Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Bonjour à tous,  Cela fait maintenant plusieurs mois que j'essaie d'utiliser LightRoom, mais rien n'y fait... L'application pourtant bien à jour sur mon Creative Cloud, s'installe sur mon MacBook air, pourtant lui aussi bien à jour (Sonoma 14.3) se lance avec l'écran d'accueil puis quelque secondes avant de s'éteindre. J'ai essayé de désinstaller l'application plusieurs fois pour la réinstaller mais aucune alternative n'existe. Il me resrte également de l'espace sur mon stockage interne (environ 80 go), je fais des nettoyages réguliers de tri et de suppression de cache pour garder de l'espace sur mon device.Avez-vous déja eu à faire à ce type de problème ? Peut-être qu'ils me manquent des infos à vous communiquer pour m'aider ? N'hésitez pas, je répondrais au mieux pour pouvoir trouver une solution à mon problème.Merci à la commu, Jules.

Hi, due to the security reasons I have just changed my Adobe ID (Lightroom cloud) password but noticed that all my Lightroom CC apps (incl. also Lightroom CC Mobile) still works perfectly without any request to provide new password.   This is serious security problem. Suppose that attacker was able to have your previous password and logged in via Lightroom CC or mobile. You change the password  (and additionally turn on two step verification) but it doesn't have any effect for already logged in devices. Attacker still can have full access to your account via already logged in apps and device.   My question is how to log out all the previous devices, stop all active web sessions, etc. after password change. I couldn't find any such option.   This is going to be more an more important in the are of common cloud storage so broadly promoted by Adobe. Imagine that you transfer all you photos (e.g. all your lifetime) to Adobe Cloud and have no control who is accusing them

Background: A few years ago, Lightroom Mobile released a nice feature called “Daily Inspiration”.  On a mobile device tap “Community” and “For You” and you can see the post-processing workflow used by photographers to dramatically improve their images.Question:  Does anyone know how to “Follow” famous photographers who are not listed on the left side panel when you tap “Following”?  How can we get them added?  These can include Adobe employees such as Julieanne Kost (Digital Imaging Evangelist) Canon Explorers of Light (Linsay Adler, Joel Grimes, Peter Hurley, Jennifer Wu), Nikon Ambassadors (Joe McNally, Moose Peterson, Bambi Cantrell, Dixie Dixon, Tamara Lackey), Scott Kelby, etc. 

I'm using a samsung Galaxy Tab 7 and have been using Lightroom for a while. After the last update for the app, when ever I try resetting one of my adjustment sliders for anything ie Highlights, Shadows, Exposure. It drops it all the way to the lowest value to the far left side of the slider, Instead of '0' in the middle of the slider.   

My photos are turning to black and white when I look at them in develop mode. Even if I change them to color when I go back to them again they are in black and white. Can someone pleaase help me figure out why this is happening? I have been using lightroom for years and years and have never had this happen. Thanks!

Hi. Has anyone else experienced the introduction of noise in their RAW photos when using Lightroom mobile even when the photos were shot in low ISO. I've noticed that Lightroom is introducing noise to my RAW photos shot on canon R5. I've tried importing the photos in a different editing app and there the photos are crisp and no noise. What might be the problem?

Long time LRC & LR user. With LR now offering a local option which makes culling a large volume of images that are starred in camera much faster than LRC I am considering moving back to LR.  With this consideration I have been experimenting a bit more with LR as I do have files synced from LRC. One issue I am having is both are constantly syncing which is issue #1 to fix. #2 is in LR Desktop I edited an image that I imported directly. The edits appear in LRC, LR ios, LR web however when I go back to the image in LR Desktop where I made the edits the image reverted back to the original??? Please advise.  *My preference vs troubleshooting since I have been doing a bit of that is to start from scratch with LR Desktop/mobile since small amount of images there synced from LRC.

