Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

7 day trial of Lightroom cloud 9.3.2. It seems good overall, but the location data I updated across 400 photos is not exporting with the jpg files.Pretty annoyed about this really as I now have to tag them again in another app.  Its a deal breaker really and I’m sure there must be other apps similar to lightroom that export location data with the photos metadata.Windows 11 Pro 64 bit

Select some files (seems to happen more often with larger exports). Export them to a directory. While that export is still getting ready, immediately open the export dialog again and export again to a different directory.Sometimes, one of the two export jobs gets duplicated and you'll see 3 exports in progress instead of 2. Checking the two directories afterwards will confirm that one of them has twice as many files.Also, rarely, one or more of the files from one of the exports (first I think?) won't be exported, but no error or dialog will be shown indicating that this happened.Tested on macOS Tahoe on a 16" M5 Max MacBook Pro

Not really a question. Lightroom on desktop that syncs with Lightroom Mobile is practically useless right now. It continues shows loading screen and won't do much else for so long. A minimum of 10 minutes if not longer to load anything. This was happening prior to updating and is still happening after updating. Currently on Version 9.3.2. Lightroom Classic and my other programs work fine, so I think this is an issue with this particular app.

After loading, lightroom crashes and shuts down almost straight away. I have tried numerous times over numerous days however it just keeps happening.   A couple of times it showed an error message which I sent to adobe but no answer from them.  I use Lightroom CC.  Any help would be appreciated.

using AI Denoise function creates these stripes on imageBalance Contrast preset is showing shaded vertical lines when applied - more visible the more the contrast needs balancing in the image.The issue is persistent whether ‘Use Graphics processor’ is turned on or off.GPU is a Zotac RTX 5070TiMotherboard is ASUS ProArt Z890 Creator WiFiMemory is Samsung PCIe 990 Evo Plus m.2 SSDRAM is Predator Vesta II DDR5 6000MHzCPU is intel Ultra 285k series 2, 36mb cache. I have checked and updated all GPU drivers etc. so it doesn’t seem to be an outdated driver issue. the PC is a new build, so all components are new. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Lightroom isn't showing video file

I take about 2000 RAW files at football matches and when I process them in Lightroom offline.  It can take five or six hours.  This is unacceptable. What is going wrong?  What can be done to remedy this?

Description of Issue: The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is supported for HDR editing. However, if "Adaptive brightness" or "Extra brightness" is enabled in the device's system display settings, the HDR editing feature in Lightroom breaks. I just reinstalled my Creative Cloud - still have problems launching Lightroom in Window 11, two icons displayed Lr and LR(web), the error message says about problem connecting to Creative Cloud. Photoshop, InDesign, Ai, and etc. -  don’t have any problems

Lightroom is by far the worst adobe product. Its so clunky, the interface is beyond terrible,  most people want wasy access to ai tools and lightroom is so difficult to understand the layout, it is beyond unusable for most people, Do better adobe !!!

Ich musste mich neu anmelden bei Lightroom, weil ich die App länger nicht offen hatte. Jetzt habe ich mich neu angemeldet und meine Bibliothek ist leer. Ich hatte über 12 000 Bilder und die sind jetzt weg. Davor hatte ich auch so einen Roboter als profilbild. Jetzt hat sich das auch einfach geändert. Vllt wurde irgendwie das falsche Profil von mir geladen, weil es kann ja nicht sein, dass die Bibliothek einfach weg ist.

I'm having trouble with the Remove tool in Lightroom; it's not effectively removing objects from my photos. I've already tried closing and reopening the application, but it didn't make any difference.

Hi,   there are a lot of things that my mind can't understand about the Adobe behaviour. If you're paying the photography plan that includes Bridge why you're not able to use Camera Raw? Why I've to pay Photoshop to use Camera Raw if ACR is also part of Bridge? ACR is not Photoshop, why this limitation?!?   I'm very disappointed!!!

Hello, I am hoping and praying someone can help as I am exasperated.  When I export photos from LR classic on my computer and then open them, they look great.  However when I try to open them on my mobile, (I am emailing the files to myself from my computer} they look very yellow and much warmer than I see on my desktop.  I am so frustrated and have tried what I've seen online. I am exporting using the SRGB color profile, my settings on my phone are correct, I cannot figure it out.  I am frustrated because most people open and view on their phones now and this isn't an accurate representation of my work.  Can ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE???????  I am at my wits end.  I have updated, restarted, checked settings, etc.  Nothing has worked.  Thank you in advance.  

Why does the photo completely change when I import it into this app from my gallery, even before editing? This didn’t happen before. How can I solve this issue?

How do I delete the copyright information from the metadata? I no longer have my business. Lightroom has changed so much since I added the information a decade ago and now I can't figure out how to remove it. I just took my nephews college graduation photos and my brother can’t print the images without a release from my business. I can give him one for these photos, but I don’t want to have to deal with this in the future. I see the copyright in the image information, but it isn’t removable.

All of a sudden, a photo got “glitchy”purple lines in Lightroom CC. I had just opened it after editing a previous photo in an album.The lines seem to be baked in the original ARW file:They are present on exported JPGs They are also there on the exported “original” file.Thinking the file had somehow gotten corrupted in Lightroom (or in the Cloud), I deleted it from the Lightroom catalog and re-imported the clean file straight from a local backup. I have Lightroom Cloud version. It is my understanding that a feature will allow me to sort by duplicates etc. It is my understanding that it is being rolled out. When will it be available to everyone?

Environment: MacBook Pro 13" (M1, 2020), 16GB RAM, macOS 15.6.1. Lightroom Desktop v9.3.2.Problem: Clicking Denoise on any RAW (.CR3) opens the "Applying Denoise" popup, which displays a frozen "10%, ~9 seconds remaining" and then closes within a second or two without producing a denoised DNG. The Denoise checkbox never stays ticked and the Amount slider stays greyed out.
