Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

So i went to cancel my subscription and it showed I had a photography plan in place which I was unaware - it was wanting to charge me £44 to cancel. I swapped onto the lightroom plan as far as i'm aware to try and bypass this cost. Now it won't let me cancel this - it says you'll be able to manage this plan soon. How do I cancel this please. 

Hi everyone!For some reason I just lost two of my favourite presets that I saved from "Discover".They were called Dorcero - by Val Batista and Piti - by Carlos (or something very similar.I used them all the time and now I don't know how to find them.I have the free version of the Light Room app on my iPhone.Also I tried to save some new presets from Discover today but when I use them they are fixed.  On the old ones there are a bar where I can regulator the intensity of the preset but not on the new ones.Any help would be frestat appreciated!Kind regards, Johanna

Why are my photos when I import them to lightroom come out fuzzy with a grey tone?

Hello!I'm totally new to copyrighting my photographs and had a couple of questions. I may have a business opportunity to pursue, but before I send any images to anyone I want to do my due diligence and do what I need to to protect my work. From what I've researched you can put a watermark discretely on your pictures to deter thieves from taking credit for your work, but in order to receive genuine protection you have to register your images and pay a fee which doesn't seem worth the expense considering my small portfolio. Do any of you pay the legal fees to officially copyright or do you just opt to watermark? If you watermark, what do you write and how do you do this in cloud-based Lightroom?Thank you in advance!

I recently reactivated "People View" on my Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (v 6.1) but hadn't yet gotten round to tagging everyone I needed. Now that I've returned to finish that the folders with all those I haven't tagged yet don't appear anymore. I can only see the people I have already named or tagged. I've had a look at the different options on the page but no solution so far!  Please help? 

Every now and again when I edit another members photo and try to upload remix it gives me error message try again or tells me WiFi is not on when it is. It's frustrating Especially if ive spent quite a bit of time editing, to end up back at the start.                

Usually, when we want to get best color for photo from canon R3、R5.., we use Digital Photo Professional and save them as .tiff _16. So that we can add them in lightroom workflow. The problem is .tiff is too large. Is that possible the lightroom can load .dr4? ( configuration file from dpp for every picture ,like .xmp)       

I can't seem to find a way to drag a photo into Lightroom CC; only the + import button works. Is there a way to drag and drop? Thanks.

I am switching from lrcc classic to lrcc. I imported my pics to lrcc and it finally uploaded them all to the cloud. when I am going through my photos it keeps telling me I am out of space on drive c. I have lrcc set to put a copy on my external hd. why is it trying to use c? and can I make it stop?

Hallo allerseits!Ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Cloud. Seit dem ich ein neues Handy benutze, sind alle Bilder aus meiner Cloud verschwunden. Also nicht nur auf dem Handy, sondern auch am PC.Das habe ich heute erst bemerkt. Nutze das Handy aber nun schon länger. Wie komme ich wieder an die Bilder ran? Ich bin echt verzweifelt, weil sehr emotionale Aufnahmen dabei sind und ich mich auf die Cloud verlassen habe.  Liebe Grüße

This is a minor complaint in the overall scheme of things, but it annoys me every time I use Lightroom Desktop so thought I'd start a thread. It's regarding date sorting under the "All Photos" menu. My complaint is that it is both inconsistent and hard to read. See my attachment for illustration of my points. Specifically: "By Date" years are sorted from new at the top to old at the bottom (i.e. reverse chronological order). But then months within a year are sorted with old at the top to newer at the bottom (i.e. the opposite direction, chronological order), and days within a month are also sorted from old to new. This is inconsistent - why not sort everything the same way? A Metadata filter in Lightroom Classic does this correctly and consistently. (Also "Recently Added" menu items are sorted from new to old.)"By Date" days within a month are labelled first with the day of the week - who really cares about that, especially when looking at older images? I have Lightroom Version 6.1. All the videos are a great help but some of the screens are not the same. I am creating a preset and I have this option to Select with a checkmark box - Profile; Embedded, Light, Color, Effects, Detail, Optics.... I am not sure what happens if I select them. When I try to unselect them it will not let me save. In any video I have found it does NOT talk about these settings.    [moved to the correct community - Mod.]

Created an photo album that inadvertently contained 2 videos. Removed them but did not delete them. Where did they go? 

Cheers! I currently have a Lightroom mobile subscription plan by Apple and want to upgrade to a desktop plan, which I assume also covers mobile devices. I believe I have to purchase one through Adobe and cancel the other one with Apple, but I am afraid to lose my library and presets. What is the correct way to do this? In what order can I do this and how can I make sure nothing is lost?Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a question that I would much rather talk on the phone with you guys about then through email but it's about how can I transfer presets from my old Lightroom or even download presets at all onto my new Lightroom CC. I've been having a problem when I would download the VSCO film packs from my computer and transfer it over to Lightroom CC. Like it wouldn't show up in my presets bar so I'm confused and I contacted the vsco support team but they don't respond and I contacted apple but no luck and now I'm contacting you guys. I wish it could be over the phone but ok oh well.

Hallo, ich habe auf meinem iPhone unabsichtlich das Album gelöscht in dem Lightroom automatisch meine Bilfer speichert.Wenn ich aber jetzt ein Bild exportiere wird es nur noch in Zuletzt gespeichert. Kann man das irgendwie einstellen das es wieder in den extra Album gespeichert wird? Vielen dank!

Hello! Maybe someone could know what's going on. I'm trying to get a premium subscription to lightroom mobile but it keeps getting the same error saying "something went wrong. Try again". I'm trying from different devices and different accounts but unfortunately the result is the same. 

How to bypass lightroom cloud 2023  

Lightroom android app keep crashing when expanding the photos. Pls see the screencap. The lightroom version is 8.1.2 and my device is samsung s21 ultra with os 13.    

hello!I usualy work on a desktop with LRC. I have a license creative cloud.Now I buy an Ipad pro and load LR for Ipad.I transfer succesfully a collections from LCR to LR and works on a few pictures.Now I'd like to send back these modified pictures or all of them to LRC on my desktop.I don't find any solution how to do it.Does someone knew a way to do it?ThanksAlain 

I signed up for LR Premium and received confirmation that I was subscribed but my account will not let me use the Premium features.  

Tried opening LightroomCC app on my Mac. Just updated Ventura 13 and it says Lightroom is damaged, move to trash. I uninstalled and reinstalled it; still received same message. So I uninstalled again. I installedLightroom classic. It seems to be working

There's a new glitch happening where a particular edit is missing from my presets.  In addition to that, if I apply that edit to any of my photos, and then click the "show original" icon to compare the before and after photos (which I do often), that edit resets back to 0 again.  That edit will also not copy over if I copy the settings from one photo to paste them to another photo.  This is so frustrating!  I think it's just one edit (specifially, it's the Vignette) that this is happening to.  Was this a bug from a recent LR update?  Is there anything I can do to fix it?   For reference, this is happening with Lightroom (Cloud), on my laptop (Windows 10).
