all the videos I watch end up having more folders in their updates folder than I have. I Currently have two main folders in my updates folder they are ACC and Acrobat. Here are the commands I
Did these articles help you? I'm having the same issue with one of my co-workers. She's getting the same exact thing. We can't use a different authentication method. And she's not receiving the emails. We didn't realize that a few automated verification emails she received immediately went to her deleted items. But when she tried using one, it gave her an error.
Our company has fairly strict policies regarding information being stored online or in cloud type environments, and while there are exceptions that allow for it, I need to document the details for our record. We have a number of users who have "Creative Cloud All Apps" licenses and while the intention of this is to provide these users with the range of Apps offered by Adobe, I do not fully understand if this simply allows the users access to download and install an app, or if it automatically sets up a cloud based drive where their work is stored. If anyone can help point me towards an article that covers this or can share based on their own knowledge that would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!

I need to cancel my Adobe Plan, I try to go for help, and the application constantly informs me to "contact your administrator for help." Supposedly, according to Adobe, "a member of [my] organization is a designated contact for issues with [my] Adobe products, and I should reach out to [my] administrator or IT contact for help." How do I cancel my Adobe plan? Surely Adobe can be larger than that of a University and can delete my account for me, yes? I really need to delete this account.
Hi All, Does Adobe have some sort of discount for companies that use a certain amount of their licenses? Looking forward to hearing from you Best
Hello,I have the following problem. After the person in charge in our non-profit association now obtains the licenses for the Adobe programs from another provider without having addressed this with me beforehand, I can now, after the license change, no longer access the libraries I created in the apps. They are gone. The libraries are only stored locally on my computer, so not in the cloud. So I should actually be able to access them as well. But for some incomprehensible reason, Adobe is once again making that impossible, and I wonder why Adobe has to get on users' nerves like this. So how can I use the libraries I created with the new license? I don't want to have to recreate everything. Mac Studio Ventura
I would like to ask you to send me the current Certificate of Tax Residence for the tax year 2023
Je voudrais savoir comment basculer d'un compte indépendant à un compte enseignant, être certaine que je ne perd pas tout mon cloud, savoir si j'ai besoin de réinstaller qlq chose… Merci
I had opened a case with Adobe to try and figure out why Creative Cloud would not install. Support came back and said that it was "error 195". "System requirements not met". Turns out that Creative Cloud is NOT happy with Windows 10 21H2.. We have to keep our system up to date for security requirements, so rolling back to 21H1 is not an option. When is Adobe going to update its product compatibility? Is there another way to install the software without rolling back to 21H1? I've tried running via compatibility mode, and that didn't work. I tried looking at the application.xml fix, and that file doesn't exist in our package creation. Our user cannot get the software she's licensed for because of this issue. I want to know when this will be fixed?
I have seen this question all over the forums. It is still happening to me, almost daily. Mac OS 13.2.1Every morning I have to repair/reinstall the Creative Cloud App.

We a Federated ID with our Okta tenant and we were able to make it work with Azure AD provisioning/sync.Has anyone been able to convert or merge existing Business ID users to their Federated ID ones? We were hoping to leverage the Federated ID features and SAML authentication without recreating all of our current Adobe users.
We purchased Adobe acrobat for teams through PAX8 using the email support@******* as this is our account linked to PAX8. We then purchased a subscription on behalf of our customer and allocated it to her email address cath@***** The end user Cath@ can only see her previous 2017 expired subscription and on our Support@ we can see that we purchased adobe acrobat for teams but are unable to download it (which is correct) Pax8 support have advised we get in contact with Adobe direct to resolve the issue.
I recently had to get my whole adobe license reset and multiple takes of installing Adobe Acrobat DC 64bit. It is part of the enterprise license I get through work, so troubleshooting involves getting someone to remote in on my laptop and takes a lot of time. Since then I have been unable to run preflight or get it to open. It either does nothing, or a pop up will appear saying it is installing and please wait to use the tool. However, it is the same level every time and I do not see a progress bar at all. I have repaired, and updated to the most recent version, and restarted my system, but the issue persists.
Where is cloud documents stored when Adobe Acrobat is used inside the European Union. Does it comply with GDPR. Or in other words, does a document stay inside EU, or will it be saved on servers in the USA?
you people are so low, as the monopoly in the industry, still playing little tricks trying to block customer from cancelling the subscription, forcing people to call to cancel their subscription and let them wait for hours. all the online cancelling and support chat are fake images, you made up some images and direct people to non-existing pages Like some petty insurance or financial rats.
We have an account at the office, but we have less than 10 workers, and most of the workers are on computers still running CS3 (I know, it's terrible). So we got an account, and two of us used it because two computers can use the same license at the same time. Being a very small business, it's more cost-effective that way. But we recently had to upgrade another computer, which required us to get another license. That new license became a Business one rather than Personal. Honestly, the site was pretty confusing for us to comprehend. Plus we wanted to be able to use the same email address for the entire office. Like I said, less than 10 people here, so having everyone set up their own Adobe account would be pointless. It's just easier to share the way we've been doing. Everything has been fine, but today, all of a sudden, one of us can't access the programs because it says too many people are using them. With two licenses, four of us should be able to use the programs at once. Plus, lik
