Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I would be beyond grateful if some wonderful human here could help me with this issue which is truly frazzling one's noggin to the very ends of the earth. Basically this is how it goes: I make presets on both Lightroom Classic on my PC and also on my iPad. These are quite experimental for the type of work I do and involve lots of colour range masks which I add colour tinges to. On the PC all is good in the hood with saving presets, or copying sets and applying yon edits to another image. Alas, on the iPad all is not so rosey. Yes, once I apply the preset it looks absolutely fine (the same for copying settings to another image).Where it all goes up the left is whereupon I click on the masks section, and without even as much as looking at a slider, the look of the image completely changes. Lightoom seemingly changes the location of the applied colour masks, and applies them to another part of the image. This result in colour tinges going all over the shop, resulting in images that l

I like to download Adobe camera profiles (Canon R6) to my Lightroom for Mobiles. I know how to import profiles into Lightroom Mobiles, no problem. But I need information on WHERE I can find the Adobe camera profiles??? I have searched Adobe websites, but cannot find them. It seems that they are integrated into later versions of Lightroom CC or Photoshop. But I do not have these programs, I only have the Lightroom Mobile version.

I have accidentally cleared the cache on my lightroom mobile. I tried to open the 'shared with me folder' on cloud later, but all the photos are blank. The status always show syncing. I have tried logging off and reinstalling as well, it is not working. All pictutes on cloud are blank and not loading. 

I'm trying to import new photos from my SD card, but LR tells me some of them are previously added and won't let me select them.Normally I just check the "select all" box and import everything, then take it out the SD reader and format in the camera before use.That workflow I cannot trust anymore, so now I need to check everything for this error-message before importing. How to deal with those files that won't import?I really don't want to write down every file name manually and do something with them to convince LR they are new. That would be a lot of work! I haven't imported the rest just yet because then I couldn't identify those files anymore , LR probably will say that everything is imported already.What to do?   

After hiring a company to digitize my Kodachrome slides, they all came back in jpg format. Lightroom doesn't seem to want to play nice with that format. I assume that my photos could be converted to jpeg, but there seem to be quite a few questionable sites out there. Thanks in advance!

Is there Angle tool for Straighten the horizon of a image like lightroom Classic  

So I made an Adobe portfolio with intergration of some lightroom albums.I have a lot of photo's taken with a camera from someone else, so there was a wrong Copyright name in the metadata. Immedeately after importing the photo's into Lightroom CC (web-based, windows 10) I edited it into my name and looked good. Exporting from Lightroom gave me the expected result. But now when I download a photo from my portfolio site, the old copyright info is back in the metadata. This looks like a major bug to me. Any ideas how to get rid of the old copyrightinfo?

I am using LR 7.4.1. on my Mac BookPro M2 with OS 14. 5 and I am trying for the first time to stack the photos in a directory.When I enter the chosen directory, I select all the photos in it, but the program shows this stacking option, but grayed out as unavailable. This happens to me both in the right context menu, and in the “Edit - Stacks”.Any suggestions?

When I dowload file xmp preset, I Imported it into my lr mobile, it say "Imported success" but I can't see that preset in my preset list?And when I import it the second time, it say this preset already in my lr and I can't see it anywhere. Please help! 

Hi,When I select the option to save (share) a raw to jpeg with a border added (even a very narrow one), the dimensions in pixels of the saved jpeg is considerably reduced. When I save without adding a border the pixels remain the same. Appreciate the border could take up a number of pixels, but surely not by over 50% as is the case?Thanks for any help or advise,Glyn.

I have a folder of raw CR2 files along with corresponding XMP sidecar files that I can open together no problem in Lightroom Classic but would now like to import to CC.  The only way I can find to import the XMP files is as presets, which is pretty unmanageable for a large number of files.  Is there an efficient way of importing the edits alongside the images?  Would it be simpler just to convert to DNG?In particular I'm looking for an efficient way to move folders in and out of CC as necessary--when saving photos to a local drive Lightroom CC offers RAW + XMP or JPEG as the only alternatives, so it seems reasonable to expect I should be able to import using the same paradigm.

