Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I bought the Lightroom and Photoshop pack, after creating my Adobe account, I downloaded the file to install Creative Cloud and Lightroom. Once the application is opened, the message displayed is: "Account authentication. Enter your system password when prompted to install Lightroom on your computer. Once your password is correctly entered, we will open a browser window to authenticate your account."I click "Continue" and I have a Lightroom installer padlock: "Lightroom Installer would like to make changes. Enter your password to authorize this operation."That's what I do and it doesn't work. I specify that I am on macOS Monterey 12.6.6 I tried my icloud password, it does not work, my 1st Adobe password, it does not work, then I changed my Adobe password and I Tried again and it still doesn't work. Can you help me? I don't understand.THANKS.

Hi all, Please help! I'm editing some videos in Lightroom and whilst editing the resolution looks fine, but after exporting (as 'MP4') the resulting file is much lower resolution with frames with bad artefacts/pixelation. I can't see anywhere to check the export resolution or if anything could be causing it... I usually use Lightroom Classic but wanted to add grain so used Adobe Lightroom on this occasion but I'm having this issue that I've never had on the other version.

Maybe I just can't figure it out but why can't I just drag and drop photos that are already imported from a folder on my computer into a new album to share. It just says photos are already imported with no option to just add those selections into the new album. Also why can't I organize photos in an album by ones that have been "liked" or "commented" on. If there is a way to do this please tell me. If not.. that is terrible. 

Hallo, ich hatte bei Lightroom einen Ordner mit Bildern erstellt. Meine 20 GB Cloud war ca. zur Hälfte gefüllt. Nun habe ich neue Ordner erstellt und neue Bilder hinzugefügt. Dabei wurden die 20 GB Cloud Speicher überschritten. Somit habe ich einen Großteil der ersten Bilder gelöscht und entgültig gelöscht um Platz in der Cloud zu schaffen. Es wurde jedoch noch kein einziges neues Bild hochgeladen, da die Cloud angeblich immer noch mit 20 GB Bildern gefüllt ist. Diese habe ich doch aber gelöscht. Wie bekomme ich wieder freien Speicherplatz in der Cloud?

Hello I've been using lightroom for about a year now and during a move I started using it on a laptop but quickly ran out of storage space so I discovered how to change the local storage to an external drive and it worked perfectly. Well I finally got my desktop back up (Win10 Home 64Bit) and decided to do the same thing but after selecting the new drive and making a folder Lightroom will not transfer the photos. According to the menu I only have about ~3100 photos on the desktop in Lightroom and around ~16,000 total on the computer but after letting the Moving your Photos dialog box run for several days it ran up over 38,000 before my PC restarted at some point during the night, I tried to set the storage back to the default and it will open and transfer about ~1800 photos like it should but every time I try and use my other drive it will count up to the initial "XX of XXXX" photos and then when it reaches the expected number it will just continue to climb and won't stop as seen in th

My Lightroom on my android phone has been really hard to work with lately. It's very slow and it freezes and closes down completely multiple times in each editing session. It's very frustrating because when this happens I lose the work I have been doing. Tonight alone it's has happened 5 times in a hour. I am now so frustrated I'm shutting down shop till tomorrow. Hello All!I use latest version - Lightroom iPadOS. I notice that I import RAW files directly from sdcard to iPad lightrom, GPS data not exist.I there any solution to import GPS location while export?

No idea why, but say i adjust contast and then try to adjust a colour. LG Cloud just keeps closing. Theres no set thing that does it though so hard to reproduce. Not sure what extra info you will need for this bug so waiting for a reply to see.

Recently unable to import from my Camera D850 - device is available as an option but following error appears when selecting the device " No images that can be imported were found in the selected source." However, I am able to import from the selected device into Lightroom Classic and Apple Photos??   Any help or guidance gratefully received.       {Thread title updated my moderator}

Hello, i renewed my lightroom plan couple weeks ago but since that it's not working.if i log in it ask me the renew again and if i go on that link it says that i already have an active subcription.

I tried everything I could for my lightroom app to work and every time i click on it, it wont open.

Hey,I would like to ask if there is a way how to view a zoomed out version of an image. Let's say 25%.In Lightroom classic I use Navigator or a 12-25% zoomed out view to help me quickly sort out my images, especially when I have a few that are quite similar. I can't seem to find a way to do it on Lightroom CC on any platforms, mobile, ipad or mac.How do you guys approach this? 

I am using select subject and sky tool from long time but from last update it says that your device is not compatible. My device name is vivo v9.and before update its working smoothly i did all the like re-install the app to rebooting my phone. But nothing work. Please solve my issue

I have a work CC account I've used for Lightroom CC, but I'd like to move to a personal account. What is the best way to migrate my entire Lightroom catalog (folder, albums, and all) to another account?

Just lost my laptop I did all my editing on.  Backed up Lightroom yesterday.  How do I sign in and access those backups?   My other computer is a Mac which I've never edited in lightroom on before.  I do not have the original images with the lost laptop.  Will this matter?  Any help appreciated!
