Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Please help, I think I need specific step by step instructions on the best way to move/download iphone images to my hard drive (I use Lightroom Classic).   

I mainly use LrC on my laptom for my edits and then sync to Lr for easy access on my phone and other devices. I have been encountering the same issue for a while now. When my Lr sync and adds the collection from LrC, everything sync normaly except the ratings. When I try to sort out the photos in the collection by rating it wont sort as is if none of them are rated. I can see them, all the editing and work done of them is there but the rating seems to be missing. Migh be an user error but after digging on both LrC and Lr I can't find a way to fix the issue or anything whatsoever to point me on what I might be doing wrong or what might be missing on the syncing process.

Hey, after recent update when downloading photos from Lightroom into iphone the photos are no longer automatically saved in Lightroom album. Anyone can help me fix this please?

Hi All, I store my photo's to my NAS in my personal network and from the NAS I import the photos in Lightroom (cloud based version on my MacBook). After that, I delete the photo's I don't want/need.  These deleted photo's are removed from the cloud, which saves space. Now I would like to remove the deleted photos also from my NAS to save space. What options do I have? 1) Is there an option to export a list with all the photo's including the location from where the photo was imported in LightRoom? If this could be done in excel, i could create a script to execute the deletion... 2) Is there an option (checkbox to check) that will also delete the photo from the import location? 3) Anything else??? Thanks for your help....Koert

Hello, I've bought a new SSD and went for a clean windows instalation, but now, i lost all access to old catalog and overall workspace, all unfinished work etc... Its not only adobe, i have this issue across all platforms, but can't find a solution... 😞Is there please anyone that could help? Thanks!

I just cloned my C drive from a Crucial to Samsung M.2 SSD. All my other programs carried over & are working correctly except LR.  It's stuck on the "checking free space on disk" issue.  I have a 4 TB M.2 SSD with 2 TB FREE. I have tired uninstalling & re-installing, booting afterward, but it still won't add any more photos. I cleared the cache. I tried to reset "Preferences" but there IS NO "reset" in MY preferences tab.  NOW it's stuck "Importing" photos with NO progress being shown on the progress bar.  Any ideas on how to fix this would be great. I recently subscribed to it premium version. I got every detail like desktop version of Adobe Photoshop. LR is working very best on My Moto G 35 5G smooth. Please add and update all features from Desktop 🖥️️ to Adobe LR mobile version app. Please create Video editing app too! like Filmora too ..so we edit more video too in deep Thanks.      

I cannot maneuver effectively within Lightroom like I used to, Lightroom Classic, and I am done with Adobe after this crap. I have held out for many years working with this product, but what they have done is a travesty. I will no longer use Lightroom.

Hello,I bought new monitor mo27q28g. Hardware in PC was not changed.I struggle with lightroom. It will open, operate normally, but I have issues with interface.The pictures in cataloq are not displaying, even in a little film strip at the bottom. I tried to mess up with windows, lightrom interface setting.I reinstall fresh new latest GPU driver (I have nvidia 1070ti 8Gb).I tried to mess with lightroom.exe - properties - and that dpi settings. I have no idea why it is happening. Its just a monitor.- editin photos etc is ok, but I simply can not navigate through a 1150 of photos Pictures below to illustrate Thanks for help, comments.

Bonjour !   J'ai un soucis depuis quelques jours qui m'empêchent de travailler sur Lightroom. Lorsque que j'utilise Lightroom, cela fait plusieurs semaines que les photos s'entremêlent de manière aléatoirement entre elles (exemple photo en pj) et il est impossible de revenir en arrière. Ça me pose un énorme problème car je ne sais pas d'où ça vient, je ne peux donc pas travailler dessus depuis plusieurs jours alors que j'ai 2 mariages en attente...   Quelqu'un est ou a déjà été dans cette situtation ? Quelle est la solution s'il vous plait ? Merci à vous !

