This strategy of dropping new features unannounced into a beta release isn't good enough. There seems to be a growing disconnect between users' needs and what Adobe is actually doing, and honestly it feels like the overall strategy is driven entirely by marketing people and has nothing to do with our requests or modern needs.Look at this forum, there are YEARS of requests ignored and bug reports coming up again and again. Every update just feels arbitrary at this point. The rotobrush improvements were great, but a long time coming. I often think AE is going to go the same way as Animate because it already feels like a legacy product because of such a profound lack of innovation - or maybe you have big plans for it? It would be nice to know.

Premiere Pro's Media Browser has a Double-Column/Split view which is extremely useful. So why can't the Project window also have an option to toggle on/off Split view?As implied by the name, Split view would split the Project window into 2 columns. In the left column, you'd have an always-visible List view of bins and sub bins. In the right column, you’d see a bin’s contents in either List or Icon view. Each column would be independently scrollable, just like in the Media Browser. There are several benefits to this approach.BENEFITS (see attached picture for reference):-Lower bins don’t get pushed out of view when twirling open a bin with lots of content (see points 1 & 2).-You get direct access to over 2X more assets using the exact same screen real-estate (points 1 & 2).-You can use 2 view modes at the same time: List view for bins, where it makes most sense, and Icon view for media (point 3).-When using icon view, you retain direct access to your bins (point 4).Even Premiere 6.5 (2002) had a split view in its Project window! Why did Adobe remove this essential functionality in Premiere “Pro” 7.0?!Adobe clearly understands the value of Split views since otherwise they wouldn't offer it in Premiere Pro's own Media Browser. It's time for Adobe to fix their 17 year old mistake and give us back Split view where it's needed the most: in the Project window! Please comment and vote. Lets get this fixed once and for all!
I'm sure this has been posted before on here, but for visibility and emphasis how does AE not have a relinking system like Premiere after 10+ years?? I'm working on a particular project where despite all the assets being scattered across mutliple folders on a server, AE insists as relinking one by one. Most times I don't have this issue as it finds them on it's own, but for whatever reason it's going very slow, manually relinking file by file. This is on a collected project. Regardless of the reason or situation, it wouldn't be an issue if we had a relinking system like Premiere's file manager for footage. Is there some technical reason Adobe hasn't addressed or improved such an important function on large AE projects after a decade??
In after Effects, it is easy to drag a layer in time. For compositing, this can give problems, when it happens accidentally. Please make a ‘smpte’ lock - that keeps Layers on their time whatever happens. The current layer lock locks all modifications - that is not suitable to prevent time change, while working on color and effects.
I use the dimensions on the transform toolbar on an hourly basis. Shoehorning the turntable tool into this toolbar at the expense of the dimension information is annoying and severly disruptive to my workflow. It would be ok if it were something that could be customised and removed if it wasn’t wanted but as usual this hasn’t been taken into account. Your customers don’t need to be force fed new features they need to be able to work effectively and maybe explore new features as and when they have the time. Yet again it’s another innovation that has been added at the expense of the usability of the program. It’s getting really tired to have to revert to older versions of illustrator and/or photoshop just so I can do my job.

After adding speed settings to one clip, there should be an option to apply the same speed settings to all clips as well. Kindly implement this feature because it’s really very helpful for Artist like me.
Using AI in Adobe Premiere FeaturesAdobe Firefly integrations in Premiere that allow you to remove objects from the background of videos without having to make changes in Photoshop. Additionally, an auto-cut feature for videos that lets you split the video into segments based on where there is sound. For subtitles, there’s a more practical improvement:Default settings for subtitles that let you save colors, fonts, and specific characteristicsDynamic subtitle templates with text and border animations that enhance the quality of subtitles and make them much more visually appealing
Feature request: Make it possible to switch the log monitor to a different color space. Since the new color management improvements the colors in the source monitor and the timeline no longer match. I get this from a technical standpont but from a creative standpoint this makes no sense to me.I use the source monitor to select my in and out points. I cannot do this if i have to watch the footage in log colors. The image looks washed out, this makes it hard to judge how it wil look on the timeline. It makes it hard to appreceate the image from a creative standpoint, and it forces me to keep thinking about technical stuff in a creative process. Please make it possible to select a colour space for the source monitor, and default it to the timeline color space. Please upvote this request, thank you.
When I first reported this problem I was told it was because my wacom tablet was old, my computer was out of date etc. Now I have a brand new computer and a brand new wacom tablet and still if I am not careful my clone tool goes automatically alined when I select an area to be cloned the box ticks itself I can see it happen if I accidentally tap the pen twice in quick succession to the tablet when making a selection. Now this may be okay for you younger people with your steady as a rock hands but no matter how careful I am this is still happening by accident to me. Some may see it as a feature me I would just like to be able to turn it off.
I have no screenshot but I want say same Idea like Capcut type filter transitions and overlay we want in Adobe
