Photoshop

Greetings!I recently expanded an image's canvas on top and on the left side with AI Generative Expand.However, no matter what I tried, I could not add an additional subject to the expanded areas (a cloud). Does anyone have a solution to this problem?I am using PS 25.6.0 and Windows 11. I have not yet upgraded PS to the most recent version.Thank you, Photodoc16

I experienced real difficulty establishing any support today. If they are having difficulty, why not schedule appointments instead of hours on hold and poor response. Many of us have paid for years for the subscription. I don't think it is necessary to keep people on hold. I kept working on other stuff today after I was dropped by text support I held the line for a voice for over 2 hours. Needles customer aggro.

I like to watermark my images in the lower left or right corner. I've automated this with actions.When doing do, the language changes from English:US to English:UK My action is assigned to F4 or F5 (lower left or lower right)Type tool - Website nameMove to the bottom cornerApply a style.That's all. However, the language changes in the character tab. It's not a big deal, but it's a pain to keep switching my dictionary back, as my personal additions are in the US dictionary.My Adobe Cloud is set to English:US, and winding back to previous versions doesn't resolve the issue, so Photoshop might not be the cause; it's just the only app affected.I'm stumped.***Edit—My workaround is to add changing the language back to English as part of the action steps. So it's fixed for me, but this is still a strange occurrence.

Hello.I need to reinstall Photoshop 2023 on My 2019 MacBook Pro, The 2025 versiopn lags too much. How do I do this? I can't see oit listed in the older versions on Creative Cloud. I did have it previously as part of my account.  Thanks for any help.

I have followed the instructions to copy the installation files from the original optical disks 1 & 2 to an Adobe CS6 folder on my Windows 11 desktop and have tried to install the suite from there; I receive a message to the effect that my license # is valid, but a qualifying product could not be found on my computer. I have tried the installation repeatedly without success. How can I install CS6 on my computer?

Hello guys, I know is pretty awkward what I'm asking and I'm sorry to bother a big community for this... but how can I set once I'm using a brush in a preset mode to a 90°precisely ? Is there a way to set the brush or a keyboard shortcut? Even when I open up the brush setting window, I can choose plenty of different settings but I cannot turn it into 90°, or 180° or whatever degrees... maybe there's a an hidden path to it. Thank you 

I've been happily using my copy of Photoshop CS5 for many years. I did have a plan sunscription for a while, but I wasn't really getting value for it. I cancelled my subscription and went back to CS5 - all is good. Or it was.I updated my camera, and it now uses CR3 format, and I can't update my camera raw app.  what seems a common event - "download failed to install, please contact customer services". None of the links provided work, nor do the solutions from the community archives.  Is there anyway to get an update, or do I finally need to lay CS5 to rest....

I had purchased full Photoshop and Illustrator CS5 versions on disks from Adobe a few years back. (a sizeable investment). My Windows computer subsequently had a motherboard failure making it non-useable. I was able to remove the hard drive and I can access it in full through a docking unit. I have a new windows 11 desktop but I no longer have the install disks (I lost them during a recent move). Can I either access Photoshop from that external docking drive, or can I somehow reinstall it onto my new computer's C:\ drive from that external drive? Is there any way other than spending another ton of money on an online subscription? Thanks in advance.

Bin inzwischen 96 Jahre alt und möchte gerne für die Gratulationskarte zur Hochzeit meiner Enkelin bei einervGrafik, die  KI für mich erstellt hat, kleine Änderungen vornehmen, z.B. die darin gezeigten Portraits gegen Bilder des Brautpaares tauschen. Bekomme das einfach nicht hin,, genauer: finde die enntsprechenden Werkzeuge nicht.  Hatte auch früher am PC gearbeitet, jetzt mit iPadKönnt Ihr mir bitte kleine Tips geben? So when I make a scriptto automate, I need to trim an image in the frame and resize it to its original ratio and resize to fit the frame. Currently I am using the 'activeLayer' property to access that layer after execute an action of 'replace content in frame', I wonder if there's way to select the content layer directly without changing the active layer of the document.

