Windows 11HP laptop This is occurring in both photoshop and substance painter.I recently got a new laptop and reinstalled my adobe apps.I have noticed a small black gap that appears and disappears just above the taskbar.It disappears when the mouse is moved or scrolled, and reappears as soon as the mouse is still.Its appearence cause the bottom fifth of the application window to jump up a few pixels. There is an apparent squashing effect where the risen portion of the image meets the rest of the image, which remains still. This is a small annoyance, but it becomes difficult to focus properly when the image I'm working on is constantly contracting and expanding subtly. It's almost sort of nauseating in a way.Does anyone have any idea what laptop or adobe setting would be causing this?I have reinstalled my nvidia drivers but issue persists. thank you

Hello Everyone,  Is there a way to preview images inside a dialog box in photoshop MacOS? I tried a lot of ways to do it but I am always stuck with Error 509: Invalid image data. Not sure if photoshop allows it. Please help. I am having a problem with all brush tools.  They are only effective in the center of the brush.  If I'm using the healing brush to remove dust spots and I select an 80 pixel brush it only heals about 40 pixels in the center.  It's the same for all brush tools.

I would like to preface this by saying I'm fairly new to photoshop.A couple days ago I noticed that my 'healing brush tool' started behaving as the 'clone stamp tool.' For example, previously, I could retouch skin using the healing brush-working on a low frequency layer. I could blend the skin color without incident. Now, for some reason, when I use the healing brush, the paint comes out as a clone of the facial features. For instance, I'll alt click to sample the lip color, but instead of the color blending, the tool clones the entire lip. I've reset both tools, reset system preferences, as well as upgraded to PS cc 2019. I've inserted a screenshot of how the tool is behaving for reference. How can I get the tool back to normal? Please help.

Hey allwin 11 64 pro - PS 25.12Have not seen a lot on here so just in case its not just me.Last couple days getting blue screen of death   (BSOD)But only when using PS 25.12 - happens using healing and cloning tools plus remove tool etc.I have seen it mentioned on microsoft sites and its all with PS 2024 (25.12)I have done most of the regular tricks (more stable etc.) but have not turned off gpu yet. and have windows latest update and latest nivida studio driver anyone else out there having this issue? or know how many versions back on 2024 you can go to have it stable? if at all.I do not have and have not used the beta versions of any adobe stuff. so thats not it.And I can use PS 2023 just fine and do anything that I want for hours.VS PS 25.12 a couple minutes with healing etc. and boom    BSODso for my info and if anyone else is having same issues.Thanks.quick update I decided to roll back PS to 25.7 and everything is fine again with no is

Hi there, Whenever I open Photoshop or Illustrator and I go to adjust the sizes of the document, they keep resetting back to their default state. It's a really annoying bug, I need to start the document with the default settings that they're sitting at and do all the formatting when the new file is open. Happens on both Mac and Windows for me. Is this a known bug or something new? I've had it for a few Photoshop versions now 😞 Any help would be appreciated. Kind regards,Jonny

 I have been using photoshop to create images and drag them from photoshop to illustrator to create an svg. It was as simple as grabbing the image in photoshop,highlight with the move tool and draging it and dropping it to illustrator, but now it doesnt work. I do not have run as administrator on - as I have watched videos on youtube that explain this is something that can help with this issue, it did not. Can anyone help me? I am using versions of Photoshop 26.4.1 and illustrator 29.3.1. Thank you in advance.

Before the Photoshop 2025 update, I was able to select a layer within a group by simply using Alt/Option + Left Click when my Move Tool was set to Auto-Select and the dropdown was on "Group". This option no longer works, and my muscle memory is struggling here hahaha, since I've been using Command + Alt + Right Click to achieve the same function.Any help with this?  Here's what happens... I "Save as" my file to Photoshop PDF.  I open the created PDF. One character—an a in the last paragraph line—is split in half, one side displaying as white. Random. I save and resave, duplicate layers, delete layers (always good), and try exporting with other PDF presets. Same result. What is WRONG?! The font is Adobe Text Pro. There are two text layers. (Deleting one doesn't change the outcome.) I've experienced this before, usually end up converting text layers to smart objects. (Since this is a book cover, that's... not a smart option this time.)  I'd like to know why this happens and what I can do to resolve it. Any help?

I was working on a project in photoshop for school. I worked on it for HOURS today. I kept saving every time I did something big (so maybe every 15-30 minutes). I would go to File-> Save. Then I was nearing the end of my project so I started saving a copy; IE "project_v1", "project_v2" etc.  Then I made a final copy and called it "completed_project_myname".  Then I started having an issue where files couldn't be loaded into PS (I couldn't drag a png image into photoshop or import it in any other method) so I figured it was bugging out and that it was time to restart the program.  I went to close the program and it said something like "you have made changes to your file would you like to save them?" so I figured sure why not. I clicked yes. Then it opened the same save dialogue and I clicked through all the yes's and then I clicked save and then it closed the dialogue but photoshop wouldn't close. Although the GPU is detected correctly in Preferences > Performance and GPU usage is enabled, Photoshop performance (brushes, zoom, pan, etc.) is sluggish compared to expected dGPU performance.I’ve already done the following:Enabled "Use Graphics Processor" and "GPU compositing" in Photoshop preferencesSet High Performance NVIDIA GPU in Windows Graphics SettingsSet dGPU mode in Lenovo VantageDisabled "Optimizations for windowed games"Enabled Hardware Accelerated GPU SchedulingHowever, the issue persists only on the internal laptop display. When zooming in my image gets brighter, but it should stay the same as I edited it at 100% 34.6% and lower 31,5 and higher Same happens when I "flatten the image" then I don't need to change the zoom level. What's going on? I need consistency. The effect shows less on the screenshot, it's more noticeable in reality.

Hello! Do someone know if it is possible to resize multiple images with a script even through they have different sizes?

I'm trying to download Kyle's brushes which I normally access by Googling 'photoshop download kyle's brushes.' Now it's redirecting me to the site but the display is not as usual with all the brush collection but rather it is telling me to sign in like Free trial  or  Sign in I checked on the upper right side icon and I am in fact signed in. Checked my billing and everything is correct. I can't find if the brushes have been moved to another extra payment thing (which would be awful). Or has anyone encountred this? I tried signing in and out. My apps are up to date. Don't know what else could be the issue.

At one time, I made an action for Photoshop that would both save my image as a jpeg and as a psd. It was such a time saver!! Over time, I lost it. I can't seem to make one now as it keeps trying to save the same photo that I originally make the action on. Any suggestions on how to do this?
