Is it just me or the typr effects are gone? 

I have a folder of Raw files - DNG. What is best or easist way to batch these color images to a folder of black and white   jpegs? Is there an action to upload somewhere?  Or would  the image processeccor do that somehow?  Or ?  Thanks.

Hello all,I am somewhat new here and recently purchased a DTF printer that requires me to use spot or colour channels. I have found some great videos on how to do it but the are for single images. We use what is called a gang sheet that is 15" X 60" that our clients that we print for, can add as many logos or prints they can fit on it for a per sqft price. Hi all,I've been 'fighting' with scripts to autogenerate about 69K country flag-based NFTs. I got most of it working fine, but the final issue relates to applying a clipping mask to a rectangular flag (to give it rounded corners). Hi im changing colour of images daily. but i noticed some stuff does not look realisitc even when their colour is changed.  i have been reading multiple guides how to change colour. its the most comfortable for me to change colour by right clicking the layer and going to layer style   i like this way because it allows me to copy excatly same colour as in image B.  while using selective colour does not allow me to get every possible colur. i must use a lot of combinations there to get tone i have in image b i simply cannot copy it with one click.  i have been trying to change colour of this gray bumper to white one  but i get very poor result. bumper looks silver and the more i lighten it up the worse and less realistic it looks. it looks like glass lol.  theres no way for me to make it look white without it being too bright  i have asked chat gpt to edit image it does perfectly job can anyone eplain me how

Hi,I realized few days ago that Montserrat in Photoshop looks different than on website, like when I was activating it in Adobe Fonts. It looks like Montserrat Alternative with the rounded capitals and crooked "e". I dont have this problem in any other Adobe app or any other software, just Photoshop. I tried to uninstall and install again the font (from Adobe Fonts as well as downloaded from web) and even tried to uninstall and install again Photoshop but nothing helped. The only right Montserrat is only if I choose "regular", but then I cannot use "thin", "light" etc. versions 😞 Is there a way to repair it?

Hello everyone, Recently brought my new canon R5 mark II camera.I'm still running windows 8.1 on my pc with an old photoshop CC version.I can't open de new CR3 files from the camera. Anyone who can help me with this problem? Greetings,Cedric

I created an action to convert Raw 16 bit image files to 8 bit JPEGs and changed the image size at 1000 px on longest side and 72 ppi. When I review the image file in Photoshop, the tab and mode show 16 bit and the image size is 1000 px but 300 ppi instead of 72. Is there and explanation for the 16 bit indication, though it saved as JPEG in the Save dialog box (no Layers either)? Also in the Image Size change, is there a sequence to get the desired settings? In Image Size, I changed the PPI to 72 first then changed the longest side to 1000 px. Thanks

With the latest PS update, whenever I hover over the image I'm working on with the move tool, the layer I am hovering over is highlighted with a blue square. I guess it's supposed to denote what layer I am hovering over?How do I disable this? I didn't ask for this "feature" to be enabled and it's REALLY annoying.See screenshot when hovering over text layer.

Hello Spring Loaded hotkey feature experts . I'm a professional digital painter that works in Animation. I just got a new computer and I use the spring loaded Hockey feature all the time in Windows 10 for the eyedroper tool. I just need a very quick eyedroper selection to get a hue and value of a color then continue to paint in other tools. The issues is it doesn't seem to work very well with the smudge tool or the lasso tool. The spring loded feature springs back only sometimes or just permanently stays on the eyedropper tool. Since I need to move quickly not springing back to smuge or lasso destroys my workflow with only needing a quick sample of a hue and value of a color.  Please help me.

