Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I use Lightroom desktop, not Classic, which I run on my Mac mini, OS Tahoe 26.2, but I do not interface much with the cloud. In Lr/Local, before I click on Add to Favorites for a folder of images, must the source folder be completely culled, because once the folder is created, I can’t remove individual photos without also deleting them from the HD? In other words, what's the easiest way to move an individual photo into and out of a Favorites folder without trashing it completely? Or, do I have to resort to Finder to accomplish some of these things? Different subject if that’s allowed: What's the best/easiest way for me to see an image's exif data if the image is a dng (Adobe invention) file without a sidecar? Thank you.

I just bought a Pixel 10 and got it all set up on Monday. I opened the Lightroom App for the first time today (it was downloaded when my phone was set up using sync), and none of my photos from Lightroom are appearing. They do show on the web version of Lightroom.Is there anything I can do to get my photos back on the app?

I am facing a persistent issue with Adobe Lightroom where the application crashes repeatedly without saving my work. The problem seems to happen specifically when I use the Object Selection Mask feature. Previously, Lightroom used to lag significantly while working on similar tasks, which was already quite disruptive. However, the situation has worsened—Lightroom now crashes entirely, and at times my system becomes unresponsive with no option other than force-closing the application. Hi there,I have a problem - since forever  I think. It occurs from time to time that when I use the "entfernen"-Tool it doesn't delete the elements in my remixes that I wanted to remove from the picturs, after I'm done. As sample you can see my remix of the attached picture. In the preset you can see, that I retouched a bunch of stuff (entfernen) but it actually didn't do it when I saved my remix. All the dirt and the leafs I wanted gone are back again. I didn't use the AI Version, but the simple delete tool, but a little excessive maybe 🙂 It's a pitty this doesn't work when you do it to much. Is there a solution that it may work better?  I would appreciate if there was a solution,it's not really fun when you try to retouch as best as possible and then it was for nothing.Thank you for every Idea or other feedback 🙂 best regardsBarbara

My A.I. settings in light room is not working and I keep getting a erro code 192. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's slowing down my production. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it's still giving me the same message. 

I might not be the only one who's dealing with this, but I really need to transfer my lightroom library from an old company account to my personal account. I tried the virtual assistent and calling but didn't help at all. someone please help.

Lightroom LR >> LrCguten Tag in die Runde,ich nutze LrC auf meinem Macbook, was auch gut funktioniert.nun habe ich mal einen neuen Katalog eingerichtet und somit auch das Ziel für die Syncronisation an eine andere Stelle gesetzt (in den Voreinstellungen)Nun funktioniert das Syncronisieren von meinen anderen Geräten (Mobile & Tablet) , die in der gleichen Cloude arbeiten nicht mehr in Richtung LrC auf meinem Macbook. Wenn ich LrC eine Sammlung zur Syncronisation freigebe, dann funktioniert das in Richtung Cluod einwandfrei, meine anderen Geräte können die Smart-Vorschauen sehen und auch bearbeiten.Nur die andere Richtung zum Mutterschiff (LrC) legt zwar das Datum an, jedoch werden die RAW oder JPG Daten nicht übertragen - ebenfalls auch nicht die "Bearbeitungen" auf meinem Mobile und Tablet.Wer kann mir da weiterhelfen ?Danke erst mal für die Hilfe .... 

Hello.I downloaded Lightroom on my smartphone, I wanted to log in with my Adobe account, I had to confirm my identity in the Authenticator app, because it is a corporate account and then the Lightroom link told me that I had to open the Microsoft Edge browser, that it couldn't be done otherwise, I downloaded Microsoft Edge and after I opened the link, an error message popped up saying that something was wrong.I don't know why, but it keeps forcing me to log in through Microsoft Edge and then it reports an error. Please help me.  Error message id - d240056f-5200-4195-bd3a-2b1e9e2d9017

Hello,I would like to ask a question about the Generative Remove feature in Lightroom on iPhone.I have subscribed to Lightroom Premium on my iPhone. However, I noticed that the Remove / Erase tool does not work very well and seems to be the traditional removal tool, not the Generative Remove feature.I have seen online posts and videos where other users, who also have a Premium subscription, are using Generative Remove on their iPhones. But I cannot find this feature in my app.Could you please let me know:Is Generative Remove available on Lightroom for iPhone?If yes, does it require a specific app version, region, or additional setting?Or did I miss something in my subscription or app configuration?Thank you very much for your help. 