After drawing a line with the line tool, changing the stroke thickeness doesn't do anything. Infact it looks like a box shape was drawn instead of just a line.  Has this always been the case? or is this a bug. I"m on version 21.2.0

Please reinstall the application.”I have already tried the following steps, but the problem persists:Uninstalled Photoshop through the Creative Cloud Desktop App.Selected “Remove preferences” during uninstallation.Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove Photoshop and Creative Cloud completely.Restarted the computer.Manually deleted all remaining Adobe Photoshop folders from:C:\Program Files\Adobe\Tried reinstalling Photoshop (latest version, and also older versions from “Other versions”), but the same error still appears when I try to open it.I have an active paid Creative Cloud subscription and just want Photoshop to work again.Could you please help me completely reset or repair my Photoshop installatio

Bonjour, Voilà, mon probleme est le suivant: L'orsque j'ouvre une photo, et que je veux l'imprier, je vais dans fichier/Impression, et là rien ne se passe.Si j'essaie une deuxieme fois, l'option impression est grisée. Si je ferme la photo et la réouvre, il se passe à nouveau la même chose. Donc impossible d'imprimer.MacBook Pro M4MacOs 15.6.1Epson SC-P400Photoshop 26.11Le pilote de l'imprimente est à jour pour Os 15.6.1. Si vous avez des idées !!??? Ce qui est étonnant c'est que je n'ai pas de message d'erreur lorsque la boite de dialogue d'impression ne s'ouvre pas.D'ailleur, lors d'un message de PS on coche la case "ne plus afficher", comment faire machine arrière, et avoir à nouveau le message qui s'affiche  Merci à vous de m'avoir lu, et de vous lire bientôt... 

When i try to change the text leading, i see this message: value between 0,00 point and 6,72 Points is required.And the software doesnt let me change the leading above that value. In this value, the texts becomes unreadable because the lines overlap. 

Hi everyone. I've searched the forums for an answer to this, but most-- if not all suggest going to your old PC and deactivating it that way.  This is not possible as I have done a fresh install of Windows 11 on my computer, wiping my old installation of CS6. My account shows only the MAC OS serial number is registered.  When I enter the serial number for the Windows version, I get the "already in use on maxium of two computers" error.   When I check the "Activated Devices" tab on my account, it says I have no activated devices. Am I just totally out of luck, and cannot use my old license because I don't have the old PC anymore? I appreciate any help on the subject.

I had a project saved to the cloud with multiple layers. I was adjusting the top layer's hue/saturation, then all of a sudden the project flattened and I could not revert back no matter what I tried. All the layers are gone. 

I am at my wits end, about 50% of the time I change from one tool to another this dialogue box pops up and completely breaks my workflow. I have updated photoshop to the most recent release. How on earth do I fix this 

Hi,  As a digital painter heavily reliant on Photoshop, I've always valued the software's precision and responsiveness. However, I've encountered a significant issue with the latest version, 2025 v.26. https://imgur.com/a/photoshop-2025-brush-tool-problame-OXCUHRL   When using the brush tool, the strokes are frequently interrupted, appearing as single dots. This behavior only resolves after switching to another window and then back. This is incredibly disruptive, especially when recording demonstration videos for my work!  Given the subscription-based nature of Photoshop, it's frustrating to consistently encounter such bugs with each new update (and you need to try to resolve them by yourself?) I don't know how to fix it, sorry for the bad words. I'm just mad for now T__T

I'm trying to Quick Export to Jpeg as i have done in the past years and the quality was set at 12...now the highest quality is 7 and I can't go any higher.So the photos are being saved like 24% instead of 100%... Please help....    Sincerely confused..Sam 

Issue:Photoshop’s “Share” button overlaps other elements in the Options Bar when UI Font Size is set to Medium. Photoshop version & OS and version:Adobe Photoshop Version: 26.11.0 20250918.r.18 a87e57f arm64 (final, Release)System: Mac OS 15.6.1Studio Display monitor (default resolution settings)Steps to reproduce the issue:Open Photoshop on macOS using a Studio Display.Go to Photoshop > Settings > Interface.Change UI Font Size to Medium (or larger).Detach and observe the Options Bar at the top of the interface. Expected result:All elements in the Options Bar should adjust properly with the UI font size increase, nothing should overlap. Actual result:The Share button overlaps other elements in the Options Bar, making them harder to use or visually cluttered. Extras:Attached is a screenshot showing the overlap issue.This could likely be resolved if the Options Bar height could be manually resized, or if it dynamically adjusted based on font size.
