After an update on July 2026 LR mobile...the video is skipped during import...this was never happened before, this isn't happening with the photos although but with the videos. Can't import video after an update 

LRCC is far too slow when choosing “Local” as opposed to “Cloud” folders - selecting a folder with more than 1000 photos takes ages to compile and display on my screen, sometimes not at all. Really very unacceptable performance especially as LR Classic works well. 13700KF, 5070ti, 64GB How can I speed up my experience?

keeps telling me there is no internet connection, but I am on the internet on this device. 

Which one should I use — Lightroom Classic or the cloud‑based Lightroom

Whatever was done in the masking with the last update you need to revert it. Masking was fine but now all my photos have this horrible gray outlining around the subject. All you have to do to reproduce this is take a picture load it in Lightroom add a subject or background mask edit it slightly and there you go. Previously no matter how bad you edited a photo it would never look like this. The above picture is one edited with the new masking the white moth picture below is edited before the changes took place. This is really ruining all my photos. 

I have been using lightroom via my personal Adobe account for years and would like to make use of the account I have through my university now. Is it possible to transfer my whole lightroom library from my private account to my university account? If so, how? Or anybody have any other tips on how to achieve that? A way which does not require manually sharing each album would be great, it's about 20.000 photo's... Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to help someone get their Adobe Portfolio working and the details they were provided are confusing to me … even though I’ve designed and managed the hosting of dozens of websites over the past MANY years.The person has their own domain name registered with a Canadian Registrar and in the DNS control panel they offer “Park with ...” and “Use Third-party Hosting”. They also provide a tool to enter Advanced DNS Settings that seem only available when the site is “parked”. It’s not a tool I’ve ever had to use and usually just enter the nameserver details for whoever hosts the site.Are we supposed to leave it set to “parked”, open the Advanced DNS Settings panel , erase everything that’s there (that points to the Registrar’s domain) and replace it with the 4 settings provided by Adobe?Any help in clarifying this process would be very appreciated. I don’t find the instructions provided are very clear (“add the following A records”)… might just be my aging brain <g>Russell :-)

Since the new update in Lightroom (8.31), when I export an image, items I've removed with generate remove do not apear in the exported image.

Hi, I am using Lightroom (not classic), and exporting images for print. Which option will give me the highest quality/least compressed JPG: setting the JPG quality to 100% or selecting the preset Export Original? After exporting, I intend to import them in Photoshop, choose JPG quality 7, and change the color model from sRGB to CMYK because best-practice advice suggests it for highest print quality. I cannot find an option to change the image from sRGB to CMYK, only a deselection option for sRGB. Any and all help is appreciated. I'm having trouble with Lightroom 9.0 and 9.1 on my Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro. The app freezes during use, while versions 8.5.1 and earlier work fine. System details: Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro Processor: 14-core GPU: 20-core RAM: 64 GB unified memory Storage: 1 TB SSD macOS: latest update Tested Lightroom Classic versions: 8.5.1 (stable), 9.0 (crashes), 9.1 (crashes) Is there anything I can do about this? Hi, recently, I discovered that, in my LR cloud version, denoise Ai dont work atall,, before and afther progress  noise on my pictures are the same. please help! Br Roman

I open Lightroom and go to add photos. As I scroll down and select, the photos aren’t loading and then at some point the application stops working. I have done this several times, to include restarting my computer, letting a reasonable amount of time to pass before I go through the pictures but the application crashes. At one point Creative Cloud didn’t want to open. The updates are automatic and I have checked to make sure the latest and “greatest” is applied but still issues persist. Also, I have a Samsung Galaxy Book6, that has been fully updated. Please help.

Hello,I'm having a problem with my Lightroom cloud library.Some photos that used to open and edit normally no longer load the original file. In Lightroom Desktop, these photos show "Local: Smart Preview" instead of "Original: .ARW". When I try to zoom in, the original never loads.The same problem also happens in Lightroom Web, so it doesn't seem to be related to my computer.This issue appears to affect one specific album. These photos were imported a long time ago, I have edited them many times, and they worked perfectly until recently.My originals are stored only in the Lightroom cloud, and I currently use about 800 GB of my 1 TB storage plan.Could you please check whether the original files are still available in my cloud library or if there is a synchronization issue affecting these photos?Thank you.

Oi, estou com um problema no Lightroom Mobile no meu iPhone 11 rodando iOS 26.5. A ferramenta de Retocar AI não está funcionando corretamente. Ela processa por alguns segundos e então diz "Não foi possível encontrar áreas retocáveis", mesmo quando o rosto do sujeito está claramente visível. If I copy an edit or choose a preset for my image, on leaving the image to the next image, the edit reverts to original. It's like no edit stays, because even when I edit from scratch, like in the attached images, I adjusted my saturation and vibrance slider, but on coming back to the file, it's reverted back to original image. I can't also save versions. There is also no auto saving of versions. Moved the saturation and vibration slider. 5:22Exited and came back to same image. The edits are reverted. 5:23