Please lightroom is not working on my device, am using gbox with my huawei mate 50 pro. After the new update, it's no longer working after reinstalling and uninstalling. And I have paid for subscription this month, the app does not open, please help rectify this. Thanks

This has yet to be solved, because it is still an issue for me 5 years later. Updated font that I have used for 10 years is in Adobe CC and also in Font Book, yet refuses to show up when I go to use it in the watermark edit feature; it shows on my desktop PC but not my Mac, despite all efforts. This is why people are migrating from Adobe to other products...

Hello,   This is the second post I've written in recent days about Adobe products. I happened to update all my apps (I don't update them often to avoid this kind of thing happening). Now I'm facing problems that are slowing down my work.   In this case, I discovered that version 9.0 of Lightroom desktop eats part of the edge of photos. Not all of them, just some (probably all those that have been manipulated with the “Geometry” panel under “Crop”. The bug may be in this panel).   They are all raw files. And they were taken with a Sony A7III.   As you can see from the video I'm attaching, the side edge of about 20-30 pixels disappears, where in reality those pixels are there. As you can see in the video, I simply changed the software version: from 9.0 to Lightroom 8.3.1. The latter displays the images correctly. The former does not: the edges of the images I showed you (but there are many others) are eaten.   Now, I understand that these are problems that happen

I can no longer drag and drop photos into LR for the iPad when using split windows. This worked with prior versions. For example before I could drag a photo from the Photos app directly into a LR album folder and have it import and add it. With the new iOS when the windows are side by side this no longer works.

Hi, I’m traveling and working iPad-only (iPad Pro, left my MacBook Pro at home since I'm on vacation) and using Lightroom iPad as my cloud backup. A few photos refuse to sync, but on iPad there’s no way to see which files are stuck (no per-photo sync status, no errors, no filters). The iPad has ~250 GB free, all photos are from the same camera, no panoramas, no videos, and most files sync fine. I’ve tried restarts, updates, keeping the app open on Wi-Fi, etc. Is there any way on iPad to identify or force-sync the photos that are not uploading?

Every time I use a mask, this guy playing guitar comes up every single time. I have never Edited a photo of a guy playing guitar  why is this happening?

why is non classic lighroom so slow? I use a late model powerhouse of a gaming pc with top of the line graphics card and it constantly freezes and crashes many times daily even on complete fresh install. I tried formatting the pc and installed a clean version of windows 11 and installed a just clean version of lightroom only, meaning no other programs were installed on the computer and it still freezes and before you jump to answer this question, i did a windows 11 factory fresh install and only installed lightroom "no antivirus" on a different pc and have the same crashing problem. i have a fast internet connection also Now my editing work flow is seriously suffering & clients are growing very impatient!I'm so frustrated im looking for a solution -OR- maybe it's best I completely cancel all adobe products and use something better!

I have eventually updated Lightroom Desktop version but it is not suitable for my old laptop.  I need to go back to previous version and have read about clicking on 3 dots which I have tried but no option to go back to previous version, please can someone help me

I've tried to extract color themes in color.adobe.com by dragging/dropping images I'm editing in Lr, but that doesn't work at all. I called Adobe tech support, and after trying many different approaches, TS told me I can't use color.adobe.com with Lr, and even worse, color.adobe.com only extracts themes from jpg files and it won't work with dng files. Someone tell me that this can't be true. I work on a Mac mini (2024) with M4 chip, Tahoe 26.2, 32 GB memory, and all of my image files are on an ext HD.

Al pegar ajustes con reducción de ruido por ia, el programa muestra los menus de pegado y muestra el cartel de pegar con IA para mas tarde, no queda otra que presionar ese boton para que se hagan los ajutes, y luego aplicar la actualizacion de ajustes en todas las fotos seleccionadas, pero por lo general este proceso falla, en cuanto tiene que efectivamente aplicarlo no avanza de esa imagen y puede quedar horas si uno no controla, sin hacer nada. Intente comunicarme con un asesor por este tema pero no hubo caso. Nadie mas tiene estos problemas?Estoy a la mitad de un rabajo, sino migraba todo para probar lightroom classic. Estpy pagando la suscripcion de fotografia completa.
