I just wanted to say I love you and thank you so much for existing. You don't understand, as a creative, these tools you spent so much time and money into perfecting, the value out weights the cost a million folds. I am a painting artist and a designer, as someone who spends 10+ hrs a day in my craft, the possibilities are endless man, not one due moment. 

After updating the app, when I’m trying to straighten my photos while in the cropping section, I can’t get smaller angles than 0.54. If I need it to be plus or minus 0.52, I’m not able to straighten my photo.This tool snapping to 0 can’t be intended behavior, correct?

The phone number on file is an old Ecuadorian number I no longer have access to and cannot recover. I have access to my email, but Adobe requires a second method.I have an active, paid Lightroom subscription and years of professional photography work in my cloud storage. I'm a working photographer and this is my archive.I've tried the support chat — it won't let me in because I can't sign in. I've called the phone line and the automated system disconnects me every time.I can verify my identity with my billing card, billing address, invoices, and account details. I'm asking for help removing the old phone number so I can regain access.Can someone from Adobe please reach out?

I bought presets for Lightroom mobile, but there is no option for me to upload. The only option I have is to create a new preset and then it pulls up the exposure, contrast, etc. But I want to upload and use the presets I bought. These are the only options I’m given for presets, nothing for uploading presets.  

When trying to feather a radial gradient, the slider is unresponsive since the last upgrade,

Hello, Since the latest update of Lightroom mobile on my Nokia 8, the possibility to take photographs with the app has disapeared (no more blue camera). Is this normal? Could it be specifically related to my device (no more supported for ex)? Thank you in advance! Joël

Error message, mfc140u.dll file not found when launching, tried reinstalling with no sucess 

I shoot in 4:3 ratio on my Sony A7R5 but the default size of the sensor is 3:2.Every time I create a new project, I go to Crop, Reset it and copy the crop settings to all the images so they will be 3:2. Everything is fine until I quit LR and after reopening, the Ratio goes back to 4:3.This has been happening forever and it’s really a pain.First of all, there is no way to save a Default Import Preset to include Crop Ratio, which is dumb and second, the Crop tool should at least “remember” the setting it had before quitting.Talking about crop. I would love to see an AI crop that analyses the image and auto crops it according to subject size. For example, a person or a car or a plate of food.It would be amazing as a starting point now that Generative Expand is available, it makes sense. 

I have Lightroom Classic on my PC and on my laptop. One catalog doesn’t seem to fully sync, there are three files missing on my laptop catalog. This catalog is fully synched on my Lightroom versions on my tablet and Phone, so it’s just the laptop that’s missing the files. Any suggestions much appreciated.

I used a university-paid account that I do not have access to anymore. I did many community remixes and now I realize I should have done these on a personal email. I use this profile as my portfolio for editing others photos. I tried to do the Behance profile transfer and did not have luck.Can I migrate this? Will i just have to start over or save the old link to use for now?

Bonjour à tous, je souhaite savoir si je neutralise la synchronisation de mon unique catalogue LrC principal qui est posée sur MacMini pour créer un nouveau catalogue LrC sur mon MacBook pour un voyage afin de déposer les photos dans ce nouveau catalogue temporaire le temps du voyage. Mettre en place pour ce catalogue voyage la synchronisation permettant de traiter le tri des photos du voyage. De retour à la maison fusion des catalogues par import du catalogue voyage dans le catalogue principal et remettre la synchronisation du catalogue principal en action.Ceci est il possible et sans aucun problème pour l’actuelle synchronisation qui est composée de plus de 30000 photos.Merci pour votre retour et aide.

The photo is 500Mpx (yes Five Zero Zero) it is not coming from Lightroom Classic with a synchronization and is not limited to 2650px.