I was using PS with one of my illustrations and Generative Fill was working fine on that image and all of a sudden it's grayed out for only that specific image but not for others (yes the layer is unlocked). Tried resaving the file with a different name and that did not work either. I looked up problem on the web found a bunch of old posts saying that you need to change your birthday on Behance, but there is no place to enter your birthday on Behance or the Adobe website. Also, I read that there are going to be GF credits as well soon, but I did not find anywhere on the Creative Cloud app credits listed and I haven't been using GF excessively anyways. Tried restarting the app and restarting my computer twice and no effect.  OSX Ventura 13.6.3PS 25.6.0

I was doing some work using spot channels in a CMYK file and noticed Photoshop is exporting the spot channels tagged as device RGB in CMYK files. This is a bug as the export should use the document color space for tagging when needed. I can also confirm InDesign will correctly color manage the export in both the .pdf, and .psd files. This has been easily reproduced on multiple versions of CC Photoshop and computers. I have checked CMS, preferences, and export settings. If there is a setting that is new or I have missed please let me know. If this is intentional I would like Adobe to explain the reason for exporting files with mixed color spaces. This is a recent export error in Photoshop and does create rendering and export issues in other Adobe software. Adobe provides export warnings in some of their software (Indd, AI) about converting files with mixed color spaces and transparency outside of the software.

The Lasso tool is completely broken. It has become literally unusable. While selecting with the lasso, you can’t zoom, you can’t move the screen by holding the spacebar, and you can’t undo a step with backspace. It’s a totally unusable tool. What was so wrong with the old algorithm that it had to be messed with? It’s a shame to have so many new tools and artificial intelligence, yet the lasso can’t function at the level it did 20 years ago.

When working with the brush tool in Photoshop, I must have hit a key that produced a mark over the work. I don't know what it is and don't know how to get rid of it. When I hit the pointer tool, it disappears, but when I go back to the brush, it appears again. HELP! Below is a screenshot

Hola, me esta pasando desde hoy 18 de abril 2025 que trabajando un documento grande con muchas capas de pronto se estropéa la imagen por que aparecen cuadros y líneas de colores que estropean el trabajo y cambian, se mueven aparecen y desaparecen... He visto cosas similares con tarjetas gráficas que se han estropeado, pero lo descarto por que me ha pasado en dos ordenadores mac distintos bastante nuevos (menos de dos años. MacBook Air y MacBook Pro)  Casi parece un problema de la última actualización de photoshop Grrrrrr 

Im trying to write a script that batch exports(among other things) .webp files.I know there is a great script by Stephen Marsh but i want to do this in the UXP.So far I got to the point where im exporting them sucessfuly, but since I use "Save as a Copy" from Alchemist  the files all got this annoying "copy" in the end of the name. Hi everyone,I'm working on a script in Photoshop that aims to automatically split a document into separate layers or images based on either guides or slices. I can manually create the guides or slices, and I can see them in the document, but when I try to access them via script, it doesn't seem to work.Here's what I've tried:I confirmed that guides or slices are already present in the PSD.I attempted to loop through document properties or use ActionManager code to get guides or slices.For guides, I'm not sure how to access their positions.For slices, I couldn't find any scripting API that allows access at all.My questions:Is it possible to read guides via script (ExtendScript or UXP)?Can I access slice information via script in any way?If not, is there a workaround to split regions based on guides?Any advice or code snippets would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

My text is stuck in all caps on Elements 2024. I tried the other solutions posted on here (resetting the text tool, resetting preferences on start up) and neither has worked. There's no character panel so I can't sort it that way. Any ideas? Elements 2024Macbook Pro on Ventura 13.4 

Guten Tag, ich bin noch ziemlich neu bei Photoshop, hab vor einigen Jahren schon mal damit gearbeitet und brauche es jetzt beruflich.Mein Auftrag ist eine Karte von Deutschland mit allen Landkreisen farbig zu bearbeiten. Das habe ich mir allerdings etwas leichter vorgestellt als es ist. Ich habe schon einige Videos etc. angesehen, bräuchte aber doch noch mal konkret Hilfe und eine Anleitung.Ich arbeite mit einem MacBook Air und Adobe Photoshop 2025.Ich habe die Auswahl Werkzeuge zB "Magnetisches Lasso-Werkzeug" schon gefunden und probiert, bekomme da aber nun keine Farbe rein.Bitte gern melden bei Fragen, es ist jetzt wenig konkretes von mir, da ich eher allgemein Hilfe bräuchte und einfach mal fragen möchte ob jemand dafür Zeit hat oder es für dieses Beispiel eine Anleitung oä bereits gibt. Herzlichen Dank!!Julia