For some reason, and all of a sudden, when trying to use LR's local browsing on my desktop (using Windows), LR doesn't seem to recognize a folder that's clearly viewable in Windows Explorer (whereas it recognizes various other folders), and from which files open. I'm almost positive I've browsed to that folder successfully in the past. Curious to know if anyone out there has any experience with that and how you resolved it. The only variables I can think of are that I just downloaded the newer version (9.0) and the folder to which I'm trying to browse, instead of having the typical yellow file folder icon, has the icon for photos (but it's hard to believe LR, of all apps, would be struggling with that). Thanks.

 I went through the migration, but had to restart some times- as PC  hang a few times. Finally the migration said it was Complete. I have the photos in Collection migrated but Collections where the were are gone/missing But; I have a lot of Collections that was not migrated.   I cannot restart migration again.  Or can I?? Can I rebuild(aka reindex)  Collections only? How to rebuild Collections agian, or 

I did like the last years' AI feature on LR much better. Now I click 'denoise' square and it never works unless I restart LR, 'quit' LR and then open it again. It works then but on the next image I have to do it again. Frustrating. iMac has been updated. Thank you

   hi hi! i need some advice! i used to have lightroom on my phone and ipad, and when i started to take editing more seriously i decided to delete the ipad version and continued on my phone, also because the subscription was cheaper (€7,99 for ipad and €5,49 for phone).    now after a week i started to get the popups that i needed to get premium, wich is weird because i already had bought premium but the amount i needed to pay was the amount of the ipad version. i tried to renew my purchases but then i got the notification that there wasnt any subscription ony my email. now i payes for an extra subscription but now i have two subscriptions and one is almost €3 more expensive then the other. anyone knows how i can fix this? because i can't find and email for the service center 

I've tried everything I can find online to fix this issue, and it's confusing because the tool USED to work (like a few weeks ago). I didn't make any changes on my computer or processing equipment - I just suddenly was unable to refine the lens blur. I tried toggling GPU off and on, restarting the program, restarting my computer, making sure my Lightroom was updated - nothing. Any thoughts on this? I'm having to transfer things back into Lightroom Classic in order to get edits done, losing countless hours of work.

Good morning,I have a question: if I would like to use only the Lightroom Mobile version on my phone or tablet, and not the full desktop version as before, do I still need to subscribe to the same full package? Is it possible to purchase only LR MOBILE, for example?

 A little help understanding. Once I import an image, open the basic panel, it gives me an option to set WB to a specific Kelvin. Once that occurs, you can no longer set kelvin, only make adjustments to the slider.  Why is there no option to set kelvin as in C1 for example? The claim is that LR hard bakes the WB at the first and that future adjustments made with the slider are color adjustments stacked on top of the original WB (as evidenced by the fact there is no option for kelvin). Is that correct, or does LR use the underlying raw image data to make that adjustment? 

if you dont fix that shajt, i am cancelling my subscription. Because you are a monopol you can afford shajt to not work but you arew a piece of shajt of a company overall. I am paying what? 20€ per month for this shajt not to work? you are trash, i want a refund

I'm new to Lightroom and wondering how I can integrate LightRoom Classic and my iPhone. I take my photos with my iPhone and they are uploaded to the Appe Cloud.But I never remove the bad ones and now have 35 000 photos. I would like to use LightRooom to :1)  help me choosing the 10% to keep2) develop the best ones and make them even better I'm planning to use Lightroom mobile to upload my 35 000 photos into Adobe Cloud.And import them into LightRoom Classic. My problem : Once I'll have my 30 000 bad photos removed, how can I tell which ones to keep to my iPhone catalog ?And the ones I'll have "improved / developped" ? Thank you for your help

Hace tiempo que el Lightroom me indica que mi almacenamiento en la nube está lleno, ocupado por mas de 100gb, por lo que estaba tranquila que todas mis fotos tenian un respaldo en lightroom y no!!!! borré sin querer la libreria de lightroom y por lo tanto años de trabajo y ahora mi trabajo desapareció de la aplicación y no sé en que estan ocupadas esas 100 gb que supuestamente estan llenas, porque ademas el interfaz de creative cloud es muy poco intuitivo como para que te deje verlo 

I opened my lightroom one day and was faced with a completely grey photo libary, none of the photos would load, even after reinstalling lightroom the images still won't load. The lightroom on my mobile phone is uneffected but the computer one is completely not usable.