Sorry. I'm new to this so im learning. I purchased premium on my desktop for the 9.99/month. It says the mobile comes with the plan. But it wants me to purchase a seperate subscription for mobile. Why? and everytime I turn off my computer it says it can't find my Lightroom and I need a new subscription. But under my phone subscriptions it says it's still active. I'm going crazy and getting so angry

Hi, I've been having a lot if problems syncing after updating to the newest version of Lightroom classic and after trying many different things have decide to just start again from scratch. The problem is when I go to Lightroom web and click on my account tab to delete my synced library it gives me the box which says Delete Library at the top, a loading bar with three circles and a cancel/delete button. The circle loading bar goes for a few seconds then time out and the delete button is left grayed out and the only option is to click cancel. I've attached a photo of what it looks like. I normally use Lightroom classic on the Mac but am currently away from it so I took the photo from my phone while accessing Lightroom web.  I have also tried to manually delete the photos/albums and it gives me a red error message box at the top saying it failed to delete.

There's been an ad popped up on Facebook saying there's a Lightroom competition for a holiday etc.Just wondering if this is genuine before I click on anything?Cheers.Steve.

16" MBP M3 & Adobe Creative Cloud Teams (All Apps)Have tried both Sonoma and Sequioa (Public Beta) I cannot open Lightroom, and have not been able to do so since moving to new MacBook Pro 2 months ago. I am pulling out my hair. Lightroom will not start up, gives error: "Failed to initialize Camera RAW" Before that: Lightroom encountered folder permission issuesLightroom does not have write permission to some standard user folders.Please click the 'Repair to Continue' button to grant permissions. Lightroom might not work correctly if you continue without correcting the issues. Lightroom, Photshop and Creative Cloud all have full disk access.  Please HELP 

 Android v9.2.1Hi community. Has Fuji Film Simulations (Profile) been removed from LrM, or buried somewhere in the settings? I can find it easily on the desktop app under the Edit menu. I thought it might have been merged into the Presets menu, but I can't find it anywhere in the Mobile App.  Also, anyone else disliking the new floating interface? It takes me a lot longer to find stuff than with the old layout. I didn't like it much when it was introduced and knew they wouldn't maintain both for long. There were features in one layout that were not in both. I did give my thoughts on it at the time, but now the original layout seems to have been removed entirely.  Most Feature Requests don't get implemented. Did anyone ask for this? Chris   

Lightroom mobile now, at random, locks out the ability to use mask feature and all I'm able to do is exit mask and re-enter to keep making adjustments.  Additionally, I do a lot of fine line mask addition and removal and as soon as I begin to edit the whole picture becomes so pixelated that I can no longer make adjustments with any degree of confidence.  It has always been bad, but manageable, but now it's near unusable. Image attached for reference. Taken with Canon mk 3 in raw. One other thing, when making adjustments to mask it will randomly zoom in rather than edit the image.

Hi there, I recently picked up a Microsoft Surface Pro, 11th Edition running Windows 11 Home 24H2 as an editing machine while travelling, on a whale watching boat etc. Love the device and screen but am having issues with being able to view/edit RAW files on the machine. I'm using a Nikon Z9, shooting in compressed RAW. I have the latest versions of Lightroom (Cloud, as Classic isn't available in Creative Cloud, yet) and Camera RAW. When trying to load a file, I get a message saying the file is unsupported or damaged. Previews also don't show up. I have no issues loading the same files on any machine running LrC, so the files themseles aren't damaged. I've done some searching but can't seem to find anyone with the same issue, hoping I've just done something stupid with the fresh install on the new laptop. That, or LrC becomes available on Windows ARM64 soon!

My imac has the Catalina version and i cant istall lightroom what can i do....