I usually sync my presets to my phone via Lightroom CC on my mac. I recently noticed that there are tones of duplicates on my phone.I removed all presets from my Lightroom CC on my mac and it also deleted (most) form my phone.However, there are about 3k presets in the "User Presets" folder stuck. They are not visible on my Mac (not even when going into "Manage Prests"). They are only visible on my iPhone 7 Plus in Lightroom Mobile.I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. The presets started synchronizing again - now they are all back. Deleting them one by one is frankly impossible. It's just too many and that would take forever.Is there a way to reset the Lightroom CC & Mobile Preset folder? Remove all these residual presets that seem to be stuck somewhere in the middle?Tank you,Chris

The color of my photos is different in the grid view versus the detail view. Specifically, the grid view (and I think thumbnail strip, thought the size makes it hard to be sure) are flatter and less saturated. It seems as if color management is only being done in the detail view.

I am using Mac OS Sonoma, Lightroom crash Immediately after its opening. This is happening to almost all IMacs in the Lab.

How can I stop the photos on my PC to go back to the JPEG extension? All my photos where Jpeg until I installed LR now all my photos show as HEIC extentions?

How do I export photos with a chromebook. I downloaded the photos to my files and uploaded them to the Lightroom App. From there i can click export or download to device but i cant find the picture anywhere. 

I am having issue with xiaomi mi pad 6, the brush function in masking is not working, its behaving strangely, I recently bought mi pad 6 for photo editing purpose and lightroom is showing me this issue, my work is stucked bcoz of that, please do something asap team lightroom.

I have 3 different devices I use for my account. However when I upload to my PC and save, I later on when I  go to my tablet and open my Lr to acces my pictures that I uploaded earlier on my PC they are not synced to my tablet or other PC using the same email account. Does this even make sense? Someone help pls and thank you! 

Ich habe mehrere Bilder (wie in dem Beispiel), die längst gelöscht wurden, aber offenbar das System blockieren. Ich sehe den Hinweis in LightroomClassic bei den Voreinstellungen-> " Lightroom Synchronisation"Die Bilder wurden auf dem Ipad gelöscht, blockieren aber den Synchronisationsvorgang. In der AdobeCloud gibt es offensichtlich noch störende Reste.Wie bekomme ich das sauber gelöscht?

Hi everyone ...I have Lightroom 5 & its been some time since I was taught how to use it...so feeling a bit stumped & hoping someone may be able to help! My son & I were out shooting in the weekend with our own cameras, I have imported our shots into Lightroom...but it seems to have put them all together but I need them to be separate...we're talking approx 2000 images...is there an easy way to sort them please?Cheers

I'd like to know how to delete individual photos from Lightroom as I view them - not on the whole library view, which I find too small. I know how to ..., organise, select and delete (a lot of steps!).  What I'd like to be able to do is delete individual photos, preferrably in one step (even if they just go to recently deleted) as I scroll through them.  Can this be done?   

When I use portable Lightroom to convert color images to B&W, I always get a green line across the bottom of the image. I use iPhone 14 with latest IOS and latest version of Lightroom.Anyone familiar with this problem? 

Hello. I am brand new to Lightroom ( not classic version) I have no idea about photo management. From where are my origalinal images stored, getting them into LR in some order, getting them into the editing window. Once I have started editing an image how do I keep saving it as I go along? Can I reverse edits made. Once I have finished editing how do I save the image? Does it get saved in the cloud or where the original image was stored. Could somone pleas point me in the direction where I can find the information I require please? So I can stop banging my head against the wall

Não consigo encontrar a campo biblioteca no lightroom. Na parte de baixo da barra de ferramentas só aparece 3 ícones. 

Hope someone can help? I'm using a Samsung galaxy s20fe latest os and lr mobile from the play store basic free version. So when I download a gopro .gpr raw photo to my phone and then find it in the lr file explorer through the app it shows the .gpr file but it's grayed out and I can't select it. All the .jpg files are clickable but not the raw file. Any thing I'm missing here do I need to download something else to make this work? I'm looking to edit raw files from the gopro and after searching found lr mobile was supposed to work. Fingers 🤞 

Hello, As a result of applying a filter to my photo (below), the lights and darks in the sky are separated by lines. How do I remove these lines in Lightroom please? Thanks!
